The greyhound SON OF BETTY performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 520m in a time of 31.00 and is now cleared all tracks.

The greyhound ANNIE’S MAGIC failed stewards’ trial over the distance of 520m.

Stewards Trial 1 – 331m

The greyhound TRY COMB performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 331m in a time of 19.40.

The greyhound SEIZED ASSET performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 331m in a time of 19.41.

RACE REPORTS

UBET – DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN 520M

SUPER CESC and SYFY LEGEND were both slow to begin. Shortly after the start APACHE VALLEY and SUPER CESC bumped. At the same time KULU COSMO collided with MERLOT HAYZE and became unbalanced. In the front straight on the first occasion MERLOT HAYZE, APACHE VALLEY, SUPER CESC and SYFY LEGEND collided on a number of occasions resulting in MERLOT HAYZE, APACHE VALLEY and SUPER CESC all being checked. Turning out of the front straight APACHE VALLEY checked across the heels of SUPER CESC.

BILLY BOY and WHIPPY MIDGET were best to begin. In the front straight DRAGON BORN shifted in colliding with NO VISA on a number of occasions which in turn tightened the running of BEFORE THE FIRE. Approaching the turn out of the front straight these 3 greyhounds continued to race tight causing NO VISA to be checked and DRAGON BORN to become unbalanced and fall, severely checking BRITTANY TALKS which was trailing.

DRAGON BORN underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

LIL MACIE BREEZE was best to begin while BRONZE GAMBLER was marginally slow. General tightening on the first turn resulting in SHE’S INYA FACE and APACHE BROOK being checked and losing ground. Entering the front straight on the first occasion KULU EAGLE, KULU TUPPENCE and BRONZE GAMBLER collided resulting in KULU TUPPENCE and BRONZE GAMBLER being checked.

APACHE BROOK underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

GARRARD’S HORSE & HOUND NOVICE 520M

INDOMINOUS DANE was slow to begin. GRAND ANGEL, ZABDON LAMBO and CALL ME AUSSIE bumped at the start. Shortly after DANCING SOLO was checked between VOLKEY and WARPIG. General tightening on the first turn resulted in DANCING SOLO, GRAND ANGEL, ZABDON LAMBO and INDOMINOUS DANE all being checked. Turning into the back straight CALL ME AUSSIE was tightened for racing room between WARPIG and FLAPPING GUMS and lost ground.

WARPIG underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards advised trainer Mr C. Williams that the greyhound would be charged under Rule 69 (A) Failing to Pursue, 1^st offence, 28 days + satisfactory stewards’ trial 395m all tracks.

GLEN GALLON @ STUD 5^th GRADE 520M

BIG TURLS was best to begin while ALL ABOUT TIGER was slow out. Leaving the front straight on the first occasion BIG TURLS, ALL ABOUT TIGER, DAZE LIKE THESE, SULTAN OF RUM and FLYAWAY BARB raced tight resulting in ALL ABOUT TIGER being checked and FLYAWAY BARB checking across the heels of SULTAN OF RUM.

ALL ABOUT TIGER underwent a post race veterinary examination, was found to have suffered an injury to the off side wrist and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

SAY GOOD DAY underwent a post race veterinary examination, was found to have suffered an injury to the off side calf muscle and was stood down for a period of 14 days.

SKY RACING 0 – 3 WINS 600M

Even start. Approaching the turn out of the front straight ARABIAN GO GO was tightened for racing room and lost ground. KULU HIPSTER and ACTUALIZE raced wide on the first turn.

WAY TO WITCHES underwent a post race veterinary examination, was found to have suffered an injury to the off side hock and was stood down for a period of 28 days.

7.	UBET – THE NEW TAB 5^th GRADE FINAL 520M Even start. Shortly after IT’S DYLLAN slipped on the mat and lost ground. In the front straight on the first occasion WHEATACRE was checked between GUNNA WINK and JOHN’S LAST. Approaching the turn out of the front straight, BARBARA BENZ, GUNNA WINK and WHEATACRE bumped on a number of occasions. BARBARA BENZ raced wide on the first turn. Also on the first turn IT’S DYLLAN improved onto the heels of GUNNA WINK and was checked. Turning into the back straight CAKE IT ON checked across the heels of JOHN’S LAST and lost ground.

8.	BRISGREYS.COM 3/4^th GRADE 520M AIR TIME was slow to begin. In the front straight on the first occasion KNOCKER KNOCK, MY AWESOME MAGIC and SPRING TIME GIRL raced tight and collided on a number of occasions resulting in MY AWESOME MAGIC being severely checked and in turn severely checking RICHMOND ROAD which was trailing. RICHMOND ROAD underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. KNOCKER KNOCK underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. MY AWESOME MAGIC underwent a post race veterinary examination, was found to have suffered an injury to the off side wrist and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

GLORIA’S CHOICE was slow to begin. On the first turn BEER SHACK checked off the heels of INTERACTION and collided with SAY ABRACADABRA causing it to be severely checked and lose ground. Turning into the back straight INTERACTION checked off the heels of BOGIE TEJAY and lost ground.

SAY ABRACADABRA underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

The start of this race was delayed due to KULU SPARROW proving difficult to box. This greyhound was declared ‘hard to box’.

Even start. In the back straight BEST STRATEGY collided with SHORT SESSION causing it to be checked and race wider on the track. Approaching the turn out of the back straight BEST STRATEGY checked off the heels of KLOEIS PRIDE.
