The greyhound, HOT MOONLIT NITE performed a
satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 331m and was cleared to race
all tracks.
Stewards’ Trial 2
The greyhound MY NAMES SANDY performed a
satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 395m and was cleared to race
all tracks.

DOWNLOAD THE APP MIXED 4/5 600M LIL
MACIE BREEZE and ORBIT THE SUN were best to begin, with CHAMPAGNE SALLY
marginally slow. Into the 1st
turn DUDE PERFECT, CHAMPAGNE SALLY and HARA’S SAM collided causing all
greyhounds to lose ground. Approaching
the turn out of the front straight, ORBIT THE SUN and VISIGOTH bumped,
causing ORBIT THE SUN to lose ground. The
greyhound CHAMPAGNE SALLY underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no
apparent injuries were found. Stewards
questioned license trainer Mr Raymond Burman on the performance of CHAMPAGNE
SALLY which he stated that the greyhound needs box 1 and performs best when
in front, he also stated that the greyhound will be entered in the zoomtop
classic. |

THIRTY TALKS @ STUD
5PW 520M SULTAN OF RUM was best to begin. Shortly after the start, MY GLORIOUS GAL,
WHIPPY MIDGET, GRAND ANGEL and KAPPA NU all collided, causing WHIPPY MIDGET
and GRAND ANGEL to lose ground. In the
front and back straight, KAPPA NU was wide. The greyhound
KAPPA NU underwent a post-race veterinary examination and found to have
suffered an injury to the off side pin and was stood down for a period of 10
days. |

BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY 5TH GRADE 395M Even start,
with BEST STRATEGY marginally slow. In
the 1st turn, all greyhounds raced tight, resulting in all
greyhounds to lose ground in differing degrees. Rounding the turn into the home straight,
LARRIKAN LASS and BEST STRATEGY collided, causing SHOW BEKIM to be checked
and all greyhounds to be hampered. In the front straight, LARRIKAN LASS and
SHOW BEKIM were wide. |

ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB BEST 8 395M MIGHTY NIMROD and STUBBORN STATE were best to begin, with
COSMO TRAV marginally slow. In the 1st
turn, GUTENBERG, HARA’S HOOK and STUBBORN causing all greyhounds lost
ground. Leaving the back straight,
GUTENBERG and COSMO TRAV tightened for racing room and were hampered. In the front straight, MIGHTY NIMROD
commenced to give ground in open running. The greyhound GUTENBERG underwent a post race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound
MIGHTY NIMROD underwent a post race veterinary examination and found to have
suffered an injury to the off hind toe and was stood down for a period of 7
days. |

the home straight PINATA and MILLION DOLLAR collided causing both greyhounds
to be hampered. In the back straight,
REGAL TRAV was wide. In the front
straight, REGAL TRAV and PINATA were wide. The greyhound REGAL TRAV underwent a post race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND 5TH GRADE (1) 520M Even start, with DISCO DOLLY best to begin. Shortly after the start, DISCO DOLLY
clipped heels forcing FARMOR CHIPS to be checked and both greyhounds to lose
ground. Rounding the turn into the back straight, DISCO DOLLY and INDIAN
GIVER collided, causing both greyhounds to lose ground. Approaching the finishing line, DISCO DOLLY
and RUN KAY RUN bumped. The greyhound
FARMOR CHIPS underwent a post-race veterinary examination and found to have
suffered an injury to the off hind back muscle and was stood down for a
period of 28 days. |

GRAD (2) 520M FARMOR IN TUNE and POWER OF PENNY best to begin. In the 1st turn IZY GOLD, GOT THERE and IMA RUNAWAY
bumped. At the same time, FARMOR IN
TUNE clipped heels and was hampered.
Rounding the turn into the back straight, PONCHERELLO clipped heels,
shifted out and collided with POWER OF PENNY causing both greyhounds to lose
ground. In the back and front
straight, IZY GOLD was wide. |

ROCKFORD slow. Shortly after the
start, INNAMINCKA and ROAD TO FLAME bumped.
Leaving the 1st turn, ROCKFORD shifted out colliding with
DOLLAR AND CENT, VELOCITY CHARM and ROAD TO FLAME causing all greyhounds to
lose ground. Rounding the turn into
the home straight, ROCKFORD and GUNNA WINK collided causing both greyhounds
to lose ground. |

MIDNIGHT DASHER and DREAM YOUR DREAM were wide. The greyhound
KASHED UP LADY underwent a post-race veterinary examination and found to have
suffered an injury to the off side wrist and was humanely euthanised. |
