Stewards Trial 1 – 331m The greyhound
CINCINNATI JUICE performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance
of 331m in a time of 19.16 and is now cleared all tracks. |

DOWNLOAD THE APP NOVICE 520M Even
start with the exception of KAAN PAKMAK which was marginally slow to
begin. Shortly after the start HIPSTER
was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Through the front straight on the 1st
occasion SISSO’S JOY and LAST DRINKS collided on a number of occasions
placing both greyhounds at a disadvantage.
Rounding the turn out of the front straight HIPSTER and LAST DRINKS
collided. In the front straight during
the run to the finish DIAMOND FLUSH turned its head and marred the running of
SISSO’S JOY. In the latter stages of
the race DIAMOND FLUSH eased in running. The
greyhound DIAMOND FLUSH underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no
apparent injuries were found. Stewards
advised trainer Mr L Lewis that the greyhound would be charged under Rule 69
Marring, 3rd offence, 12 months plus a satisfactory stewards’
trial 520m all tracks. |

HOUND 5th GRADE 520M Even start with the exception of IMA RUNAWAY which was
slow to begin. Shortly after the start
STATUE BRO, MAMA NATURE SAID and FREE SPIRIT were all tightened for racing
room, checked and lost ground. Leaving
the front straight MAMA NATURE SAID and STILL COUNTING were tightened for
racing room, checked and lost ground.
Rounding the turn into the front straight SPEEDY’S MATE eased and
failed to chase the lure with due commitment. The greyhound FREE SPIRIT underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound SPEEDY’S MATE underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards advised trainer’s representative
Mr Noon that the greyhound would be charged under Rule 69 (A) Failing to
Pursue, 1st offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial

greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.
Rounding the turn out of the back straight CHANCES and TOOKA TURN
collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. The greyhound
CHANCES underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent
injuries were found. The greyhound

slow to begin. Approaching the turn
into the front straight on the 1st occasion SKY BOND, MATTHEW
TERRENCE and WATCH OUT RENALD were all tightened for racing room, checked and
lost ground. Rounding the turn into
the front straight on the 1st occasion MATTHEW TERRENCE and ALPHA
CHAOS collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose
ground. Rounding the turn out of the
front straight MUSTANG NOVA was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Rounding the turn into the
front straight in the run to the finish MATTHEW TERRENCE turned its head and
marred the running of ALPHA CHAOS resulting in both greyhounds to be checked
and lose ground. The greyhound COSMIC YESSAM underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards advised trainer Mr T Brett that the greyhound
MATTHEW TERRANCE would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st
offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 600m all tracks. |

slow to begin. Shortly after the start
DASH TA FAME was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. In the front straight on the 1st
occasion YOUI was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
YOUI was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. DASH TA FAME was checked as a
consequence. Rounding the turn into
the front straight and in the front straight BOOTY BEACH was checked off the
heels of TORQUE FLIGHT on 2 occasions and lost ground. The greyhound NOOREE DESSA underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

pre race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found and
passed fit to race. LOGAN CITY and JACOBY RAIDER were best
to begin. Shortly after the start
NATURAL LAD was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the front straight
HARA’S JESSICA and SPORTFAN collided resulting in both greyhounds to be
checked. GALA SHOW, IRONBAR RICKY and
NATURAL LAD which were trailing were all checked as a consequence and raced
wide. Approaching the turn into the
back straight HARA’S JESSICA and SPORT FAN collided. GALA SHOW and NATURAL LAD which were trailing
were checked as a consequence. |

UBET – THE NEW TAB 5th
GRADE 520M Even start. In the
front straight on the 1st occasion MIGHTY NIMROD and GIFTED PINES
were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the front straight
WAIKARIE NOEL shifted out which hampered the running of FLASHING FERGO and
ROCKIN’ ALL OVER. Entering the back straight
MIGHTY NIMROD eased and gave ground.
Entering the back straight FLASHING FERGO checked across the heels of
ROCKIN’ ALL OVER and was hampered as a consequence. The greyhound GIFTED PINES underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. When questioned over the performance of the
greyhound trainer Mr. J Baker stated that in his view the greyhound was not
suited to the Albion Park circuit and he will be restricting its performances
to the straight track at Capalaba in the near future. The greyhound MIGHTY NIMROD underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the back
and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

Through the 1st turn SPLENDID STAR, ALPHA ZEPHYR, SIP OF
SHIRAZ and CORY’S DIAMOND were all tightened for racing room, checked and
lost ground. SO KAWAII gave ground
rounding the turn out of the back straight.
Approaching the turn into the front straight SO KAWAII improved onto
the heels of SIP OF SHIRAZ resulting
in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. Entering the front straight SIVAMET was tightened
for racing room, checked and lost ground. The greyhound SO KAWAII underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards advised trainer Mr D McGrath that
the greyhound SO KAWAII would be charged under Rule 71 Unsatisfactory
Performance and must perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial 395m all tracks
prior to nominating. |
