– DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN HEAT 1 331M Even start with the exception of
KING VALE which was slow to begin and OUTBACK SUNSHINE which was extremely
slow to begin missing the start by some lengths. Approaching the turn out of the back
straight KING VALE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Leaving the back straight
SHAYLOR JOE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
SHAYLOR JOE shifted in and made contact with KING VALE resulting in that
greyhound being checked and racing wide.
LONG JOHN SILVER which was racing to its inside was checked as a
consequence. Stewards advised trainer Mr. J
Geoghegan that the greyhound OUTBACK SUNSHINE would be given a warning for
its extremely slow start. |

KRACKIN’ KEZZA, HARA’S MAGIC and MAC THE QUICK were best to begin. Entering the back straight OUTBACK MYSTERY
shifted out and made contact with SIZE MADE ME, which in turn shifted out
making contact with SHAYLOR GARTH, resulting in that greyhound to be checked
and lose ground. Leaving the back
straight OUTBACK MYSTERY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Rounding the turn out of the
back straight NO MORE FEAR made heavy contact with the hindquarters of
KRACKIN’ KEZZA resulting in that greyhound to be severely checked and lose
ground. SIZE MADE ME and SHAYLOR GARTH
which were trailling were checked as a consequence. |

GALLON @ STUD NOVICE 331M Even start. Entering the back straight FLYING MAXINE
commenced to give ground and finish a considerable distance from the
remainder of the field. Leaving the
back straight CHOPPER NORRIS was tightened for racing room, shifted out and
made contact with COUTA GODDESS resulting in both greyhounds being checked
and losing ground. Entering the front
straight COUTA GODDESS shifted in and tightened the racing room of CHOPPER
NORRIS resulting in that greyhound being checked and lose ground. The greyhound FLYING MAXINE
underwent a post race Veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered
an injury to the off side HOCK and was stood down for a period of 8 weeks. |

SKY RACING NOVICE 331M MARG’S MEMORY was best to
begin. BORN CURIOUS and ALOTA TRICKS
were slow out. Approaching the turn
into the back straight LENNY BENZ shifted in and made contact with running
rail, resulting in that greyhound to be momentarily hampered. Leaving the back straight MARG’S MEMORY
shifted out and made contact with MISS CORELKO resulting in that greyhound to
become unbalanced, shift out and make heavy contact with JUSTA PHOENIX which
was severely checked and fell as a consequence. BEST STRATEGY, FONIC FLYER and BORN CURIOUS
were all checked as a result of this incident. Approaching the turn into the front
straight BEST STRATEGY and ALOTA TRICKS collided. FONIC FLYER which was trailling was checked
as a consequence. The greyhound LENNY BENZ underwent a
post race Veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound JUSTA PHOENIX underwent
a post race Veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

greyhounds to be checked and to lose ground. |

and contacted the heels of COOCHIN CAROL resulting in that greyhound to be
momentarily hampered. |

SHINTARO STAR collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked. Rounding the 1st turn BORN
LEGACY, GUMTREE KID and PAM ROSE HI were all tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Leaving the
back straight GUMTREE KID was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Rounding the home turn BORN
LEGACY raced wide. |

MR. SLY, MR. WOODS and ROMEO RAGTOP were all tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. In the front
straight NO JOCKEY NEEDED and MR. SLY collided on a number of occasions. |

EM UP were best to begin. NOT WORTH IT
and RIVER ROSE HI were slow out.
Approaching the turn into the back straight FANCY SCHMANCY and WALLY
WHO CALLS were both tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. RIVER ROSE HI which was trailing was
checked as a consequence. Rounding the
turn into the front straight SHAYLOR JAKE shifted out and made contact with
WALLY WHO CALLS resulting in both greyhounds to be checked. RIVER ROSE HI which was racing to the
outside was checked as a consequence.
SMASH EM UP lost its strapping in the run to the finish. Trainer Mr. J Bloomfield was instructed to
take the necessary actions to prevent a reoccurrence.- |
