ABBEY KEBABBEY collided resulting in ABBEY KEBABBEY being checked. MAYFEATHER which was trailing was checked
as a result. In the back straight DENINA
was tightened for room and checked.
Through the turn into the front straight DENINA checked off the heels

HEAT 1 331M TOP CLASS RUBY was slow to begin. MELSUD began awkwardly and lost
ground. Shortly after the start SILENT
SONNY checked out across the heels of ORACLE KATE and collided with MINNIE
ELITE which was in turn taken out and bumped SAGA NOREN resulting in both greyhounds
being checked. Shortly after PARTY
QUEEN and ORACLE KATE collided resulting in ORACLE KATE being hampered. MINNIE ELITE and SAGA NOREN bumped on
several occasions in the back straight resulting in both runners being
checked. On entering the front
straight MINNIE ELITE and SAGA NOREN bumped. The greyhound MINNIE ELITE underwent a post-race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

was tightened for room and hampered.
OSTARA contacted the heels of KANDAHAR PRINCE and was hampered. Out of the back straight into the turn FATHER
NOEL and KANDAHAR PRINCE collided resulting in KANDAHAR PRINCE being
checked. SMOOTH JAKE which was
trailing collided with that runner and was severely checked. OSTARA which was trailing SMOOTH JAKE
collided with that runner and was checked as a result. Shortly after KANDAHAR PRINCE checked out
across the heels of ELLY’S REIGN.

CARAVAN WAREHOUSE NOVICE 331M MAGIC ESCAPE was slow to begin. MAGIC MAIL and CRASHER were best to
begin. Shortly after the start
SURPRISE SIZE was tightened for room and hampered. Out of the back straight into the turn
MAGIC MAIL was tightened for room and hampered. SPICE BUCKET which was trailing was
hampered as a result. SURPRISE SIZE
which was trailing SPICE BUCKET collided with that runner resulting in both
runners being checked. Shortly after
ZARA MAGIC checked in across the heels of LAST SPOOKIE. MAGIC MAIL raced wide through the turn into
the front straight. SURPRISE SIZE
raced wide in the front straight. The greyhound SPICE BUCKET underwent a post-race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

SHAYLOR RAIN and MISS INDIVIDUAL collided.
LENNY BENZ raced wide in the front straight. The greyhound MISS INDIVIDUAL underwent a post-race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
hind calf muscle and was stood down for a period of 7 days. |

GRADE 395M MIDNIGHT HAYZE was slow to begin. On entering the 1st turn HONEY
FANTASY and ALOTA CONTROL were both tightened for room and checked. Out of the back straight into the turn MR.
WOODS was tightened for room and checked.
Through the turn into the front straight HONEY FANTASY and MIDNIGHT
HAYZE collided. On entering the front
straight MR. WOODS, HONEY FANTASY and MIDNIGHT HAYZE all collided and were
checked. In the front straight
MIDNIGHT HAYZE turned its head inwards and marred the running of ALOTA
CONTROL which was hampered as a result. Stewards advised trainer Ms. T Trigg that the greyhound
would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 2nd offence, 3 months plus
a satisfactory stewards’ trial 395m all tracks. |

Shortly after the start BORN LEGACY and SPLITX were both tightened for
room and checked. Through the turn
into the back straight EVE’S BRODIE, GUY FAWKES, GRANDSON LUKE, FEARLESS
DANCER and SMASHNIAK STAR all collided resulting in GRANDSON LUKE and
FEARLESS DANCER being checked and EVE’S BRODIE falling and taking no further
competitive part in the event. Out of
the back straight into the turn GRANDSON LUKE improved onto the heels of
SMASHNIAK STAR and was hampered. Out
of the turn into the front straight GRANDSON LUKE and FEARLESS DANCER
collided resulting in both runners being checked. BORN LEGACY raced wide in the front
straight. The greyhound EVE’S BRODIE underwent a post-race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

of SHAYLOR PAIGE. Out of the back
straight into the turn SKETCHY HAZE was tightened for room and checked. Shortly after MISS RUCKUS was tightened for
room and hampered. MASTER MAGOO which
was trailing was checked as a result.

UP bumped resulting in SMASH EM UP being hampered. KINGSBRAE LOONEY was tightened for room and
checked. On entering the back straight
ROYAL ALBERT and KINGSBRAE LOONEY bumped resulting in KINGSBRAE LOONEY being
hampered. In the front straight BAD
MOON MAGIC and ROYAL ALBERT bumped. The greyhound KINGSBRAE LOONEY underwent a post-race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
hind toe and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |
