DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN 331M Even
start with the exception of BLACKPEARL GIRL, DEMOLISHMENT and SIXTEEN WINX
which were marginally slow to begin.
Rounding the turn out of the back straight GO FOR CHUCK was tightened
for racing room, shifted out and collided with BLACK OSPREY resulting in both
greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.
BLACKPEARL GIRL raced wide rounding the turn out of the back straight
and a warning was issued. Rounding the
turn into the front straight SIXTEEN WINX and BLACK OSPREY collided heavily
resulting in both greyhounds to be severely checked and lose considerable
ground. The
greyhound BLACK OSPREY underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no
apparent injuries were found. |

ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB
MAIDEN 331M The ‘all clear’ was delayed to allow stewards the
opportunity to view the official replay to ascertain whether there was an
issue with the positioning of the lure throughout the race. After reviewing all available footage
stewards were satisfied and gave the ‘all clear’. Even start with the exception of SYFY HERO which was slow
to begin. Rounding the turn out of the
back straight EXPLOSIVE JEANES raced wide and baulked at the 520m starting
boxes and a warning was issued.
SMASHNIAK BATMAN raced wide rounding the turn into the front
straight. At the same time SATIN
LUSTRE and SECRET KEPT collided on a number of occasions. Entering the front straight SMASHNIAK
BATMAN, SYFY HERO and BLITZEN LEE collided resulting in SYFY HERO and BLITZEN LEE to be severely checked and lose
ground. |

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN 331M ZABDON MOO
MOO and MON MANNY BEACH were best to begin.
Leaving the back straight NIRVANA BEACH was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. QUICK STORY
which was trailing was checked as a consequence and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
JET BLACK STAR checked across the heels of ILLAWONG COWGIRL and collided with
LUNA BEACH resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. Approaching the turn into the front
straight NIRVANA BEACH turned its head and marred the running of MOJO ROSE HI
on a number of occasions resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose
ground. Stewards
advised trainer Mr. D Turley that the greyhound NIRVANA BEACH would be
charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence, 28 days plus a
satisfactory stewards’ trial 331m all tracks. |

THIRTY TALKS @ STUD MAIDEN FINAL 331M Even start with the exception of DOVAHKIIN, KING DIESEL
and KYARNA which were all marginally slow to begin. Entering the back straight DOVAHKIIN was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leaving the back straight SPCIE THAT
shifted out which hampered the running of MY GLORIOUS GAL. In the front straight during the latter
stages of the race SPICE THAT and KING DIESEL raced tight. |

Through the 1st turn SHOW BEKIM was tightened for racing
room, checked and lost ground.
COMETRON FLYER which was trailing was checked as a consequence and
lost ground. At the same time ARABELLA
EMJAY and JOHN SAID THAT were both tightened for racing room, checked and
lost ground. |

GRADE 395M Even start.
Through the 1st turn LADY OLIVIA was tightened for racing
room, checked and lost ground. Shortly
after LADY OLIVIA collided heavily with BLACK SCORPION and THOMAS ROSE HI resulting
in LADY OLIVIA and BLACK SCORPION being severely checked and lost
considerable ground.THOMAS ROSE HI was severely checked as a result of this
incident and fell and took no further part in the race. In the front straight during the run to the
finish CLASSY CHURCHIE and ACE GAMBLER raced tight. The greyhound BLACK SCORPION underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound THOMAS ROSE HI underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound LADY OLIVIA underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

rounding the turn into the back straight and failed to finish the completion
of the race. Entering the back
straight HA HA CLASSY and RAMBLIN’ ROSE collided. FABULOUS WALL commenced to give ground rounding
the turn out of the back straight. The greyhound NO JOCKEY NEEDED underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the stomach muscles and was stood down for a period of 28 days. The greyhound FABULOUS WALL underwent
a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury
to the off hind back muscle and was stood down for a period of 6 weeks. |

GRADE 331M Even start with the exception of GUDERA KITTYHAWK which
was slow to begin. PIT BOSS commenced
to give ground entering the back straight and failed to complete the
race. Leaving the back straight SCREAM
JET was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. The greyhound PIT BOSS underwent a post race veterinarian
examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off hind back
muscle and was stood down for a period of 21 days. The trainer of HUBCAP WILLY Mr. G Chalmer contacted
Stewards at 10am Monday 13 November and advise the greyhound has been vetted
this morning and found to be suffering an injury to the near side stopper
bone. |

GRADE 331M Even start with the exception of SAGE OF OMAHA and
NAUGHTY JESS which were both marginally slow to begin. Entering the back straight EBONY SANDS and
SHE’S CRANKING were both tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Rounding the turn into the
front straight CHARBELLAMIA and SAGE OF OMAHA collided resulting in both
greyhounds to lose ground. At the same
time EBONY SANDS improved onto the hindquarters of WESTMEAD DAFFIE resulting
in that greyhound to be checked and lose ground. The greyhound NAUGHTY JESS underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
hind toe and was stood down for a period of 7 days. |

Through the 1st turn KOORINGA RACHEL, DUSTY ROCKS, POPULAR
BELIEF, PERFECT MUM and CONVEX were all tightened for racing room, checked
and lost ground. Entering the back
straight DUSTY ROCKS was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Approaching the turn out of
the back straight KOORINGA RACHEL and DAVID’S MEMORY collided resulting in
DAVID’S MEMORY to be checked and lose ground.
Rounding the turn out of the back straight KOORINGA RACHEL stumbled
and fell and took no further part in the race. PERFECT MUM and CONVEX which were both trailing
were severely checked as a result of this incident. The greyhound KOORINGA RACHEL underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
fore leg and humanely euthanised. |
