RACE REPORTS
1.	UBET – DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN HEAT 1 331M The start of this race was delayed due to an international thoroughbred event. Even start with the exception of DEMOLISHMENT and STAR RING which were slow to begin. Shortly after the start DONA DIABLO was tightened for room and hampered. Entering the turn out of the back straight FLYING COMET was tightened for room and checked. Shortly after MAGIC PRINCESS was tightened for room and checked. In the front straight SNOW GIRL was very wide.

2.	ZILLMERE SPORTS CLUB MAIDEN HEAT 2 331M STORM RAIDER, NEV’S SHADOW and PINK IMPACT were slow to begin. Shortly after the start LOGAN PRINCE was tightened for room and checked. STORM RAIDER which was trailing was checked as a consequence. Entering the back straight SASSY SONYA was tightened for room and hampered. Entering the turn out of the back straight SASSY SONYA shifted inwards and collided heavily with LOGAN PRINCE resulting in that runner to be severely checked and taking no further part in the event. Shortly after STAR RISE was tightened for room and checked. The greyhound LOGAN PRINCE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off side wrist and was humanely euthanised.

3.	GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 3 331M OUR CRUSADER and JUST FROSTY were marginally slow to begin. Approaching the back straight TAJO shifted inwards and collided with SAMURAI PIZZACAT resulting in both runners to be checked. OUR CRUSADER which was trailing was checked as a result. Entering the turn out of the back straight SALUDOS and JUST FROSTY bumped resulting in both runners to be hampered and shift out wider on the turn. Through the turn into the front straight SALUDOS checked off heels.

4.	GLEN GALLON @ STUD MAIDEN FINAL 331M Even start. Shortly after the start COLLIDING, CECIL BENZ, MAX BE DONNA and DESERT CHILD were tightened for room and checked to varying degrees. Entering the back straight COLLIDING was tightened for room and severely checked. CECIL BENZ which was racing to its outside was checked as a result. Shortly after GHOST STORY, PRINCESS LIGHT and TYSON’S FANTASY were tightened for room and checked to varying degrees. Entering the turn out of the back straight MAX BE DONNA and PRINCESS LIGHT collided resulting in both runners to be checked. CECIL BENZ which was trailing was checked and shifted out wide on the turn as a result. Through the top turn MAX BE DONNA improved onto the heels of DESERT CHILD resulting in both runners to be checked. Shortly after COLLIDING checked off heels. Rounding the turn into the front straight CECIL BENZ checked off heels. COLLIDING raced green throughout the majority of the event.

5.	CLINT’S CARAVAN WAREHOUSE NOVICE 331M HOT PJYAMAS was best to begin. Entering the back straight SCREAM JET, DIAMOND SAND and GITCHA ROSES were tightened for room and checked to varying degrees. SANDLER which was trailing was checked as a result. Shortly after TURBO BURN improved onto the heels of SPEEDIE GAGAN and was checked as a result. Entering the turn out of the back straight SPEEDIE GAGAN and SCREAM JET collided resulting in both runners to be severely checked. Shortly after TURBO BURN which was trailing was checked and shifted out wide as a result. Through the top turn DIAMOND SAND turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact with TURBO BURN. Shortly after SCREAM JET and SPEEDIE GAGAN collided resulting in both runners to be severely checked. The greyhound DIAMOND SAND underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the both stopper pads and was stood down for a period of 10 days. Stewards advised trainer Ms. C Lombe that the greyhound would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1^st offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 331m all tracks.

6.	BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY NOVICE 331M BRASS ROAD, READY TO MOVE and DEREK were slow to begin. In the back straight LEDECKY and DE BRUYNE were tightened for room and hampered. Approaching the turn out of the back straight READY TO MOVE checked inwards across the heels of BRASS ROAD and made contact with the running rail resulting in that runner to be severely checked. Entering the turn out of the back straight LEDECKY and DEREK collided resulting in both runners to be checked. Through the top turn LEDECKY checked off heels. In the front straight SEA OF JOY was wide. The greyhound READY TO MOVE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near hind leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

7.	BRISGREYS.COM 5^th GRADE 331M DEEJAY BURN, SLOW COACH and KNOCKA ROUND were slow to begin. In the back straight TRISHA NOLAN was tightened for room and hampered. Entering the turn out of the back straight LITTLE GESTURE, PERFECT POUT and KNOCKA ROUND were tightened for room resulting in LITTLE GESTURE to be checked and PERFECT POUT and KNOCKA ROUND to be severely checked. SLOW COACH which was trailing was checked as a consequence. In the front straight PERFECT POUT was wide.

8.	SKY RACING 5^th GRADE 331M CLASSY TOM was slow to begin. Entering the back straight SECRET SHAY ANNA and HOLLYWOOD HEARTS were tightened for room and hampered. Entering the turn out of the back straight FARMOR I KNOW and STORMAGEDDON bumped resulting in both runners to be hampered. CLASSY TOM which was racing to their outside was checked and shifted outwards as a result. HER’S NOT HIS which was trailing that runner’s heels was checked as a consequence. Rounding the turn into the front straight FARMOR I KNOW checked off heels.

9.	SULZANTI @ STUD 5^th GRADE 395M TOO MANY BILLS was slow to begin. Shortly after the start IZZY ELECTRIC was tightened for room and hampered. Entering the 1^st turn IZZY ELECTRIC was tightened for room and checked. TOO MANY BILLS which was trailing was hampered as a result. Rounding the turn into the back straight MYSTIC KAHN was tightened for room and hampered. In the back straight TOO MANY BILLS was wide. Entering the top turn RUNYA DOWN made contact with the running rail, was checked and shifted outwards. MYSTIC KAHN which was racing to its outside was checked and shifted outwards. IZZY ELECTIC which was trailing that runner was checked and shifted out very wide on the turn as a result. Rounding the turn into the front straight MYSTIC KAHN checked off heels. The greyhound RUNYA DOWN underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

10.	MANLY HOTEL 5^th GRADE 395M KINGSBREAE LOONEY was slow to begin. Through the first turn WHERE’S TEJAY, HYDROGEN and SUPA SMOOTH OSTI were tightened for room and checked to varying degrees. Approaching the turn out of the back straight KINGSBRAE LOONEY was tightened for room and momentarily hampered. In the front straight WHERE’S TEJAY was wide. The greyhound SUPA SMOOTH OSTI underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near fore leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

11.	GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND 3/4^th GRADE 395M VELOCITY CLOVER was marginally slow to begin. Rounding the turn into the back straight CLASSY CHURCHIE was tightened for room and hampered. Through the top turn GET SHORTY and NEEKY’S WAY were tightened for room and momentarily hampered.

12.	ASPLEYS LEAGUES CLUB 5^th GRADE 395M TRADING PLACES was slow to begin. Shortly after the start SHARP SONGAR, NOT WORTH IT and LA CHASE RAPIDE were tightened for room and checked to varying degrees. TRADING PLACES which was trailing was severely checked and forced out wide on the turn as a result. Rounding the turn into the back straight EPIC HORIZON was tightened for room and checked. Rounding the turn into the front straight SHARP SHONGAR checked off heels.
