SKY
RACING NOVICE 520M HIGHLY SEDUCTIVE, DIXIE TRICK and
HEALTH RETREAT were best to begin.
BATTY LOVES BEER was slow out.
Leaving the front straight BATTY LOVES BEER shifted out and made
contact with HIGHLY SEDUCTIVE, which in turn shifted out and made contact
with MAKE THE MOST, resulting in all 3 greyhounds being checked and lose
ground. MAKE THE MOST gave ground over
the final 150m. Trainer’s
representative Mr. P O’Reilly was of the view that after receiving a severe
check rounding the 1st turn that MAKE THE MOST may have lost sign of the lure
which in his view contributed to its finishing position. The greyhound MAKE
THE MOST was vetted and no apparent injuries were found and a warning was
placed against the greyhound. |
