Hampered entering the back straight. 3 Sweet Annie – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. 4 Foxton Haymaker – Checked at the first turn. 6 Dame Esmerelda – Checked off heels at the first turn.
Race 2 – SKY RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 2 395m 1 King Harold – Hampered entering the back straight. 2 Expat Chevelle – Impeded approaching the turn into the front straight. 5 Wendy Sure Can – Best to begin. 8 Audible Warning – Hampered entering the front straight.
Race 3 – GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (1) 2 395m 1 Kent Kilowatt – Best to begin. 4 Blue Barcia – Checked off heels approaching the turn into the back straight and commenced to yield ground, taking no further part in the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the near shoulder and was stood down from racing for a period of 21 days. 5 Take A Chance – Checked leaving the turn out of the back straight.
Race 4 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD NOVICE (2) 2 395m 1 Magic Ash – Checked at the first turn. Hampered entering the back straight. Improved onto the rear of another runner and was checked approaching the turn out of the back straight. 2 Farmor Crownies – Best to begin. 5 Moby Go – Hampered approaching the turn into the front straight. 7 Evelin Eel – Inconvenienced by another runner that contacted its hind approaching the turn out of the back straight.
Race 5 – ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 2 395m 1 Sam's Way – Checked and raced tight with another runner entering the front straight. 3 Master Shadow – Checked off heels approaching the turn into the back straight. Checked entering the front straight. 4 Tada – Checked by another runner immediately after the start. Checked off heels leaving the turn out of the back straight. 6 Misty Turn – Checked into another runner immediately after the start. Checked at the first turn. 7 Reckless Kid – Checked entering the front straight. 8 Chairman Jack – Checked and raced tight with another runner entering the front straight.
Race 6 – EXPAT LODGE 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 2 395m 1 Ash Tide – Tightened for racing room and checked at the first turn. Severely checked exiting the back straight. 2 Alonso Mornay – Checked at the first turn. 3 Swift Story – Checked off heels approaching the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to licensed trainer Mrs S. Hunt in relation to the performance of the greyhound over the concluding stages of the race. Mrs Hunt stated that the greyhound does perform better over the shorter distance and generally needs a clear run to be more competitive over the longer distances. Mrs Hunt further stated it was her intention to only race the greyhound over shorter distances in the near future. 4 Wee Jackie – Checked entering the back straight. 5 Next – Checked entering the back straight. 6 Hara's Slade – Severely checked off heels existing the back straight. 8 Let's Go Fabio – Slow to begin.

Significantly checked approaching the turn into the front straight. 2 Exclusive Chloe – Best to begin. 4 Son Of State – Checked immediately after the start.
