Race 1 – ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND MAIDEN – 395M

 

Best away was SPIRIT RIVER and PRIZE PORTRAIT, with TEJAY’S PRIDE slowly away. 
Approaching the turn into the back straight, DANILO and CROCODILE SMILE collide.  Entering the turn into the back straight, STORM POWER checked off the heels of CROCODILE SMILE, causing those two greyhounds to drop back.  In the back straight, DANILO was wide, in the home straight, STORM POWER and DANILO were wide.

 

Race 2 – MARBURG HOTEL MAIDEN FINAL – 395M

 

Best away was MODERN GODDESS, with KOORINGA ZOE and STELLA STAR slowly away.  Entering the back straight, SUGAR BOY and STELLAR STAR collide.  In the back straight, KOORINGA ZOE was wide.  Entering the turn out of the back straight, STRAIT RUM and KOORINGA ZOE collided, causing STRAIT RUM to race wide on the turn.  In the home straight, STRAIT RUM was wide. 

 

Race 3 – EXPAT LODGE BOARDING KENNELS NOVICE – 395M

 

Even start, with BRASS ROAD slowly away.  Entering the turn into the back straight, LADY OPAL, STAR STORY and EMMAVILLE BELLA all collide, causing STAR STORY to drop to the rear, with EMMAVILLE BELLA racing wide in the back straight.  Entering the turn out of the back straight, WILDASH JAKEY checked off the heels of SWIFT STORY, in the home straight, STAR STORY was wide. 

 

Race 4 – GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND 5PW – 395M

 

Even start, with PALLINGTON slowly away.  Entering the back straight, MOOSE MAN, MISS OSPREY and ODESSA all collide.  Entering the turn out of the back straight, MISS OSPREY checked off the heels of ODESSA, causing MISS OSPREY to fall, checking PALLINGTON.  In the home straight, MOOSE MAN was wide. 

 

Race 5 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD (1) – 395M

 

Even start.  Entering the back straight, IRON MONARCH and COOKIE NO CREAM collide, causing IRON MONARCH to drop back to the rear.  In the back straight, and home straight, LARRIKAN LASS was wide. 

 

Race 6 – FABERGAS @ STUD 5TH GRADE (2) – 395M

 

Even start, with TOOK A FERGUS slowly away.  Approaching the turn into the back straight, MY WINDSONG checked off the heels of DATA BASE.  Entering the back straight, SHADOW COURT checked off the heels of REGAL REPORT.  Entering the home straight, DATA BASE checked off the heels of NAN’S MAGIC.  In the home straight, MY WINDSONG was wide.

Even start.  Approaching the turn into the back straight, BURRUM EAGLE and SWEET KAOS collide.  Entering the back straight, MASTER ZIMBO and TOP SCORE collide.  In the home straight, TOP SCORE was wide. 

 

Race 8 – GREYHOUND ADOPTION PROGRAM MIXED 3/4TH GRADE – 395M

 

Even start.  Approaching the turn out of the back straight, BIG TRIGGER and TEJAY’S MAGIC collide.  Entering the back straight, COMETRON FLYER checked off the heels of CHANCES, causing COMETRON FLYER to check BIG TRIGGER.

Even start, with REGAL WAZ slowly away.  Entering the turn in the back straight, REGAL WAZ checked off the heels of CALL ME UGO.  Entering the turn out of the back straight, REGAL WAZ checked off the heels of CALL ME UGO, causing those two greyhounds to drop back sharply.  In the home straight, IMMA CALLIM KLAY was wide.

Even start, with CLICK COWAN slowly away.  Entering the turn into the back straight, BACK PLAY and RAPID EFFECT collide, causing RAPID EFFECT to stumble and drop back sharply.  On the turn out of the back straight, CLICK COWAN and TEN GALLON HAT collide.  In the home straight, CLICK COWAN was wide.
