Trial 1 – 395m The greyhound CORY’S DIAMOND performed a
satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 395m in a time of 23.00 and
is now cleared all tracks except Brisbane until after 21 June 2016. The greyhound NO CALLARATAH performed a
satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 395m in a time of 23.48 and
is now cleared all tracks. 6 Month
Trial 2 – 331m The greyhound
SILVER STICKA performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of
331m in a time of 19.37. The greyhound
SHAYLOR JAIME performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of
331m in a time of 19.89. |

– DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN HEAT 1 395M Even start with the exception of
STORM RAIDER and MURSLEOW, which were slow to begin. TRICKY TRON slipped and lost its footing
shortly after the start resulting in the greyhound losing considerable
ground. Entering the back straight
SHAYLOR BART and STORM RAIDER collided resulting in both greyhounds being
checked and lose ground. MURSLEOW
which was racing to the outside of STORM RAIDER was checked as a consequence
and lost ground. Shortly after SOLO
DANCER was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leaving the back straight TRICKY TRON was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
SHAYLOR RAIN was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. The greyhound TRICKY TRON was vetted
and no apparent injuries were found. |

@ BRISGREYS MAIDEN HEAT 2 395M GOLDEN MANNERS was best to
begin. GRANDSON LUKE, ZINGIBER GUNTUR
and SHAYLOR FLASH were slow out. In
the back straight SHAYLOR FLASH was tightened for racing room, checked and
lost ground. SUMMER QUAYS and DOUBLE
DESTINY raced wide rounding the home turn.
Rounding the turn into the front straight SHAYLOR FLASH shifted out
and made muzzle contact with ZINGIBER GUNTUR and marred its running. SHAYLOR FLASH and ZINGIBER GUNTUR collided
on several occasions in the front straight. The greyhound SHAYLOR FLASH was
vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Stewards advised trainer Mr. M Cuneo that
the greyhound would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence,
28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 395m all tracks. |

SULZANTI @ STUD MAIDEN FINAL 395M Even
start with the exception of PERFECT BART and JACKSON FIVE which were slow
out. Rounding the 1st turn
ROPE A DOPE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. In the front straight in the run to the
finish ROPE A DOPE turned its head towards MAYFEATHER which was racing to its
inside. The
greyhound ROPE A DOPE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards advised trainer Mr. L Meteyard that the greyhound
would be charged under Rule 69 A Failing to Pursue, 1st offence,
28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 395m all tracks. |

GLEN GALLON @ STUD NOVICE 395M MEDIA CIRCUS, SHAYLOR HARRY and
SPLENDID STAR were best to begin.
Approaching the turn into the back straight SHAYLOR HARRY was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. SHEZ A SONG which was trailling
was checked as a consequence. |

HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE 395M Even start. MOCKA’S BABE and SHAYLOR ANDRE collided
shortly after the start resulting in both greyhounds to be checked. Rounding the 1st turn FONIC
FLYER and HARA’S LIGHTNING were tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Entering the back straight
BARRA FUN shifted out and made contact with MISS INDIVIDUAL resulting in that
greyhound to be checked and to lose ground. |

SKY RACING 5th GRADE HEAT
1 395M Even start with the exception of
PLUM JAM and MAYWYN IF LUCKY which were slow to begin. Approaching the turn into the back straight
MASTER CHA CHA was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Entering the
back straight HYDROGEN was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. PLUM JAM which was trailling was checked as a consequence and lost
ground. Approaching the turn into the
back straight SIVAMET was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. The greyhound SIVAMET was vetted and
no apparent injuries were found.
Trainer Mr. M Brauer
was questioned in regards to the greyhound’s performance in today’s
event. He stated that he was having
its 1st start since the 5 May 2016 after a short letup which he
was of the opinion that the greyhound needed to be freshened up. He stated that the greyhound had trained
well leading up to today’s event and was expecting a forward showing. He stated that although the greyhound
normally races over the longer distance of 520m he had raced successfully in
the past over the middle distance races.
He further stated that he was satisfied with the greyhound’s run today
as it had received some minor interference in the early stages which in his view
hampered its performance. Mr. Brauer stated that the
greyhound would benefit with more consistent racing. Stewards noted Mr.
Brauer’s explanation. |

US ON FACEBOOK @ BRISGREYS 5th GRADE HEAT 2 395M Even start. Entering the back straight KLOEIS PRIDE was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. KLOEIS PRIDE was tightened for racing room
in the front straight and the latter stages of the race. The greyhound KLOEIS PRIDE was
vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Trainer Mr. S Armstrong was questioned in
regards to the greyhound’s performance in today’s event. Mr. Armstrong
stated that the greyhound had not started since 5 May 2016 after campaigning
interstate where the greyhound raced with moderate success. He said that KLOEIS PRIDE would benefit
from the short letup and he had an expectation the greyhound would perform
well in today’s event. He stated that
the interference that KLOEIS PRIDE suffered in the early stages of the race
had a direct influence where the greyhound finished albeit that he was
disappointed that it had not begun in a quicker manner. Mr. S Armstrong
was instructed to advise stewards that if anything would to come amiss with
KLOEIS PRIDE in the upcoming days to report it. Stewards noted his explanation. |

was racing to its outside was checked as a consequence. REDDY RANGER, DESPERADO BOY and SPRING JAMES
which were trailling were all checked as a
consequence. Leaving the back straight
REDDY RANGER contacted the heels of AZTEC FLASH and both greyhounds were
checked as a consequence. Entering the
front straight NINA ROSE HI and PROVIDENCE collided. AZTEC FLASH which was trailling
