Even start with REGAL LEN slow.  Shortly after the start SCINTILLATIN SAL was tightened for racing room and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight RED JUMPER ran wide.  Approaching the finishing line BLUE GIRL BLUE and SAD REALITY collided resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered.

 

The greyhound SCINTILLATIN SAL underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near side shoulder and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

HOT MUMMA’S BOY was best to begin with HAY MISS KNOCKA slow.  Entering the turn out the back straight NEER A PROBLEM and INNAMINCKA bumped resulting in NEVER A PROBLEM to lose ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight STETSON JESS and NEVER A PROBLEM ran wide.  Rounding the turn into the home straight HAY MISS KNOCKA clipped heels and lost ground.  Entering the home straight LUNCHBOX and TRENCH VAPOUR bumped.  In the home straight NEVER A PROBLEM clipped heels and shifted out and was hampered.

DIAMOND SAND was best to begin with REGAL CYNDIE slow.  Shortly after the start LIL’S ROSE was tightened for racing room and lost ground.  At the same time REGAL CYNDIE clipped heels and lost ground.  Leaving the turn out of the back straight SABANG clipped heels and was hampered.  Entering the home straight LIL’S ROSE clipped heels, shifted out and lost ground.  Approaching the finishing line MINI VANS and REGAL CYNDIE collided.

TEE BE GOOD was best to begin with REGAL WAZ slow.  Shortly after the start PARIS QUEEN shifted in colliding with SPUDTASTIC resulting in both greyhounds to lose ground.  In the back straight SPUDTASTIC and PARIS QUEEN bumped on numerous occasions resulting in both greyhounds to lose ground.  Entering the turn out of the back straight KAGO was tightened for racing room and lost ground.  In the home straight JOHN’S LAST and TEE BE GOOD collided resulting in TEE BE GOOD to be hampered.

 

The greyhound ADHARA BAY underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

The start of this race was delayed for an international thoroughbred event.

 

JIGGLE SPLAT was best to begin with UNIQUE MOTIVE slow.  In the 1st turn ALPHA HECTOR, ALOTA DAGZ and WESTERN HONEY collided resulting in WESTERN HONEY and ALOTA DAGZ to lose ground.  In the back straight ALPHA HECTOR and COSMO WAZ bumped.  Rounding the turn into the home straight ALOTA DAGZ and UNIQUE MOTIVE shifted out collided and both greyhounds were hampered.

 

The greyhound ALOTA DAGZ underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off hind webbing and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Even start.  Shortly after the start ABELE slipped on the matting and was hampered.  At the same time SAMMURAI PIZZACAT and RAMBLIN’ ROSE bumped resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered.  In the 1st turn RAMBLIN’ ROSE was tightened for racing room and hampered.  Entering the back straight DUSTY ROCKS clipped heels, shifted out and lost ground.  In the back straight DUSTY ROCKS ran wide.

 

The greyhound RAMBLIN’ ROSE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Even start.  Shortly after the start ADHARA GOLD clipped heels and was hampered.  At the same time QUICK AND LIVELY was tightened for racing room and lost ground.  In the 1st turn JUST MY SIZE and ADHARA GOLD collided resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered.  Entering the turn out of the back straight POPULAR BELIEF clipped heels and lost ground.  In the back straight JUST MY SIZE and QUICK AND LIVELY bumped on numerous occasions resulting in both greyhounds to lose ground.  In the home straight ADHARA GOLD and WHERE’S TEJAY collided on numerous occasions and both greyhounds were hampered.

SILVER STICKA and HER’S NOT HIS were best to begin.  On the 1st turn GOSHI got on the hindquarters of SILVER STICKA resulting in SILVER STICKA to lose ground.  At the same time QUEEN OF SHOW collided with LIL’ BIT SPARKY resulting in LIL’ BIT SPARKY to lose ground.  Entering the back straight TRUE BLUE ICE clipped heels, shifted out and lost ground.  In the back straight GOSHI and HER’S NOT HIS collided resulting in HER’S NOT HIS to lose ground.

 

The greyhound HER’S NOT HIS underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near side wrist and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

HA HA CLASSY was best to begin with GEORGIA CAN DO and AUTOMATED slow.  Shortly after the start SPICE BUCKET and GEORGIA CAN DO collided resulting in GEORGIA CAN DO to lose ground.  Entering the turn out of the back straight SPICE BUCKET clipped heels, shifted out and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight CECIL BENZ, BEST STRATEGY and AUTOMATED collided resulting in BEST STRATEGY to lose ground.  Rounding the turn into the home straight SPICE BUCKET, CECIL BENZ and AUTOMATED collided with BEST STRATEGY and SUNNYSIDE STYLE which were trailing were checked and all greyhounds lost ground.

 

The greyhound SPICE BUCKET underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.
