TREBLIG LUCIA performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of
520m in a time of 31.22 and is now cleared all tracks. Stewards Trial 1 – 600m The greyhound
DONNY’S BEACH performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of
600m in a time of 35.69 and is now cleared all tracks. |

DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN 331M The
start of this race was delayed when HIGH FIVE CUZ proved difficult to box,
HIGH FIVE CUZ will be declared a Hard To Box Greyhound for it’s immediate
racing future. LET’S GO FABIO was best to begin. HIGH FIVE CUZ was slow to begin. Shortly after entering the back straight
BLITZEN LEE shifted in and made contact with the running rail and lost
ground. Rounding the turn out of the
back straight BLITZEN LEE became awkward and lost ground. Shortly after BAILEY BE GOOD raced
wide. Approaching the turn into the
front straight POWDER checked across the hindquarters of KEAVY and lost
ground. The
greyhound HIGH FIVE CUZ underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no
apparent injuries were found. The
greyhound BLITZEN LEE underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no
apparent injuries were found. |

MAIDEN 520M Even start.
Shortly after the start MERLOT HAYZE and SWIFT BARB were both
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Shortly after PETITE FAWN was tightened for
racing room, checked and lost ground.
In the front straight on the 1st occasion SWIFT BARB was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the front straight
ANKLE TAP improved onto the hindquarters of BLACKHEART BELLA resulting in
both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. At the same time PETITE FAWN shifted out
which hampered the running of MERLOT HAYZE.
Entering the back straight MERLOT HAYZE checked across heels and lost
ground. In the back straight
BLACKHEART BELLA and ANKLE TAP collided resulting in ANKLE TAP to be checked
and lose ground. |

BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY 5th GRADE 395M Even start
with the exception of NAUGHTY MAX and SO SABRINA which were both slow to
begin. Approaching the turn into the
back straight BOGIE TEJAY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. In the back straight REIYN
CHAAI and BOGIE TEJAY collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and
lose ground. |

ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB 5th GRADE HEAT 1 520M Even start. In the
front straight on the 1st occasion NAMROD gave ground quickly and
finished a considerable distance from the remainder of the field. Leaving the front straight MO STDRADAMUS
and CYCLONE BARCI collided resulting in CYCLONE BARCI to be checked and lose
ground. Rounding the turn out of the
front straight ALLPA MAMA checked across the heels of CYCLONE BARCI and lost
ground. Approaching the turn into the
back straight MIGHTY NIMROD was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Entering the back straight
MIGHTY NIMROD was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
FROSTY BEJAY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Approaching the turn into the front
straight ALLPA MAMA checked across heels and lost ground. The greyhound NAMROD underwent a post race veterinarian
examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near hind back
muscle and was stood down for a period of 28 days. The greyhound MIGHYT NIMROD underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
side pin and was stood down for a period of 14 days. |

@ BRISGREYS 5th GRADE HEAT 2 520M HONEY HORNET, SPLENDID STAR and MYONA MORPHEUS were all
best to begin. Rounding the turn out
of the front straight HONEY HORENT and SPLENDID STAR were both tightened for
racing room, checked and lost ground.
Shortly after LOZZA’S TROUBLE shifted out which hampered the running
of COOPOLLY BEACH. Approaching the
turn into the back straight SPLENDID STAR and AFTER GLOW collided resulting
in AFTER GLOW to be checked and lose ground.
Rounding the turn out of the back straight LOZZA’S TROUBLE improved
onto the hindquarters of HONEY HORNET resulting in HONEY HORNET to be checked
and lose ground. Rounding the turn
into the front straight MR. BELVEDERE and MYONA MORPHEUS collided on a number
of occasions resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. SPLENDID STAR which was trailling was
checked as a consequence and lost ground. |

Shortly after the start FREEHOLD was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Rounding the
turn out of the front straight RAGNAR LOTHBROK was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. AND YOU ARE
was checked as a consequence and lost ground. |

GRADE 600M HARA’S BUNDY and IRINKA GAIL were best to begin. Entering the front straight on the 1st
occasion CHANTILLY BEAUTY and DAB LIVY DAB collided resulting in DAB LIVY DAB
to be checked and lose ground.
Rounding the turn into the front straight on the final occasion GUNNA
WINK and DAB LIVY DAB collided. |

ZAFONIC FORCE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. CAPTAIN’S KNOCK which was trailling was
checked as a consequence and lost ground.
Approaching the turn out of the back straight LONESOME DUK improved
onto the heels of SUDUKO DAISY resulting in that greyhound to be checked and
race wide. |

GRADE 395M Even start with the exception of GALLEON and BEER SHACK
which were both marginally slow to begin.
Rounding the turn into the back straight FLASHING FERGO and BIG
TRIGGER were both tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. SNAKEY KATIE which was trailling was
severely checked, fell and took no further part in the race. BEER SHACK and GALLEON were both checked as
a result of this incident. APACHE
BROOK raced wide rounding the turn into the front straight. The greyhound SNAKEY KATIE underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
hind toe and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |
