POWDER was best to begin with ZABDON ZINGER marginally slow.  Leaving the 1st turn POWDER clipped heels and lost ground.  Entering the back straight CRACKERJACK RUBY and SUPER CESC collided causing both greyhounds to be hampered.  Leaving the back straight SUPER CESC and CRACKERJACK RUBY collided, causing both greyhounds to lose ground.

THIRTY TALKS @ STUD 0-3 WINS – 600M

Even start.  Approaching the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion MAGIC BARB and BARCIA JEANES bumped.

BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY NOVICE – 520M

Even start with SUPER CUP stumbling on the green matting.  Shortly after the start SWIFT BARB and ALPHA HEMERA bumped.  Rounding the turn into the back straight, ALPHA PHOEBE and ALPHA HEMERA bumped causing both greyhounds to be hampered.  Rounding the turn into the front straight SUPER CUP clipped heels and lost ground.

ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB MA5 – 395M

CHEVALEIR NUIT was best to begin with PINK IMPACT slow.  In the 1st turn, SONGKRAN ODESSA, SABAI ODESSA and REPTAR all raced tight causing all greyhounds to be hampered.  In the back straight SABAI ODESSA and REPTAR collided causing both greyhounds to lose ground, at the same time SPRING RUNNER was tightened for racing room and lost ground.  In the front and back straight, PINK IMPACT raced wide.

TWITTER @ BRISGREYS 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 – 520M

Even start, with JAYCEE’S LADY and ROCKFORD slow.  Approaching the 1st turn, DANCING SOLO shifted out colliding with ROCKFORD and AUSSIE DIAMOND, causing all greyhounds to lose ground.  In the 1st turn, ROCKFORD and HAY HOPEY collided, causing both greyhounds to lose ground.  Leaving the 1st turn, AUSSIE DIAMOND clipped heels and lost ground.  Entering the front straight, JAYCEE’S LADY turned its head outwards, making muzzle contact with DANCING SOLO, resulting in HAY HOPEY to be checked and lose ground.

 

Stewards’ advised trainer, Mr J Catton, that the greyhound, JAYCEE’S LADY, would be charged under Rule 69, Marring 1st Offence, 28 days and greyhound must perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial, 520m all tracks.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 – 520M

Even start, with SHINE YOUR LIGHT marginally slow.  Approaching the 1st turn, UNIQUE KALEESI, MAM’S MAGIC and ANNIE’S MAGIC collided, causing UNIQUE KALEESI and ANNIE’S MAGIC to lose ground.  Leaving the 1st turn, BRIGHT SATELLITE clipped heels and lost ground.

 

The greyhound MAM’S MAGIC underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near fore webbing and was stood down for a period of 10 days

SKY RACING MIXED 3/4 – 520M

Even start.  In the 1st turn LOGAN CITY and WHEATACRE collided causing both greyhounds to be hampered.  In the front and back straight SWIFT NIMROD raced wide.

 

The greyhound TRUTH PREVAILS underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

FB.COM/BRISGREYS MIXED 2/3 – 395M

Even start.  In the 1st turn ALL ABOUT TIGER, WAIKARIE NOEL, BUDDY TOKAAM and JIGGLE SPLAT raced tight causing all greyhounds to lose ground.  At the same time, BILL’S SPECIAL’s muzzle became displaced.  Leaving the back straight ARABIAN GO GO was tightened for racing room and lost ground.  Entering the front straight, PREMIER TEJAY and BILL’S SPECIAL bumped.

 

The greyhound IMA NECROMANCER underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off near hind leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days

BRISGREYS.COM MIXED 4/5 – 395M

Even start.  In the 1st turn SHAK got on the hindquarters of ARABELLA EMJAY, causing both greyhounds to lose ground.  Approaching the turn out of the back straight, REGAL TRAV and COOKIE NO CREAM bumped causing both greyhounds to become unbalanced and hampered.

 

The greyhound SHAK underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the off hind leg and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

UBET – THE NEW TAB 5TH GRADE – 331M

Even start, with COLD HARD TRUTH marginally slow.  Approaching the turn out of the back straight PINATA and MASTER DEAN collided, causing MASTER DEAN to fall and give no further competitive part in the race, NEDGO PRINCESS, PINATA  were checked, causing  NEDGO PRINCESS to lose ground.

 

The greyhound MASTER DEAN underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered a spinal strain injury and was stood down for a period of 10 days
