BATTISTUZZI. Entering the turn out of
the home straight MR. BATTISTUZZI shifted out checking PRECIOUS TO ME and AUSSIE
DIAMOND. On the turn out of the home
straight VELOCITY ALLY and RUN CHUCK RUN were racing tight and bumping with
WATCH OUT RENALD wide. Entering the
back straight VELOCITY ALLY checked off the heels of AUSSIE DIAMOND causing
VELOCITY ALLY to check RUN CHUCK RUN.
In the back straight WATCH OUT RENALD was wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight
RUN CHUCK RUN and AUSSIE DIAMOND collided.
Entering the home straight RUN CHUCK RUN turned its head outwards and
made muzzle contact with VELOCITY ALLY.
In the home straight RAQUEL’S MAGIC was wide. The
greyhound LADY SPUR underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no
apparent injuries were found. Stewards
advised trainer Mr. W Scannella that the greyhound RUN CHUCK RUN would be
charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence, 28 days plus a
satisfactory stewards’ trial 520m all tracks. |

delayed 1 minute due to an interstate harness event. Even start
with KNOCKER KNOCK and OUR CHALLENGE slowly away. Soon after the start SWIFT NIMROD shifted
out checking SPLIT SYSTEM causing SPLIT SYSTEM to drop back taking no further
competitive part in the event.
Entering the turn out of the home straight LOVE SHAK checked off the heels
of ROAD TO FLAME causing LOVE SHAK to shift out checking KNOCKER KNOCK. On the turn out of the home and back
straight OUT CHALLENGE was wide. In
the home straight SWIFT NIMRO was wide. The greyhound
SPLIT SYSTEM underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to
have suffered an injury to the off hind back muscle and was stood down for a
period of 28 days. |

CENT. On the turn out of the home
straight DARK DEFENDER and DOLLAR AND CENT were racing tight and
bumping. In the back straight DOLLAR
AND CENT was wide. Entering the turn
out of the back straight SIX GUN checked off the heels of TAIL GATE. On the turn out of the back straight SPRING

GRADE 520M COOPOOLY BEACH and BEACH FRONT were best to begin with
the remainder evenly away. Entering
the turn out of the home straight COOPOLLY BEACH and THROTTLE ON
collided. Approaching the turn into
the back straight COOPOLLY BEACH and VIKING BUDDY collided. In the back straight COOPOOLY BEACH checked
off the heels of VIKING BUDDY.
Entering the turn COOPOLLY BEACH checked off the heels of BEACH FRONT
causing COOPOLLY BEACH to drop back to the rear. In the home straight ELEGANT STRIDER was
wide. The greyhound COOPOOLY BEACH underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the
chest muscle and was stood down for a period of 10 days. Mr. D Turley stated the he did not support
the greyhound. |
