Stewards held an inquiry into a complaint made by Miss J Clark alleging comments directed towards her by Miss Belinda Cohen.  Miss Clark alleged that Miss B Cohen used offensive language towards herself.  After hearing evidence from Miss J Clark, Miss B Cohen, Mr. K Boan and Mr. B Caden, stewards were of the opinion that there was insufficient evidence to issue any charges against Miss Caden.  Stewards however, reminded all parties of their obligation to conduct themselves professionally and in a proper manner at future race meetings.

Trainer Mr. Michael James was reprimanded under Rule 86 (f) (iv) for misconduct in that at Albion Park on the 1 February 2016 he made comments towards kennel attendant Ms. M Raynor, which in the opinion of the stewards constituted misconduct.
