away. Approaching the winning post on
the 1st occasion ICE GAMBLER and BALLISTICS collided. Entering the turn out of the home straight
DISTANT SHORES and COME TOGETHER collided.
In the back straight COME TOGETHER was wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight
DISTANT SHORES checked off the heels of WALLY KAZAM causing DISTANT SHORES to
drop back checking COME TOGETHER. In
the home straight TRANSKEI ROCCA and DISTANT SHORES were wide. |

HOUND 5th GRADE 520M IMA COWBOY and WAIKARIE MAGIC were best to begin with the
remainder evenly away. Entering the
turn out of the home straight IMA COWBOY, REGNAR LOTHBROK and WAIKARIE MAGIC
were all racing tight and bumping.
Entering the back straight ALPHA ARES, KEROMA STORM and WAIKARIE MAGIC
were all racing tight and bumping.
Entering the turn out of the back straight WAIKARIE MAGIC checked off
the heels of SUMMER’S PRANCER.
Entering the home straight IMA COWBOY and SUMMER’S PRANCER collided
with ALPHA ARES and KEROMA STORM wide. The greyhound WAIKARIE MAGIC underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards questioned the connections who
stated the run last week being the 1st run back took the edge off
the greyhound and they were disappointed in the run. |

LAURYN’S BEST were wide. Entering the

BEST causing SWIFT PIRATE raced wide on the turn. Entering the back straight MASTER CORSAIR
checked off the heels of FLYING CIRCUS causing MASTER CORSAIR to check
OUTSIDE PASS. Entering the turn out of

then eased and took no further competitive part in the event. In the home straight TARKS BLACK ROSE was

examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off hind back muscle
and was stood down for a period of 28 days. |
