MAIDEN 331M ROSIE KNOCKS was best to begin. Shortly after the start BARCIA JEANS hit
the running rail and lost ground.
Leaving the turn out of the back straight SMASHNIAK CROWN clipped
heels and shifted out and lost ground.
Entering the home straight BARCIA JEANS and SMASHNIAK CROWN both ran
wide, collided and lost ground. The greyhound BARCIA JEANS underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
hind leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days. The greyhound SMASHNIAK CROWN underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
hind leg and was stood down for a period of 7 days. |

Approaching the turn out of the back straight DESERT CHILD got onto
the hindquarters of LEGEND MATE causing LEGEND MATE to be hampered. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
ARETHA BELLA and SMASHNIAK ROCKS collided causing SMASHNIAK ROCKS to lose

Shortly after the start COSMO GILL and GO LASSIE GO bumped. Entering the turn out of the back straight
GO LASSIE GO and WINGS OF PERLITA collided causing GO LASSIE GO to lose
ground. Approaching the finishing line
WINGS OF PERLITA and GO LASSIE GO collided causing GO LASSIE GO to lose
ground with ICONIC BEACH checked as a result. The greyhound GO LASSIE GO underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

LIGHTNING
HEAT 2 331M PROPER TOFF was best to begin. Shortly after the start JACK’S BLACK and
BONKNOCKA PRINCE were both tightened for racing room causing BONKNOCKA PRINCE
to fall and give no further competitive part in the race. In the turn out of the back straight JACK’S
BLACK got onto the hindquarters of EVIE’S ANGEL causing both greyhounds to
lose ground. In the front straight
OKA’S ANGLE and SHOT CLOCK bumped and both greyhounds were hampered. The greyhound BONKNOCKA PRINCE underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

CHURCHIE were both tightened for racing room and hampered. Leaving the turn out of the back straight
CLASSY CHURCHIE clipped heels and lost ground. At the same time SHEZA GOOD SIZE ran
wide. Entering the home straight SHEZA
GOOD SIZE and GALLEON collided causing SHEZA GOOD SIZE to shift out and lose
ground. The greyhound CLASSY CHURCHIE underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
side wrist and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

tightened for racing room causing it to shift out colliding with ON TIGHT
LINES causing both greyhounds to lose ground.
Rounding the turn into the home straight ON TIGHT LINES and PERFECT
TOUCH collided resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered. The greyhound PERFECT TOUCH underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound FERNVALE RUBY underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

tightened for racing room and lost ground.
Rounding the turn out of the back straight TURBO BURN clipped the
heels of FEARLESS DANCER causing TURBO BURN to shift out and collide with DAISY
DREAMS resulting in both greyhounds to lose ground. Rounding the turn into the home straight
DAISY DREAMS and TURBO BURN collided causing both greyhounds to lose
ground. In the front straight GRAND
