out of the home straight MISS CORELKO, BUBBLE GUPPY and TRANSKEI ROCCA
collided causing MISS CORELKO to fall.
In the back straight BRAE GIFT checked off the heels of COSMO BILL
with GELANTIPY GOLD wide. In the home
straight GELANTIPY GOLD was wide. The greyhound BUBBLE GUPPY underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent
injuries were found. The greyhound MISS CORELKO underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have
suffered an injury to the off side pin and was stood down for a period of 7
days. |

with LANCASTER BOMBER slowly away.
Entering the turn into the home straight VEGAS BOUND and GOT A BROTHER
collided causing VEGAS BOUND to check SIDBO.
In the home straight BEACH FRONT checked off the heels of GOT A
BROTHER causing BEACH FRONT to check SIDBO.
Entering the turn out of the home straight KNIGHTS TEMPLAR and
LANCASTER BOMBER collided. Entering
the back straight KNIGHTS TEMPLAR and BEACH FRONT collided. On the turn out of the back and home
straight VEGAS BOUND was wide. Trainer of GOT A BROTHER Mr. P Ruetschi
was questioned by stewards on the greyhound’s improved performance. Mr. Ruetschi
stated that the greyhound hasn’t been jumping and it needed once it jumped
and got to the inside he expected the greyhound can run that time. In its previous runs he suspected the greyhound
may have been jayded although the greyhound has
improved during the week. Stewards
accepted Mr. Ruetschi’s explanation. |

straight BOOTY BEACH checked of the heels of ALLEZ DE BRAVE. Entering the home straight ALLEZ DE BRAVE
and BOOTY BEACH collided. Stewards questioned the connections of TORQUE FLIGHT Mr.
A Kennewell regarding the greyhound’s performance
last week to this week and Mr. Kennewell stated
that he thought the greyhound tired up in the home straight last week and
that he did not support the greyhound.
Stewards accepted Mr. Kennewell’s
explanation. The greyhound BOOTY BEACH underwent a post
race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |
