Stewards Report 1 – 395m The greyhound
BLANCHETT performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 395m
in a time of 23.69 and is now cleared all tracks. The greyhound
MONOCEROS performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 395m in
a time of 23.11. Stewards Report 1 – 520m The greyhound ELLA
GRACIA performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 520m in
a time of 30.33 and is now cleared all tracks up to 520m only. |

RACE REPORTS |

UBET –
DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN 520M Even
start with the exception of MASTER BULLET and HACIENDA which were both
marginally slow to begin. In the front
straight shortly after the start HACIENDA checked across heels and lost
ground. At the same time PETITE FAWN
was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the front straight
KULU COSMO and FLYING COMET collided resulting in both greyhounds to be
checked and lose ground. Shortly after
MASTER BULLET was tightened for racing room, checked and fell and took no further
part in the race. PETITE FAWN,
HACIENDA and KULU COSMO which were trailling were severely checked as a
consequence and lost considerable ground.
CRACKERJACK RUBY was also checked as a result of this incident. The
greyhound MASTER BULLET underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no
apparent injuries were found. The
greyhound CRACKERJACK RUBY underwent a post race veterinarian examination and
was found to have suffered an injury to the off side pin and was stood down
for a period of 10 days. |

THIRTY TALKS @ STUD
NOVICE 520M Even start.
Shortly after the start BRITTANY TALKS, PROPER GENT, WAZZA QUEEN and
MATADOR MAN were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leaving the front straight PROPER GENT
checked across the heels, raced wide and collided with MATADOR MAN resulting
in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. Rounding the turn into the back straight
WAZZA QUEEN checked across heels and lost ground. |

BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY 5th GRADE HEAT 1 520M Even
start. Shortly after the start MRS.
POLETTI was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the front straight
GADSBY’S ROAD and IZY GOLD were both tightened for racing room, checked and
lost ground. KULU DOT COM, MRS.
POLETTI and BRIGHT SATELLITE which were all trailling were severely checked
as a result of this incident and lost considerable ground. Entering the back straight GADSBY’S ROAD
improved onto the heels of FLYAWAY BARB on a number of occasions and lost
ground. The greyhound
MRS. POLETTI underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent
injuries were found. The greyhound
BRIGHT SATELLITE underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found
to have suffered an injury to the off side hock and was stood down for a
period of 10 days. |

ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB 5th GRADE HEAT 2 520M Even start.
Shortly after the start POET SOCIETY and REGAL BILL were both tightened
for racing room, checked and lost ground.
At the same time AFTER GLOW and BRONZE GAMBLER collided resulting in
BRONZE GAMBLER to be checked and lose ground.
Leaving the front straight DUDE PERFECT was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Rounding the
turn out of the front straight AFTER GLOW and BRONZE GAMBLER collided on a
number of occasions resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose
considerable ground. POET SOCIETY
shifted out rounding the turn into the front straight which hampered the
running of IRON MONARCH. |

@ BRISGREYS 5th GRADE HEAT 3 520M Even start.
Shortly after the start RULE THE ROAD and FROSTY BEJAY were both tightened
for racing room, checked and lost ground.
Rounding the turn out of the front straight SULTAN OF RUM shifted out
which hampered the running of THURSDAY WISH and COMETRON FLYER. Entering the front straight HAY CYNDIE
turned its head and marred the running of DREAM YOUR DREAM on a number of
occasions resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. The greyhound DREAM YOUR DREAM underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
fore toe and was stood down for a period of 10 days. Stewards advised trainer Ms. C Elson that the greyhound
HAY CYNDIE would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence, 28
days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 520m all tracks. |

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND 5th GRADE HEAT 4 520M Even start. In the
front straight on the 1st occasion RUMBLE SOLDIER, IT’S DYLLAN,
DAB LIVY DAB and DAZE LIKE THESE were all tightened for racing room, checked
and lost ground. Rounding the turn out
of the front straight BETTA BE RIGHT was tightened for racing room, checked
and lost ground. IT’S DYLLAN, DAZE
LIKE THESE and DAB LIVY DAB which were racing to its outside were checked as
a consequence and lost ground. SMART
SHIRL commenced to give ground in the back straight. The greyhound SMART SHIRL underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
side wrist and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

GRADE 520M Even start.
Rounding the turn out of the front straight LITTLE MISS SHOW and ROAD
SCHOLAR were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. LIL MACIE BREEZE which was trailling was
checked as a consequence and lost ground.
Rounding the turn into the back straight DU HAST checked off heels and
lost ground. The greyhound DU HAST underwent a post race veterinarian
examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near side hip and
was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

Approaching the turn into the back straight VISIGOTH was tightened for
racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding
the turn out of the back straight HARA’S SAM was tightened for racing room,
checked, shifted out and collided with VISIGOTH resulting in both greyhounds
to be checked and lose ground.
Rounding the turn into the front straight KULU EAGLE and VISIGOTH
collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. At the same time GUNNA WINK and REFUND
REQUIRED collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. The greyhound VISIGOTH underwent a
post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

Through the 1st turn MEMPHIS, INDIAN GIVER and COSMIC ELITE
were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leaving the back straight INDIAN GIVER was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
MEMPHIS shifted out which hampered the running of MOCHACHINI MAN. COSMIC ELITE which was trailling was
checked as a consequence and lost ground. |
