JACKPOT began awkwardly and lost significant ground. Shortly after the start RAQUEL’S MAGIC was
tightened for room and checked.
Through the turn into the back straight LORD SIRIUS, SNOW GIRL, MAKE
TODAY COUNT and COSMIC ELITE all collided resulting in SNOW GIRL, MAKE TODAY
COUNT and COSMIC ELITE being checked.
SHAKEY TANGO which was trailing was checked as a result. On entering the back straight CASH JACKPOT
and SHAKEY TANGO collided resulting in both runners being hampered. CASH JACKPOT and RAQUEL’S MAGIC raced wide
in the front straight. The
greyhound SNOW GIRL underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no
apparent injuries were found. |

MAIDEN HEAT 2 395M HEADGEAR was best to begin. Through the turn into the back straight
MAM’S MAGIC and RUN CHUCK RUN collided resulting in both runners being
checked. FABULOUS SHOW, SUSHI COWBOY and
STANKY LEG all collided resulting in SUSHI COWBOY falling and taking no further
competitive part in the event. Shortly
after RUN CHUCK RUN collided with MAM’S MAGIC and was checked. On entering the back straight FABULOUS SHOW
and MAY ROAD collided resulting in both runners being hampered. Through the turn into the front straight
STANKY LEG and FABULOUS SHOW bumped on a number of occasions resulting in
both runners being hampered. The greyhound SUSHI COWBOY underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the back
and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN FINAL 395M POSSESSION
was slow to begin. Shortly after the
start ANOTHER RED and WHITE EAGLE bumped resulting in both runners being
hampered. Through the turn into the
back straight SAY GOOD DAY was tightened for room and checked. SKIP TO IT which was trailing was checked
as a result. Out of the turn into the
back straight POSSESSION, WHITE EAGLE and ONE IN SIX collided resulting in
ONE IN SIX and WHITE EAGLE being checked.
SAY GOOD DAY and SKIP TO IT which were trailing were both checked as a
result. Through the turn into the
front straight ONE IN SIX checked out across the heels of POSSESSION. On entering the front straight POSSESSION
and DIAMOND JAKEY bumped. SKIP TO IT
raced wide in the back straight. SAY
GOOD DAY raced wide in the front straight. |

GLEN GALLON @ STUD NOVICE 395M OUTBACK TREASURE was slow to begin. Shortly after the start RUN KAY RUN and
HANG ON LADS bumped. Through the turn
into the back straight RUN KAY RUN was tightened for room and checked. Shortly after CASHMEERA was tightened for
room and hampered. On entering the
back straight HANG ON LADS checked out across the heels of SECRET SHAY ANNA
and collided with WAIKARIE SYLVIE resulting in both runners being
checked. MISS PEREGIAN was checked and
forced out wider on the track as a result.
In the back straight CASHMEERA was tightened for room and
checked. Out of the back straight into
the turn HANG ON LADS, BARCIA’S HUNT and WAIKARIE SYLVIE all collided and
were checked. Through the turn into
the front straight RUN KAY RUN and MISS PEREGIAN collided resulting in both
runners being checked. Shortly after
HANG ON LADS and WAIKARIE SYLVIE collided resulting in both runners being
checked. HANG ON LADS raced wide in the front straight. MISS PEREGIAN raced wide in the back
straight. The greyhound HANG ON LADS underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
side pin and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

CARAVAN WAREHOUSE NOVICE 395M COPPER MINER and TIGER REX were slow to begin. Through the turn into the back straight
ACE, ELLIE’S LAST, FATHER NOEL and JOHN SAID THIS all collided resulting in
all runners being checked. COPPER
MINER which was trailing was checked as a result. TIGER REX was hampered as a result. On entering the back straight ACE and
COPPER MINER collided resulting in ACE being checked. COPPER MINER raced wide in the front
straight. The greyhound ACE underwent a post-race veterinary examination
and no apparent injuries were found. |

GOLD TOTAL and FABULOUS KATIE collided resulting in both runners being
checked. FABULOUS KATIE shifted out
and then collided with HER’S NOT HIS resulting in both runners being
checked. Shortly after HARA’S BLAZE
was tightened for room and hampered.
HEARD A WHISPER which was trailing was hampered as a result and
shifted out bumping GOLD TOTAL which was checked as a result. In the back straight HER’S NOT HIS was
tightened for room and hampered. GOLD
TOTAL raced wide in the back straight.

the turn into the back straight INNER WISDOM, PLUM JAM and TRICKY TRON all
bumped and were hampered as a result.
Out of the back straight into the turn PLUM JAM was tightened for room
and checked. Through the turn into the
front straight PLUM JAM and TRICKY TRON collided resulting in both runners
being checked. |

Through the turn into the front straight YOUR DEAL checked out across
the heels of CUZZY BROMAC. The greyhound JUICYLICIOUS underwent a
post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

with FEARSOME MISS which was hampered as a result. MO STRADAMUS and FEARSOME MISS raced wide
in the back straight. LION EAGLE and
FEARSOME MISS raced wide in the front straight. |

tightened for room and checked. DARK
DEFENDER and WIGGLE collided resulting in DARK DEFENDER being hampered. LORD KIHAEL was tightened for room and
hampered. Through the turn into the
back straight GUN RANGER was tightened for room and checked. Through the turn into the front straight
KYOTO KAHN was tightened for room and hampered. GUN RANGE which was trailing checked out
across KYOTO KAHN’s heels. Entering
the front straight GUN RANGE checked out across the heels of HARA’S BRACELET. The greyhound HARA’S BRACELEY underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
hind back muscle and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

NIGHT TIME LOVER raced wide in the front straight. The greyhound OUTBACK FLYER underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
side wrist and was stood down for a period of 7days. The greyhound FABULOUS TRAV underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the
stomach muscles and was stood down for a period of 21 days. |

FABULOUS WAZ, SPARKLING ANGEL and AWESOME WILLS were all tightened for room
and checked. Through the turn into the
front straight CORY’S DIAMOND and ALPHA HECTOR collided resulting in ALPHA
HECTOR being hampered and shifting out wider on the track. On entering the front straight FABULOUS WAZ
shifted out and collided with ALPHA HECTOR resulting in that runner being
checked, shifting out wider on the track and colliding with HARA’S HEAT which
was checked as a result. HARA’S HEAT
