Even start.  Soon after the start NIGHT TIME LOVER and SOFT GAMBLER collided. Halfway down the running DAY TIME FRIEND and FROSTY AJAY collided.  On the turn out of the home straight SOFT GAMBLER was wide.  Entering the back straight SOARING HAWKE checked off the heels of SOFT GAMBLER.  In the back straight FROSTY AJAY was wide.  Entering the turn out of the back straight VAGAS DE KAHN checked off the heels of REINHOLD causing VAGAS DE KAHN to shift out checking FROSTY AJAY.  In the home straight NIGHT TIME LOVER was wide.

 

The greyhound VAGAS DE KAHN underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

BOOTY BEACH was best to begin with UNIQUE AFFAIR slowly away.  Soon after the start HER’S NOT HIS, MAGIC SPARKLE and NAPALM all collided causing MAGIC SPARKLE to drop to the rear.  Entering the turn out of the home straight UNIQUE AFFAIR checked off the heels of NAPALM causing NAPALM to check SIDBO.  On the turn SUNNYSIDE JAY was wide.  Approaching the turn into the back straight UNIQUE AFFAIR checked off the heels of SIDBO.  In the back straight NAPALM checked off the heels of UNIQUE AFFAIR.  Entering the turn out of the back straight HER’S NOT HIS checked off the heels of SUNNYSIDE JAY causing HER’S NOT HIS to drop to rear.

CHEEKY CHANCE and CHEEKY FREYER were best to begin with the remainder evenly away.  Approaching the turn out of the home straight GOOD CALL PAUL checked off the heels of PACIFIC HARBOUR causing PACIFIC HARBOUR to drop back.  Entering the turn into out of the home straight CHEEKY CHANCE and PACIFIC HARBOUR collided causing PACIFIC HARBOUR to check GOOD CALL PAUL.  On the turn THIS TIME REBA was wide.  Entering the back straight PACIFIC HARBOUR checked off the heels of GOOD CALL PAUL.  In the back straight FEAR THE RECALL was wide.  Entering the home straight CHEEKY FREYER and FABULOUS STORM collided causing CHEEKY FREYER to race wide in the home straight.

Even start.  Soon after the start ZABDON LAMBO shifted out checking CEASER DE KAHN.  Entering the turn out of the home straight CEASER DE KAHN, MUMMA’S HOPE and BLACK CASPER all collided.  In the back straight GOLD ZIVA was wide.  In the home straight BLACK CASPER was wide.

SHADEENA was best to begin with GOLD DIVA and DUSTY WAY slowly away.  On the turn into the home straight NOT LIKE TOMMY was wide.  In the home straight NOT LIKE TOMMY was wide.  On the turn out of the home straight TARKS BLACK ROSE and NOT LIKE TOMMY were racing tight and bumping.  In the back straight DUSTY WAY was wide.  In the home straight TARKS BLACK ROSE was wide.

RICH ‘N’ WILD was best to begin with GET A LIFEBOUY slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight MAIN STORY checked off the heels of RICH ‘N’ WILD causing MAIN STORY to drop back.  On the turn out of the back straight and in the back straight KNAVE was wide.  On the turn out of the back straight and in the home straight KNAVE was wide.

 

The greyhound MAIN STORY underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off side pin  and was stood down for a period of 14 days.
