back straight SORRENTO and HERO HAYDOS collided. Entering the turn out of the back straight
GEAR UP checked off the heels of ISSUE causing GEAR UP to drop back checking
MILLION DOLLAR, who in turn checked HERO HAYDOS. Entering the home straight GEAR UP checked
off the heels of HERO HAYDOS. |

APP NOVICE 520M PANAMERA was best to begin with GO LASSIE GO, CHAMPAGNE
SALLY and WESTERN QUINN slowly away.
Soon after the start ONE DOLLAR shifted in checking GO LASSIE GO. Approaching the turn out of the home
straight CAKE OF SOAP and SPRING FORTE collided. Entering the turn out of the home straight
CHAMPAGNE SALLY checked off the heels of MINNIE MARTINI causing CHAMPAGNE
SALLY to drop back sharply. On the
turn out of the back straight SPRING FORTE checked off the heels of CAKE OF
SOAP forcing MINNIE MARTINI wide. Entering
the turn out of the back straight GO LASSIE GO checked off the heels of
PANAMERA. In the home straight SPRING
FORTE was wide. The greyhound CHAMPAGNE SALLY underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
side hock and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

MAGIC was best to begin with IMA PACEMAN and SWITCH BLADE slowly away. Entering the turn out of the home straight
ELLY’S REIGN and IMA PACEMAN collided causing ELLY’S REIGN to drop back
checking BEC’S DIAMOND. On the turn
out of the home straight BEC’S DIAMOND was wide. Entering the back straight ELLY’S REIGN
took no further competitive part in the event. Entering the home straight SWITCH BLADE
turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact with ZABDON LAMBO. Stewards
advised trainer Ms. D Hannon that the greyhound SWITCH BLADE would be charged
under Rule 69 Marring, 2nd offence, 3 months plus a satisfactory
stewards’ trial 520m all tracks. The greyhound
ELLY’S REIGN underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to
have suffered an injury to the off side pin and was stood down for a period
of 10 days. |

occasion SPRING MARSHALL checked off the heels of KAY LEAVY causing SPRING
MARSHALL to stumble and take no further competitive part in the event. Entering the turn out of the home straight
SNEAKIN’ OUT and ROCKY BE GOOD collided.
In the back straight MIGHTY NIMROD was wide. On the top turn COSMO BILL eased and took
no further competitive part in the event.
Entering the home straight COSMO BILL and HONEY FANTASY collided. The greyhound SPRING MARSHALL underwent a post race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound COSMO BILL underwent a post race veterinary
