DOWNLOAD THE APP NOVICE 520M BOGAN
FLYER was best to begin. WATER BOY was
slowly away. Shortly after the start
BITTEN BYE, BIG DIPPA and STANKY LEG came together. In the front straight BITTEN BYE improved
onto the heels of BOGAN FLYER checking this greyhound. Approaching the 1st turn BITTEN
BYE shifted out inconveniencing BIG DIPPA, RAINY and WATER BOY and all 3
greyhounds lost ground. Shortly after,
STANKY LEG was tightened and lost ground.
In the 1st turn BOGAN FLYER and SIX GUN collided. Entering the top turn BIG DIPPA checked off
heels. In the top turn RAINY and BIG
DIPPA came together and were unbalanced. |

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE 520M Even start.
Shortly after the start GRAND PRIX DRYVA, BELVEDERE BABE and GADSBY’S
ROAD were all tightened as AUSSIE DIAMOND shifted out. BELVEDERE BABE and GADSBY’S ROAD lost
ground as a result. Approaching the 1st
turn AFTER GLOW was tightened. In the
1st turn LOZZA’S TROUBLE checked off heels. In the top turn THAT HOUDINI and GADSBY’S
ROAD came together. Entering the home
straight AFTER GLOW and THAT HOUDINI raced tight and unbalanced. |

CLINT’S CARAVAN WAREHOUSE 5th GRADE 520M TWEED DANCER
was slow to begin. Shortly after the
start BIRKDALE BANDIT and COOPOLLY BEACH collided causing COOPOLLY BEACH to
lose ground and collide with TWEED DANCER.
Approaching the 1st turn DUSKY SILK was tightened and lost
ground. COOPOLLY BEACH which was
following was inconvenienced. In the 1st
turn DUSKY SILK checked off heels.
LONESOME DUK was wide in the back straight. In the top turn OH BOY was tightened and
lost ground and LONESOME DUK which was racing to its outside was
inconvenienced. |

HAMISH RYAN TURNS 18 5th GRADE 520M KIKEM ZEST was best to begin while IZZY ELECTRIC was
slowly away. In the front straight
PIZARRO was tightened. Approaching the
1st turn IZZY ELECTRIC checked off heels and collided heavily with
DREAM BLASTER and SANDAVE BELLAIRE. As
a result, DREAM BLASTER fell and took no further competitive part in the
event while IZZY ELECTRIC lost significant ground. Entering the home straight ONE DOLLAR and
SIZEABLE collided and became unbalanced.
In the home straight SIZEABLE, PIZARRO and ONE DOLLAR all bumped. The greyhound IZZY ELECTIRIC underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound DREAM BLASTER underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near fore toe and
was stood down for a period of 7 days. |

GALLON @ STUD 5th GRADE 520M MILLION DOLLAR was slow to begin. Shortly after the start GEORGE GALLON and
MISS SHRAPNEL were tightened. In the
front straight MILLION DOLLAR checked off heels. Shortly after, RUMBLE DRIVE and SHUNT MAN
were tightened and lost ground as TRANSKEI ROCCA shifted in. TRANSKEI ROCCA then proceeded to check off
heels causing interference to MISS SHRAPNEL, who in turn shifted out
hampering GEORGE GALLON. GEORGE GALLON
was wide in the back straight.
Entering the back straight MILLION DOLLAR improved onto the heels of
MISS SHRAPNEL and both greyhounds were checked. |

SKY RACING 5TH GRADE 520M MISS BECKY SAM was marginally slow to begin. In the front
straight DISCO DOLLY was tightened. Approaching the first turn PRINCESS
EMALYS and ZABDON LAMBO were tightened and MISS BECKY SAM which was following
was inconvenienced. Passing the catching pen DISCO DOLLY checked off heels
and collided with PRINCESS EMALYS causing both greyhounds to lose ground. The greyhound PRINCESS EMALYS underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound LOGAN CITY underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. When questioned on the performance of the
greyhound particularly in reference to the greyhound’s weakening over the
concluding stages, trainer Mr P. Evans outlined to stewards that he was disappointed
with the run. However, he did make reference to the quality of the field in
this race and noted to stewards that he did not support his greyhound on this
occasion as he does not on any occasion wager on his greyhounds. Mr Evans undertook to inform stewards should
anything come to light with the greyhound in the coming days. Stewards noted his comments. |

begin. In the front straight FAST AS
was tightened and lost ground hampering GOT A BROTHER. Approaching the 1st turn GOT A
BROTHER and FAST AS collided. Shortly
after, NOOREE DESSA was tightened and lost ground. The greyhound GOT A BROTHER underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound FAST AS underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near side hip and
was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

AUSTRALIA DAY TROPHY OPEN FINAL 520M MASTER CHA CHA was best to begin. Approaching the 1st turn SHOW
BOUND shifted out checking CHADOR KAHN and ANGELIC MISS. In the back straight SHOW BOUND and MASTER
CHA CHA collided. In the top turn
MACNIVEK was tightened. The greyhound CHADOR KAHN underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

BRISGREYS.COM 5th GRADE 520M COSMO TRAV and INDIAN GIVER were marginally slow to
begin. Shortly after the start
FLAPPING GUMS shifted in checking COSMO TRAV and TEAR IT DOWN and all 3
greyhounds became unbalanced. INDIAN
GIVER which was racing to the inside was also hampered. In the front straight INDIAN GIVER checked
off heels and collided with COSMO TRAV.

GRADE 520M DOLLAR AND CENT was marginally slow to begin. In the front straight ABBY NORMAL, EMMA’S
MAGIC and PORT LISA were tightened between PASS YOU BY and DARK SMIFFY
resulting in interference to all runners excluding PASS YOU BY. Approaching the 1st turn ABBY NORMAL
and EMMA’S MAGIC were tightened and lost ground. Entering the back straight PASS YOU BY lost
ground when in clear running.
Approaching the top turn ABBY NORMAL was checked on heels. The greyhound PASS YOU BY underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off side hock and
was humanely euthanized. |
