Race 1 – UBET TAPPY MAIDEN HEAT 1 – 331M

 

WHO WHAT WHERE and TUTA SHERRY were both slow to begin.  Entering the back straight, TUTA SHERRY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Leaving the back straight, WHO WHAT WHERE was tightened for racing room, checked, shifted out and raced wide, which hampered the running of SMASHNIAK GALAXY, resulting in that greyhound to be checked and to lose ground.  Rounding the turn into the front straight, WHO WHAT WHERE and TUTA SHERRY collide.  In the front straight at the latter stages, WHO WHAT WHERE and WESTMEAD COMET collide.

 

Race 2 – ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB MAIDEN HEAT 2 – 331M

 

VALEGRO was slow to begin.  Entering the back straight, SUNBURNT SWAMPY and EXCLUSIVE CHLOE were both tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  In the back straight, ELITE JAX was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  VALEGRO, which was trailing, was checked as a consequence and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight, EXCLUSIVE CHLOE was tightened for racing room, checked, fell, and took no further part in the race.

 

The greyhound MAN UP MATE underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 3 – GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOND MAIDEN HEAT 3 – 331M

 

STEWY’S MAGIC was marginally slow to begin.  Leaving the back straight, LADY OPAL, STEWY’S MAGIC and TIMELY RICKSHAW were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Entering the front straight, STEWY’S MAGIC shifted out which hampered the running of PENUMBRA.

 

Race 4 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD NOVICE (1) – 331M

 

Leaving the back straight, FARMOR SHADY shifted out, which checked the running of WILD CONNECTION and AIDAN’S MAGIC.  Rounding the turn into the front straight, WILD CONNECTION checked across heels and lost ground. 

 

Race 5 – TWITTER @ BRISGREYS NOVICE (2) – 331M

 

Approaching the turn out of the back straight, TIGHT CIRCLE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  FABIO MARSHA and BRIDGET BENZ, which were trailing, were both checked as a consequence and lost ground.  Approaching the turn into the front straight, TIGHT CIRCLE checked across heels and lost ground.  In the front straight during the run to the finish, FABIO MARSHA and BRIDGET BENZ collide. 

 

Race 6 – EXPAT LODGE BOARDING KENNELS MA5 – 331M

 

IRON MONARCH was slow to begin.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight, IRON MONARCH shifted out which hampered the running of KINGSTON’S BOY.  BARBARA BENZ raced wide rounding the turn into the front straight. 

 

Race 7 – BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY BEST 8 – 331M

 

Shortly after the start, BILL’S SPECIAL was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight, ONYA BENZ and EVIE’S ANGEL were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  GEMMA BENZ and MAGIC PLANK, which were trailing, were checked as a consequence and lost ground. 

 

Race 8 – GREYHOUND ADOPTION PROGRAM 4TH GRADE – 331M

 

Shortly after the start, LEGEND MAN was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Shortly after, HA HA CLASSY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight, HA HA CLASSY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Rounding the turn into the front straight, HA HA CLASSY and DIAMOND SAND collide, resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and to lose ground. 

 

Race 9 – FABERGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE MIXED 4/5TH GRADE – 395M

 

MOTTZA was slow to begin.  Entering the back straight, MOTTZA shifted out which hampered the running of IRONBAR RICKY.

 

Race 10 – THE MANLY HOTEL 5TH GRADE (1) – 331M

 

REGAL LEN and DI CANIO were both slow to begin.  Entering the back straight, TUNDRA STORM was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight, SPICE BUCKET improved onto the heels of SO CRAZY, resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and to lose ground.  Rounding the turn into the front straight, TUNDRA STORM checked across heels, shifted out and collided with SPICE BUCKET, resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and to lose ground. 

 

Race 11 – SKY RACING 5TH GRADE (2) – 331M

 

VAQUERO was slow to begin.  Entering the back straight, WESTERN COMET was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight, VAQUERO improved onto the heels of RAIN ALERT, resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  In the front straight in the run to the finish, TICTAC CLOUD and BLACKJACK BETTY collide.

 

Race 12 – BRISGREYS.COM 5PW – 331M

 

YOU TELAM ANFY stumbled on the mat shortly after the start, and lost ground.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight, ARREBA was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Round the turn into the front straight, WESTMEAD DAFFIE shifted out, which hampered the running of ULLO BELLS.
