UBET – DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN HEAT 1 331M

Even start with the exception of SWIFT AND SHIFT which was marginally slow to begin.  Approaching the turn out of the back straight SWIFT AND SHIFT improved onto the hindquarters of WISSUTA RULES resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  Rounding turn into the front straight HESPERIDES and PETITE LA FEMME collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.

2.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 2 331M

HARA’S LEISHA was best to begin.  Entering the back straight CHLOE’S IMAGE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  COURSE YOU WILL which was trailling was checked as a consequence and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight MINNIE ELITE shifted in and contacted the heels of MISSING TOKENS resulting in MINNIE ELITE being severely checked, fell and took no further competitive part in the race.  Approaching the turn into the front straight ORACLE KATE and MISSING TOKENS collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.

 

The greyhound MINNIE ELITE underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

SWIFT HARBOUR, WOODY’S GIRL and SMOOTH JAKE were best to begin.  Entering the back straight SURPRISE SIZE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  MAYFEATHER was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  SURPRISE SIZE which was trailling was checked as a consequence.  Shortly after RUBY IT IS contacted the hindquarters of RASH ACTION and was checked as a consequence.

GLEN GALLON @ STUD NOVICE 331M

DAY TIME FRIEND, FAST XARA, ALOTA DAGZ and CELEBRITY INK were best to begin.  OUTBACK TREASURE was slow to begin.  Out of the back straight ALOTA DAGZ improved onto the hindquarters of FAST XARA resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  HANNAH ALLEN and VENUS IN FUR which were trailling were checked as a consequence.

Even start with the exception of LENNY BENZ which was slow to begin.  Approaching the turn out of the back straight COSMO LEN and PRINCE TRALEE collided resulting in both greyhounds to be momentarily hampered.

FOLLOW US ON FACEBOOK @ BRISGREYS 4/5th GRADE 395M

Even start.  Through the 1st turn LETHAL KID, MY SPRITE, GOOD ODDS KATE and MOCKA’S BABE were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  MOCKA’S BABE raced wide for the majority of the event.

SULZANTI @ STUD 3/4th GRADE 395M

Even start with the exception of NO JOCKEY NEEDED which was marginally slow to begin.

When questioned Mr. M Cobb trainer’s representative of KATHIE’S FLASH in respect to the performance of KATHIE’S FLASH in today’s event.  Mr. Cobb stated that KATHIE’S FLASH was returning from a short let up where it was recovering from minor injury and had worked well leading up to the race and the connections were expecting a forward showing.  He stated that it would be the trainer’s intention to build KATHIE’S FLASH up to race over the longer distance of 520m in the near future.  Stewards noted his explanation.

BRISGREYS.COM 1/2nd GRADE 395M

Even start.  Shortly after the start TIME FOR ABBY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Through the 1st turn BILL’S MAGIC, BOXING ROO GIRL and WAZZA KING were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Approaching the turn into the back straight TIME FOR ABBY improved onto the heels of ALBARTROS and momentarily hampered.  Approaching the turn out of the back straight TIME FOR ABBY improved onto the heels of ALBARTROSS and was checked as a consequence.

UBET – THE NEW TAB 5th GRADE 395M

Even start.  Shortly after the start STARK WARNING was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Through the 1st turn FEARSOME MISS, LUNA SEA, ROMEO RAGTOP and GREAT KNOCK THAT were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Approaching the turn into the back straight LUNA SEA was tightened for racing room, severely checked and fell taking no further part in the race.  GREAT KNOCK THAT was severely checked and lost considerable ground as a result of this incident.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight TRELLY KNEELS was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.

 

The greyhound LUNA SEA underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

10.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND 5th GRADE 331M

The ‘all clear’ was delayed to avail the stewards the opportunity to watch the official replays to determine whether all greyhounds had a fair opportunity to chase the lure as stewards had some concerns in respect to the placing of the lure throughout the race.  After viewing the official race replay stewards were comfortably satisfied that all greyhounds were afforded the true and correct opportunity to chase the lure and therefore gave the ‘all clear’.

 

Even start.  Entering the front straight HOPEFUL BLUE checked across the heels of EVE’S BRODIE and was momentarily hampered.

11.

GLEN GALLON @ STUD 5th GRADE 331M

Even start with the exception of SHEZA LUPIE ONE and COLLEGE BELLE which were marginally slow to begin.  Entering the back straight HARA’S HEAT and SHE’S A DINGLE were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Leaving the back straight FLYING PRINCESS fell and took no further part in the race.  HARA’S HEAT and SHEZA LUPIE ONE were both severely checked as a result of this incident and lost considerable ground.  NIGHT TIME LOVER was checked as a result of this incident and lost ground.  Shortly after COLLEGE BELLE contacted the hindquarters of NIGHT TIME LOVER which resulted in both greyhounds to be severely checked and lost considerable ground.

 

The greyhound NIGHT TIME LOVER underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

The greyhound FLYING PRINCESS underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near side shoulder and was stood down for a period of 6 weeks.

SKY RACING MASTERS 395M

Even start.  Rounding the turn into the back straight TREVON’S FURY improved onto the heels of BAD MOON RISING and was momentarily hampered.  TREVON’S FURY was held up for clear running around the turn into the front straight.
