UBET – DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN HEAT 1 331M

Even start with the exception of ROAD CAM which was extremely slow to begin.  Approaching the turn into the front straight ROAD CAM improved onto the hindquarters of TINY VIKING resulting in TINY VIKING to be severely checked and fell taking no further competitive part in the race.  ROAD CAM was severely checked as a result of this incident and lost ground.

 

The greyhound TINY VIKING underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Stewards advised trainer Mr. P Wilson that the greyhound ROAD CAM would be charged under Rule 71 Unsatisfactory Performance and must perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial 331m all tracks prior to nominating.

ZILLMERE SPORTS CLUB MAIDEN HEAT 2 331M

Even start.  Leaving the back straight RUG LIFE and STANKY LEG collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDN HEAT 3 331M

AUSSIE ORACLE was best to begin.  Leaving the back straight ISLA’S REBEL was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Shortly after VIKING AURO shifted out and collided with PRINCESS IVY resulting in PRINCESS IVY to be checked and lose ground.  Leaving the back straight ISLA’S REBEL improved onto the heels of PRINCESS IVY and was checked as a consequence.

 

The greyhound HAIGHT ASHBURY underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

GLEN GALLON @ STUD MAIDEN FINAL 331M

OUR MANDALAI was best to begin.  SLOW COACH was slow out.  SLOW COACH raced wide rounding the home turn and into the front straight.

CLINT’S CARAVAN WAREHOUSE NOVICE 331M

Even start with the exception of GET SHORTY which was marginally slow to begin.  Shortly after the start HOLLY KNOCKS was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Leaving the back straight KEYSTONE KAHN was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight HOLLY KNOCKS commenced to give ground and finished a considerable distance from the remainder of the field.

 

The greyhound HOLLY KNOCKS underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near side pin and was stood down for a period of 21 days.

Even start with the exception of CHOPPER NORRIS which was marginally slow to begin.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight HUBCAP WILLY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Approaching the turn into the front straight FOUR TIN LIDS and ELLA’S LOLLIEPOP collided resulting in both greyhounds to be severely checked and lose ground.  Entering the front straight SHAYLOR JAY shifted out which momentarily hampered the running of CHOPPER NORRIS.  In the front straight FOUR TIN LIDS and ELLA’S LOLLIEPOP collided.

BRISGREYS.COM 4th GRADE 395M

IONA MACHINE, OKA’S ANGEL and MR. WOODS were best to begin.  Through the 1st turn OKA’S ANGEL was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  FANCY SCHMANCY and GOLD TOTAL which were trailling were checked as a consequence and lost ground.  Leaving the back straight HARDLINER improved onto the heels of FANCY SCHMANCY and was checked as a consequence.

 

The greyhound ALOTA CONTROL underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

SKY RACING BEST 8 395M

Even start with the exception of LAURYN’S BEST which was slow to begin.  Entering the back straight LAURYN’S BEST was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  FARMOR MAYHEM commenced to give ground in the back straight to finish a considerable distance from the remainder of the field.

 

The greyhound FARMOR MAYHEM underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off hind back muscle and was stood down for a period of 21 days.

Even start.  Approaching the turn out of the back straight KAZEKO was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  AWESOME WILLS which was trailling was checked as a consequence.

MANLY HOTEL 5th GRADE 395M

The ‘all clear’ was delayed to allow stewards the opportunity to question the official starter Ms. D Hannigan in respect to TRICKSTER’S SON, whether it was afforded a fair start when the greyhound was extremely slow leaving the boxes.  D. Hannigan reported that the greyhound was boxed in the correct manner however it had turned in the boxes which placed it at a disadvantage.  After considering the evidence the ‘all clear’ was given.

 

Even start.  Through the 1st turn DANCING DOLLY and MOTOWN HOLLY were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Shortly after SHAYLOR BART and HARA’S HAWK were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Leaving the back straight SHAYLOR BART was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.

 

The greyhound HARA’S HAWK underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Stewards advised trainer Mr. P Lavis that the greyhound TRICKSTER’S SON would be charged under Rule 52 Turning in Boxes, and must perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial 395m all tracks.

Even start with the exception of FARMOR I KNOW and BLUE LEXUS which were marginally slow to begin.  Leaving the back straight FARMOR I KNOW was tightened for racing room, made contact with the running rail and checked as a consequence.  RAMBLIN’ ROSE which was racing to its outside was checked as a result of this incident.

 

The greyhound FARMOR I KNOW underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off side shoulder and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

Even start.  Shortly after the start FLASHMAN SAM was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Through the 1st turn TRAV’S MAGIC was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Leaving the back straight TRAV’S MAGIC was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Approaching the turn into the front straight SMASHNIAK CLASS was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.
