away. Soon after the start SHADEENA
and THIRTY TALKS collided causing SHADEENA to falter and drop back
sharply. On the turn out of the home straight
SHADEENA and ON THE CLOCK collided with PYRO BOB wide. In the back straight FRENCH IDOL checked
off the heels of FABULOUS CYNDIE with SHADEENA wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight
PYRO BOB and FABULOUS CYNDIE collided causing these 2 greyhounds to falter
and take no further competitive part in the event. In the home straight RAPID DOMINANCE was
wide. The greyhound PYRO BOB was vetted
and no apparent injuries were found. |

UBET FLYING AMY CLASSIC HEAT 2 520M Even start with TRIP TO EDEN and
DOGMATIC slowly away. Approaching the
turn out of the home straight DASH TA FAME checked off the heels of LADY
PERLITA causing DASH TA FAME to drop back sharply. Entering the turn out of the home straight
DOGMATIC checked off the heels of GEORGE GALLON with GELANTIPY GOLD
wide. On the turn out of the home
straight LADY PERLITA collided with GEORGE GALLON causing LADY PERLITA to
check TRIP TO EDEN, BLUE POINTER and DOGMATIC. Entering the back straight TRIP TO EDEN
checked off the heels of GELANTIPY GOLD.
In the back straight GEORGE GALLON was wide. In the home straight DASH TA FAME and
GEORGE GALLON were wide. The greyhound DOGMATIC was vetted
and found to have suffered an injury to the off side pin and was stood down
for a period of 10 days. |

UBET FLYING AMY CLASSIC HEAT 3 520M Prior
to the start the greyhound SMACK DAB escaped the handler Mr. P Ruetschi and
ran around the track which caused a late scratching at 7.24pm. The greyhound SMACK DAB was vetted and no
apparent injuries were found. Trainer
Mr. P Ruetschi was fined $100 under Rule 86 (o) for negligence. EGYPTIAN
MISS was best to begin with the remainder evenly away. Approaching the turn out of the home
straight SMASHNIAK TASER and EGYPTIAN MISS collided. On the turn out of the home straight BOOM
WARRIOR checked off the heels of BYE BYE causing BOOM WARRIOR to race
wide. Entering the turn out of the
back straight ISSY COOL and SPRING MYSTERY collided. Entering the turn into the home straight
ISSY COOL and FABULOUS HOPE collided with BOOM WARRIOR wide. |

Entering the turn out of the home straight on the 1st
occasion GOLFING AMY and TREBLIG LUCIA collided with TRON BRADMAN wide on the
turn and in the home straight. In the
back straight TRON BRADMAN was wide.
Entering the turn into the home straight on the last occasion KILKEE
FLEX shifted out and marred NO DONUTS with MY BOY BRODIE checking off the
heels of KILKEE FLEX. Approaching the
finishing line KILKEE FLEX and VEGAS BOUND collided. Stewards advised trainer Mr. P
Dapiran the greyhound KILKEE FLEX would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st
offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 710m all tracks. |
