start. Shortly after the start, SUPER
CESC, BUTTERFLY IS SHE, NEWSWORTHY, POWDER and UMBRELLA HARRY collide,
causing all greyhounds to lose ground at differing degrees. Approaching the 1st turn,
BUTTERFLY IS SHE and POWDER collided, causing NEWSWORTHY to be checked,
resulting in all greyhounds to lose ground.
Approaching the turn out of the back straight, UMBRELLA HARRY was
tightened for racing room and lost ground.

THIRTY TALKS @ STUD
0-4 WINS – 600M Even start. In the
1st turn, FLYAWAY BARB was tightened for racing room and was
hampered, at the same time, BARCIA JEANES clipped heels and was
hampered. Leaving the turn out of the
front straight, in the 1st occasion, ALLPA MAMA commenced to give
ground in open running. Rounding the
turn into the front straight, BARCIA JEANES and SAY GOOD DAY bumped, causing
both greyhounds to be hampered. The greyhound BARCIA JEANES underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound ALLPA MAMA underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off side pin and
was stood down for a period of 21 days. |

BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MIXED 4/5 – 331M BETTA BE
QUICK was best to begin. Approaching
the turn out of the back straight, GUNNADOO REV commenced to give ground and
gave no further competitive part in this race, checking WIGGLE and causing
that greyhound to lose ground.
Rounding the front straight, BIG WINSTON and EBONY SANDS bumped. In the front straight, BIG WINSTON and
BETTA BE QUICK raced wide. The greyhound
MO STRADAMUS underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent
injuries were found. The greyhound
GUNNADOO REV underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to
have sustained an injury to the both wrists and was stood down for a period
of 14 days. |

ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB MIXED 4/5 – 395M Even start.
Shortly after the start, SMASHNIAK WINX and QUITE SINCERE were
tightened for racing room and both greyhounds were hampered. In the 1st turn, WHITE LINE DELL
and BLOZA bumped, causing BLOZA to lose ground. In the back straight, BLOZA raced wide. In the front straight, BLOZA and QUITE
SINCERE raced wide. |

@ BRISGREYS 5TH GRADE (1) – 520M Even start, with MONBO BEACH displacing its muzzle. Shortly after the start, BETTA BE RIGHT and
AGENT’S CHOICE bumped, causing AGENT’S CHOICE to lose ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight,
SKETCHY JACK clipped heels and lost ground, causing BETTA BE RIGHT to be checked. Entering the front straight, MONBO BEACH
shifted out and turned its head outwards making muzzle contact with BETTA BE
RIGHT. The greyhound MONBO BEACH underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards’ advised trainer, Mr S Scott, that the greyhound
MONBO BEACH would be charged under Rule 69, Marring 1st Offence,
28 days and must perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial, 520m all tracks. |

clipped heels and lost ground. In the
1st turn, DOLLAR AND CENT, ENJOY THE SHOW and DAZE LIKE THESE
collided, causing all greyhounds to lose ground. Leaving the 1st turn, SMOKIN’
ALICE and ENJOY THE SHOW bumped, causing both greyhounds to be hampered. |

GRADE FINAL – 520M Even start.
Approaching the 1st turn, BRIGHT SATELLITE, DREAMING DORA,
SHINE YOUR LIGHT and FAB JESSIE collided, causing SHINE YOUR LIGHT and
DREAMING DORA to lose ground. Rounding
the turn into the home straight, BRIGHT SATELLITE shifted out causing
PTTSBURGH PHIL to clip heels and both greyhounds lost ground. In the front straight, DREAMING DORA raced
wide. The greyhound DREAMING DORA underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound DREAMING DORA underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off
side webbing and was stood down for a
period of 10 days |
