Other Comments / Explanations: Trainer S Scott reported that the Greyhound Man Of Leisure that which was injured at Albion Thursday 22nd August, was surgically repaired and is recuperating well at his kennels.
Race 1 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUNDNOVICE 520m
2 SEQUANA -bumped another runner entering the front straight. 3 WOLF RACKETEER -bumped another runner entering the front straight. 4 FRENCH FROLIC -tightened and checked shortly after start. Checked approaching the turn into the back straight. 5 NIGHT CRY -checked approaching the turn out of the front straight. Checked approaching the turn into the back straight. 6 IT AIN'T WAZZA -tightened and checked approaching the turn out of the front straight. Checked approaching the turn into the back straight. 8 JOHNNY HOT FEET -checked approaching the turn into the back straight. 9 BENNY'S ASSASSIN -tightened and checked approaching the turn out of the front straight.
Race 2 – MARBURG HOTEL MIXED 3/4 520m 2 MAHONEY -checked rounding the turn out of the front straight and raced wide. 5 QUITE SINCERE - bumped another runner shortly after start. 7 LOGAN CITY -bumped another runner shortly after start. Improved onto heels rounding the turn out of the back straight and was momentarily hampered.
Race 3 – ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB MA5 (1) 520m 1 MYONA MORPHEUS -momentarily hampered leaving the front straight. 2 RULE THE ROAD -slow to begin. 8 BIKINI CLOUD -slow to begin.
Race 4 – KEDRON WAVELL SERVICES CLUB FFA 710m 2 ELUSIVE STAR -collided with another runner rounding the turn into the front straight on the 1st occasion. 6 FLYAWAY BARB -tightened and checked leaving the back straight on the 1st occasion. 8 BAGO BLUFF -collided with another runner rounding the turn into the front straight on the 1st occasion.
Race 5 – ZILLMERE SPORTS CLUB PUBLICAN'S CUP BNE 520 HEAT 1 GRADE 5 520m 1 NEVER -checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. Underwent a post race veterinary examination which revealed it to have injured its back and was stood down from racing for 7 days. 2 DIXIE LOUISE -tightened and checked shortly after start. Checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. 3 CHAIRMAN JACK -tightened and checked shortly after the start. Checked rounding the turn into the back straight. 8 VANZANT -checked rounding the turn out of the front straight.
Race 6 – CARINA LEAGUES CLUB PUBLICAN'S CUP BNE 520 HEAT 2 GRADE 5 520m 1 DUSTY DELIGHT-checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. 2 PEARL ZA DIAMOND-checked rounding the turn into the back straight. 3 TECHNO HORNET -checked rounding the turn into the back straight. Checked rounding the turn into the front straight. 4 BOSCONO –checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. Checked rounding the turn into the back straight. 6 WAZZ'S OUT -checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. 7 UNO UNO -checked rounding the turn into the front straight.
Race 7 – NORTHS ST JOSEPHS JRL PUBLICAN'S CUP BNE 520 HEAT 3 GRADE 5 520m 1 WELGE -checked approaching the turn into the turn into the back straight. 2 HUGS HELP CLOUD -checked rounding the turn out of the back straight. 3 BANJO'S ISSUE -tightened and checked shortly after the start. Underwent a postrace veterinary examination which revealed no injuries. 4 CRAZY BELLA - tightened and checked shortly after the start.
Race 8 – HAMILTON HOTEL PUBLICAN'S CUP BNE 520 HEAT 4 GRADE 5 520m 3 BLUE DIVA –checked rounding the turn out of the straight. Checked rounding the turn into the back straight. 4 SMOOTH ACT -slow to begin. 5 ONE WHISPER --slow to begin. Checked rounding the turn out of the straight. Had its hind quarters contacted by a another greyhound in the back straight checked as a consequence. Underwent a postrace veterinary examination which revealed into have injured its off wrist and was stood down from racing for 10 days. 7 CUDDLE ME CLOUD checked rounding the turn out of the straight. 8 MAGIC DANCER --slow to begin. Checked rounding the turn out of the straight. Improved onto another runner’s hindquarters in the back straight and was checked as a consequence.
Race 9 – TAB BEST 8 520m 2 BIG BOY BRUCE -tightened and checked in the front straight on the 1st occasion. 4 BIG BAD BOB - tightened and checked in the front straight on the 1st occasion. 5 GELANTIPY GOLD tightened and checked in the front straight on the 1st occasion.- 7 SUPER CESC - tightened and checked in the front straight on the 1st occasion.
Race 10 – SKY RACING MA5 (2) 520m 4 IZY GOLD -checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. 5 FABULOUS GEE -slow to begin. 7 BLOZA - checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. 8 BILLY BOY - checked rounding the turn out of the front straight.
