GREYHOUND SPORTING CLUB MAIDEN HEAT 1 395M ANY
WHICH WAY and TAZI BE GOOD were best to begin while FORGOT MY MOUSE was very
slow. Shortly after the start FRIENDZ,
KNOT HEAR and SOMERVILLE collided. In
the top turn SOMERVILLE shifted out and raced wide forcing FORGOT MY MOUSE
that was following to do the same. In
the home straight ANY WHICH WAY was checked and became unbalanced. The
greyhound KNOT HEAR underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was
found to have suffered a fracture to the near fore leg, and was humanely euthanized. The
greyhound SOMERVILLE underwent a post-race veterinary examination, was found
to have suffered an injury to the tail, and was stood down for a period of 10
days. |

APP MAIDEN HEAT 2 395M DON’T SELL was best to begin while WHAT LEO WANTS,
GLORIA’S CHOICE and THUG were slow. In
the 1st turn DYNAMITE PACE and BUSY BREEZE were hampered. In the back straight THUG and GLORIA’S
CHOICE collided and became unbalanced.
Entering the top turn MALLEE BULL and ONE TOO MANY collided causing
ONE TOO MANY to lose ground. |

and SUEN’S BOY were best to begin while DAD’S THE WORD was slow. In the 1st turn COSMIC CRACKLE,
COSMIC TEX and SUEN’S BOY were tightened and lost ground. In the home straight SUCCATASH checked off
heels. COSMIC REX raced wide
throughout. COSMIC CRACKLE was wide in
the home straight. |

THIRTY TALKS @ STUD NOVICE 395M HANNAH JAY JAY was best to begin. In the 1st turn TRUTH PREVAILS
and NO VISA collided. Shortly after,
BUTTON PUSHER and ELOISE came together and became unbalanced and LOUIE THE
FLYER that was following was inconvenienced.
In the back straight TRUTH PREVAILS and NO VISA collided and lost
ground. Entering the top turn ELOISE
was tightened and lost ground. ELOISE
was wide in the home straight. |

begin while MONDELLA was slow. In the
1st turn CANDY CRUISE was tightened and lost ground. In the back straight CLASSY BARCY checked
off heels and lost ground. Entering
the top turn CANDY CRUISE was tightened and lost ground. In the top turn AWESOME WILLS and KIMAHRI
RONSO raced tight and unbalanced. The greyhound CANDY CRUISE underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

examination. No apparent injuries were found and the greyhound was passed fit
to start. DANCE OF LOVE was best to begin while ONE IN SIX and
ZILLIE BEAN were slow. Entering the 1st
turn HOOP DREAMS was hampered. In the
1st turn GRAND ANGEL checked off heels. Entering the back straight ONE IN SIX
checked off heels. Shortly after,
ZILLIE BEAN and BLUE LEMONADE collided causing BLUE LEMONADE to lose
ground. Entering the top turn DU HAST
and BLUE LEMONADE collided. In the top
turn DANCE OF LOVE checked off heels. |

GRADE HEAT 2 395M MYRNIONG FLOYD, SHOTOTSU and GET SHORTY were best to
begin. In the 1st turn
general tightening resulted in interference to all runners including GET
SHORTY and all greyhounds were checked to varying degrees. Entering the back straight MYRNIONG FLOYD
and CREAM WHISK collided and were momentarily hampered. |

HARRY BAILEY checked off heels and collided with CRAZY VIXON and SOLO DANCER
and all 3 greyhounds lost significant ground. |

Entering the back straight SHOW BEKIM checked off heels and lost
ground. Entering the top turn MISS
LYNBRA and SIR TO YOU collided and MADAM LOOPSY checked off heels. Entering the home straight SAMURAI PIZZACAT
and MADAM LOOPSY bumped. The greyhound NOAKI FLYER underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. |
