UBET – DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN 520M

MR. TERRIFIC, BRIGHT SATELLITE, YOU ANGEL YOU and SWIFT LEAH were best to begin.  In the front straight on the first occasion MR. TERRIFIC and BRIGHT SATELLITE collided on a number of occasions resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  Approaching the turn into the back straight BRIGHT SATELLITE raced wide, MR . TERRIFIC which was racing to its outside was checked as a consequence and raced wide.  Leaving the back straight YOU ANGEL YOU and MISS MINAJ collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight SWIFT LEAH was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.

 

The greyhound SWFIT LEAH underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

GLASSHOUSE GREYHOUND SPORTING CLUB MAIDEN 520M

PING LING, KUKUDIO and SAY GOOD DAY were best to begin.  Rounding the turn out of the front straight LITTLE MISS SHOW was tightened for racing room, severely checked and lost considerable ground.  MASKED ZORRO and FROSTY FOX were checked as a result of this incident and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the front straight LITTLE MISS SHOW checked off the heels of MASKED ZORRO and lost ground.

 

Stewards questioned trainer Mr. J Collins regarding the greyhound LAZZA MANAZZA’s actions in the front straight during the latter stages of the race where it appeared it may have turned its head.  After considering all available evidence stewards could not be comfortably satisfied that a charge could be substantiated and gave the ground the benefit of the doubt.

 

The greyhound LITTLE MISS SHOW underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

The greyhound FROSTY FOX underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

The greyhound KUKUDIO underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off side hock and was stood down for a period of 28 days.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE 520M

Even start with the exception of CARLTON CREW which was marginally slow to begin.  Shortly after the start ONE IN SIX and SHIMATTA collided resulting in ONE IN SIX to be checked and lose ground.  Leaving the back straight ONE IN SIX was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Approaching the turn into the front straight ONE IN SIX and ELLA’S LOLLIEPOP collided on a number of occasions resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  Rounding the turn into the front straight ONE IN SIX was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.

GLEN GALLON @ STUD 0 - 3 WINS 600M

SMART MARLOW was best to begin.  Rounding the turn into the front straight on the first occasion IZZY ELECTRIC improved onto the heels of UNIQUE KALEESI resulting in both those greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  SKOOZY PLEASE and SPRING FORTE which were trailing were checked as a consequence and lost ground.  Shortly after TREBLIG LUCIA checked across the heels of SPRING FORTE shifted out and raced wide.  LIL’S ROSE which was racing to its outside was checked and raced wide as a result.  Approaching the turn into the back straight SKOOZY PLEASE checked across the heels of UNIQUE KALEESI and was momentarily hampered.  TREBLIG LUCIA and LIL’S ROSE raced wide in the back straight.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight TREBLIG LUCIA was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  In the front straight during the latter stages of the race SPRING FORTE and IZZY ELECTRIC collided over a number of occasions resulting in both greyhounds to be checked.

 

The greyhound UNIQUE KALEESI underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

The greyhound SKOOZY PLEASE underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

CLASSY CHURCHIE and BAZZA’S ISSUE were best to begin.  Shortly after the start NATURAL LAD and RIGHT AS RAIN were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Leaving the front straight CAPTAIN’S KNOCK and BOUNDING AFFAIR collided.  Rounding the turn out of the front straight GUNNA WINK was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.

BRISGREYS.COM 5th GRADE 520M

Even start.  Shortly after the start CHILLED HEAT was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Leaving the front straight CHILLED HEAT was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  GEMMA BENZ completed the race with its muzzle displaced.  Trainer’s representative Mr. G Uhrhane was instructed to take the necessary actions to prevent a reoccurrence.

SKY RACING 5th GRADE FINAL 520M

Even start.  Shortly after the start CALAMITY JANE, GEORGIA, CAN OF SPRITE and ZABDON LAMBO were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Leaving the front straight ZABDON LAMBO and PENDITA collided resulting in PENDITA to be checked and shift out.  BATTY LOVES BEER which was trailing collided with PENDITA resulting in both BATTY LOVES BEER and PENDITA to be checked and to lose ground.  Shortly after HONEY HORNET and GEORGIA collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  Rounding the turn out of the front straight HONEY HORNET and GEORGIA collided.  Through the catching pen HONEY HORNET improved onto the hindquarters of PENDITA resulting in HONEY HORNET to be checked and lose ground.  GEORGIA which was trailing was checked as a consequence and lost ground.

Even start.  Shortly after the start DASH OF FAITH stumbled and lost momentum as a consequence.  DASH OF FAITH raced wide rounding the turn out of the front straight.  ZAFONIC DANCER which was racing to its outside was checked as a consequence and raced wide.  PASS YOU BY, LOVE SHAK, JACOBY RAIDER, DASH OF FAITH and ZAFONIC DANCER raced wide in the back straight.

 

The greyhound ZAFONIC DANCER underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near hind toe and was stood down for a period of 14 days.

SULZANTI @ STUD 5th GRADE 395M

Even start.  Through the first turn WISSUTA RULES was tightened for racing room checked and fell as a consequence and took no further competitive part in the race.  INVAR STAR, MAKE TODAY COUNT and QUINTASTIC were all checked as a result of this incident and lost considerable ground.  FLASHMAN SAM was tightened for racing room leaving the back straight and lost ground.  MAKE TODAY COUNT which was trailing was checked as a consequence.  Shortly after MOORE REVENGE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.

 

The greyhound WISSUTA RULES underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

The greyhound FLASHMAN SAM underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near side hip and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

GLEN GALLON @ STUD 5th GRADE 395M

Even start.  Shortly after the start HOOROO OLLIE and GAGAN NANCY collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  Through the first turn SMASHNIAK CLASS, HOOROO OLLIE, VIKING BUDDY, RED STEEL, GAGAN NANCY and NOT ANOTHA GINGA were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Entering the front straight VIKING BUDDY and RED STEEL collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.

SEDONA SKY, SIP OF SHIRAZ, SHE’S CRANKING and EL’S ON SHOW were best to begin.  INTERACTION was slow out.  In the back straight SLOW COACH was tightened for racing room, checked, shifted out and race wide.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight LOOK THE PART raced wide.  Entering the front straight SLOW COACH and LOOK THE PART collided.
