Race 1 - SKY RACING NOVICE (1) 520m 2 Lil Bit Foxy – Had its heels contacted by another runner and was checked out of the back straight. 3 Tad Nosey – collided with another runner at the first turn. Sustained an injury through the turn into the front straight and tailed off. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the off shoulder and was subsequently stood down for a period of 10 days. 4 Run Blake Run – bumped another runner at the start. Contacted another runners’ heels at the first turn, collided with another runner, fell and took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination of the greyhound did not reveal any abnormalities. 6 Fire Drill – bumped another runner at the start. Collided with another runner at the first turn and was severely checked. 8 Special Karmar – checked in across heels at the first turn. Contacted the heels of another runner and was hampered out of the back straight.
Race 2 – GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (2) 520m 2 Barcol Boy – was best to begin. 3 Benny's Assassin – collided with another runner on entering the front straight. 4 Bella Babe – collided with another runner at the first turn and was checked. 5 Sea Riding – collided with another runner at the first turn and was checked. 6 Jeffreys Bay – collided with another runner at the first turn and was checked. Improved onto heels and was hampered out of the back straight. 7 Jayville Zooli – tightened for room and checked out of the back straight. 8 Royal Reward – was slow to begin. Collided with another runner and checked out across heels on entering the front straight.
Race 3 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD GRADE 5 (1) 520m 1 Kingsbrae Clarky – tightened for room and checked approaching the first turn. Tightened for room and hampered through the first turn. 2 Emma Said – bumped another runner at the first turn. 4 Lazareth – was slow to begin. 6 Lord Sussex – bumped another runner at the start. Collided with another runner at the first turn. 7 Presley Power – bumped another runner at the start. Collided with another runner at the first turn and was checked. Checked out across heels shortly after. 8 Inquisitive Me – bumped another runner at the start.
Race 4 – EXPAT LODGE GRADE 5 (2) 520m 1 Wazz's Out – tightened for room and checked out across heels at the first turn. 2 Stevick – bumped another runner through the first turn. Checked out across heels on entering the front straight. 4 Mac Roamin' – bumped another runner through the first turn. 5 Regal Opal – was best to begin. 8 Crazy Bella – began awkwardly and lost ground.
Race 5 – RQ YOUNG GUNS BNE 520 HEAT 1 OPEN 520m 3 Barbaresco – bumped another runner at the start and was hampered. Bumped another runner at the first turn. 4 Ricochet Radish – began awkwardly and lost ground. 5 Blue Diva – bumped another runner at the start and was checked. Improved onto heels and was checked over the final stages of the event. 6 Shake An' Show – bumped another runner at the start and was hampered. Collided with another runner in the back straight and was checked. 7 Banjo's Issue – tightened for room and hampered approaching the first turn. Bumped another runner at the first turn.
Race 6 – RQ YOUNG GUNS BNE 520 HEAT 2 OPEN 520m 1 Restless Emotion – collided with another runner at the first turn and was checked. Bumped another runner on entering the back straight. 2 Hammer Down – was best to begin. 3 Cult Hero – bumped another runner at the first turn. 5 Big Boy Bruce – bumped another runner at the first turn. 6 Velocity Bettina – tightened for room and checked through the first turn. 7 Shakey Diesel – collided with another runner at the first turn and was checked. Bumped another runner on entering the back straight.
Race 7 – RQ YOUNG GUNS BNE 520 HEAT 3 OPEN 520m 1 No Easy Beat – was best to begin. Sustained an injury at the first turn and gave ground for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the off hind back muscle and was subsequently stood down for a period of 28 days. 3 Master Douglas – tightened for room and hampered approaching the first turn. 4 Burning Rain – tightened for room and hampered approaching the first turn. 5 Lucky Jock – tightened for room and checked approaching the first turn. Tightened for room and checked through the first turn.
Race 8 – FAST TIMES @ SIRES ON ICE MIXED 4/5 710m 2 Techno Hornet – tightened for room over the concluding stages of the event. 3 Federal Elle – tightened for room and checked at the first turn. 4 Uno Fabio – improved onto heels and was hampered at the first turn. Checked out across heels through the turn into the back straight. 7 Rasheda – tightened for room and checked through the turn into the back straight. Clipped the heels of another runner in the back straight. 8 Kendall – tightened for room and checked at the first turn.
Race 9 – BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MIXED 3/4 520m 2 Vision Of Love – tightened for room approaching the first turn and was hampered. Had its heels contacted by another runner at the first turn. 5 Super Cesc – contacted another runners heels at the first turn. 8 Zipping Chaser – was slow to begin.
