DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN 331M No
previews were conducted prior to races 1-6 due to the high temperature. BEHAVE
YOURSELF and GALWAY BLUEBIRD were slow to begin. In the back straight BEHAVE YOURSELF was
tightened and lost ground. Shortly
after, HARBOUR DRIVE checked off heels and lost ground hampering SMASHNIAK
ROCKS which was following. In the turn
BEHAVE YOURSELF checked off heels. The
greyhound BEHAVE YOURSELF underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no
apparent injuries were found. |

ZILLMERE SPORTS CLUB
MAIDEN 331M TYSON’S FANTASY was best to begin. ROAD CAM began awkwardly and was slowly
away. In the back straight OLD MATE
KICK checked off heels. Shortly after,
BLUE GIRL BLUE was tightened and lost ground.
BLUE GIRL BLUE and SMASHNIAK WINX were wide into the turn. Through the turn ROAD CAM and OLD MATE KICK
collided and were unbalanced. In the
home straight LIL MISS PINKY and PINK COLLISON raced wide. |

GARRARD’S HORSE & HOUND MAIDEN
331M STUEY was best to begin. In the back straight QUICK FOOT improved onto
the heels of DEMOLISHMENT and both greyhounds were inconvenienced. In the top turn FLYING COMET shifted off
the heels of SAGE OF OMAHA and raced wide.
Shortly after, TOOTSWEET and DEMOLISHMENT raced tight and
unbalanced. FLYING COMET and QUICK
FOOT which were following were hampered. |

GLEN GALLON @ STUD MAIDEN FIANL 331M JUST FROSTY and IRON MONARCH were slow
to begin. PINK IMPACT began awkwardly
and was slowly away. Entering the back
straight PINK IMPACT made contact with the running rail and lost ground. Approaching the top turn JUST FROSTY and
IRON MONARCH collided and were unbalanced. The greyhound PINK IMPACT underwent a
post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

CLINT’S
CARAVAN WARHOUSE NOVICE 331M FABIARNA was slow to begin. In the back straight UP THE HEAT improved
onto the heels of YORKLEA DOLLY dragging this greyhound down and causing it
to lose significant ground. NAUGHTY
JESS, UP THE HEAT and MIDNIGHT BURN were all hampered as a result. Shortly after, RIPPING ESCAPE and MISS
INDIVIDUAL came together and RIPPING ESCAPE lost ground. Approaching the top turn NAUGHTY JESS and
UP THE HEAT were tightened. MIDNIGHT
BURN which was following was also inconvenienced. The greyhound YORKLEA DOLLY underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY NOVICE 331M COME AGAIN JANE was slow to begin. Shortly after the start GITCHA ROSES was
tightened. In the back straight
ELLIE’S LAST and TURBO BURN were tightened and lost ground. Entering the top turn ELLY’S REIGN shifted
out and collided with DE BRUYNE causing both greyhounds to be significantly
inconvenienced. TURBO BURN which was
following was hampered. In the turn
ELLIE’S LAST improved onto the heels of ELLY’S REIGN causing this greyhound
to fall. DE BRUYNE which was following
was significantly inconvenienced as a result of this incident. Approaching the winning post TURBO BURN
shifted out and marred the running of COME AGAIN JANE. The greyhound DE BRUYNE underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound ELLY’S REIGN underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
fore leg and was stood down for a period of 7 days. Stewards advised trainer Mr. M Brauer that the greyhound
TURBO BURN would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence, 28
days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 331m all tracks. |

BRISGREYS.COM 5th GRADE 395M The ‘all clear’ for
this race was delayed while stewards examined the films after a report of a
lizard in front of the starting boxes as the greyhounds jumped. After
determining that no greyhound had been materially effected as a result the
‘all clear’ was given. Greyhounds were
permitted to preview before the start of this event and each event forthwith. TRAV’S MAGIC was best
to begin. In the 1st turn PREMIER
TEJAY, JIGGLE SPLAT, WESTERN HONEY and IRONBAR RICKY were all tightened and
lost ground. Approaching the top turn
TRAV’S MAGIC was tightened and lost ground. |

SKY RACING 5th GRADE 395M MONEY
BACK BEACH was slow to begin. In the 1st
turn general tightening resulted in interference to all runners excluding
COSMO WAZ and CHEVALEIR NUIT. Entering
the home straight MONEY BACK BEACH checked off heels and COWBOY which was
following was inconvenienced. The
greyhound SECRET SHAY ANNA underwent a post-race veterinary examination and
no apparent injuries were found. |

SULZANTI @ STUD 3/4th GRADE 395M FABULOUS ABBY was slow
to begin. In the 1st turn
PRINCESS EMALYS, BARRA FUN and HOPE’S MAGIC were tightened causing HOPE’S
MAGIC and BARRA FUN to lose ground.
Approaching the top turn BARRA FUN and HOPE’S MAGIC collided and
became unbalanced. Entering the top
turn PRINCESS EMALYS checked off heels. The greyhound BARRA FUN
underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were
found. |

MANLY HOTEL 5th GRADE 331M The greyhound TOOKA
HALF underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries
were found. TRISHA NOLAN was best
to begin. Shortly after the start WHO
DAT GUN was tightened. In the back
straight SILENT SONNY was tightened and lost ground. Approaching the top turn WHO DAT GUN lost
ground when in clear running. SILENT
SONNY was wide in the top turn.
Through the turn WHO DAT GUN checked off heels. Over the concluding stages NOAKI FLYER,
SILENT SONNY and SWEET PEARL collided. The greyhound WHO DAT
GUN underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries
were found. Stewards advised trainer
Mr. J. Catton that the greyhound would be charged under Rule 71
Unsatisfactory Performance and must perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial
331m all tracks prior to nominating. |
