Race 1 - TAB MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 2 395m 3 Birkdale Barista – Significantly checked at the first turn. 4 Hard Taskmaster – Checked at the first turn. Checked entering the back straight. Shifted out over the concluding stages of the race. 6 Mr. Blaster – Checked at the first turn. Hampered then collided into another runner at the turn out of the back straight. 7 Gorgonzola – Significantly checked on a number of occasions at the first turn. 8 Farmor Watch All – Inconvenienced by another runner at the turn out of the back straight. 9 Bohemian Chariot (Box 5) – Marginally slow to begin. Hampered approaching the turn out of the back straight.
Race 2 – FAST TIMES @ SIRES ON ICE MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 2 395m 2 Townson Beach – Collided into another runner immediately after the start. 3 King Harold – Checked immediately after the start. 4 Awesome Dancer – Checked on a number of occasions through the first turn. Checked leaving the first turn. Checked at the turn out of the back straight. 7 Spasmodic Star – Significantly checked at the first turn. Severely checked at the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. 8 Tessie Desilver – Checked off heels leaving the first turn. Checked at the turn out of the back straight.
Race 3 – GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (1) 2 395m Race 3 was delayed by approximately 2 minutes due to mechanical issues with the lure.
1 It Ain't Len – Checked at the first turn. 7 Car Fifty Four – Checked approaching the turn out of the back straight. Raced wide through the turn into the front straight.
Race 4 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD NOVICE (2) 2 395m 2 Premier Gambler – Clearly best to begin. 4 Expat Chevelle – Checked leaving the first turn. 5 Mrs Never Wrong – Significantly inconvenienced leaving the first turn. Hampered approaching the finish. 7 Justice Done – Shifted in and was significantly checked leaving the first turn. 8 Kooringa Zoe – Very slow to begin.
Race 5 – ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 2 395m The all clear was delayed so the stewards could review the footage of the race.
3 Farmor Bossy – Tightened for racing room and checked approaching the turn into the back straight. Shifted in and come into contact with the running rail approaching the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. 6 Missy Fergus – Severely checked entering the back straight and finished a considerable distance from the remainder of the field. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off side chest muscle and was stood down from racing for a period of 14 days. 7 Cody's Success – Slow to begin. Severely checked entering the back straight and finished a considerable distance from the remainder of the field. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the near hip and was stood down from racing for a period of 14 days. 8 Moby Go – Checked at the first turn.
Race 6 – EXPAT LODGE GRADE 5 (1) 3 520m 1 Regas – Checked on a number of occasions over the concluding stages of the race. 2 Oodles Of Noodle – Best to begin. Dropped back through the field over the concluding stages of the race. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards questioned licenced trainer Mr Darryl Mcgrath in relation to the performance of the greyhound. Mr Mcgrath stated that he was not disappointed in the greyhounds performance in relation to the time that it had run, although conceded the greyhound was not quite strong enough at the distance, as yet. Mr Mcgrath further stated that it was his intention to continue racing the greyhound at the distance and he was of the opinion that it would improve with further experience. 7 Dame Esmerelda – Checked approaching the turn out of the back straight. 8 Fabian Feast – Slow to begin. Hampered approaching the turn out of the back straight.
Race 7 – BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY GRADE 5 (2) 3 520m 1 Thunder Road – Checked approaching the finish. 3 Blue Jillem – Checked in the front straight on the first occasion. 4 Sequana – Checked on a number of occasions in the front straight on the first occasion. Checked and raced wide through the first turn. 6 Oblivinator – Checked and raced wide through the first turn. Significantly checked off heels approaching the turn out of the back straight. 7 Midnight Memphis – Checked in the front straight on the first occasion. Checked off heels approaching the turn out of the back straight. 8 Oh Mickey – Checked leaving the first turn.
Race 8 – FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE MIXED 3/4 2 395m 2 Emmaville Bella – Tightened for racing room and checked off heels approaching the turn out of the back straight. 4 Not Too Bossy – Marginally slow to begin. 5 Savoy Gambler – Hampered entering the front straight. 6 Billy Boy – Marginally slow to begin.
Race 9 – TAB 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 2 395m 1 Daniel's Loss – Best to begin. 3 Hara's Dazza – Tightened for racing room and checked immediately after the start. 5 Inoy's Diamond – Checked leaving the first turn. Hampered approaching the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities. 6 Phoebe's Son – Hampered leaving the first turn. Significantly inconvenienced by another runner entering the back straight. Raced wide through the turn into the front straight. 7 Candy Sparkles – Commenced to yield ground entering the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off pin and was stood down from racing for a period of 14 days. 8 Gate Code – Improved into another runner entering the back straight and was checked.
Race 10 – HAMILTON HOTEL 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 2 395m 1 Moon Goddess – Hampered approaching the first turn. Significantly checked leaving the first turn. Hampered approaching the turn into the front straight. 3 Sultan Of Rum – Severely checked leaving the first turn. Checked into another runner approaching the turn into the back straight. 4 Orange Gambler – Severely checked leaving the first turn. 8 Minor Details – Marginally slow to begin.
