Race 1 - SKY RACING NOVICE (1) 520m 1 Cash Power – checked leaving the first turn. Marred by another Greyhound approaching the turn into the front straight and retired from the race. Underwent a post race Veterinary examination which revealed it have injured its off side Pin and was stood down from racing for 14 days. 2 Bitter Delight – checked shortly after the start. 3 Cilla Prevails - checked shortly after the start. Checked and fell leaving the front straight. Underwent a post race Veterinary examination which revealed no injuries. 5 How Not Too – checked leaving the front straight. Turned its head and marred another Greyhound approaching the turn into the front straight. Stood down under Rule 69 Marring for 28 days at Albion Park and must complete 1 satisfactory trial before returning to racing. 6 Wildash Wizard - checked leaving the first turn. Underwent a post race Veterinary examination which revealed it to have injured its near side pin and was stood down from racing for 7 days. Trainer B Giltinan was questioned regarding the Greyhounds actions approaching the turn into the front straight. After considering all available evidence, it was given the benefit of the doubt if it had offended under any rule. 7 Good Vibrations – slow to begin. 8 Love Game - checked leaving the first turn. Underwent a post race Veterinary examination which revealed no injuries.
Race 2 – GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (2) 520m 3 Dynamic Bill – slow to begin. 4 Major Havoc – displaced its muzzle during the event. Raced wide in the back straight. Checked and raced wide rounding the turn into the front straight. 5 Te Kiewa Sunrise – checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. Raced wide rounding the turn into the front straight. 6 Misty Haze – checked approaching the turn into the back straight. 7 Head Bairn - checked approaching the turn into the back straight.
Race 3 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD NOVICE (3) 520m 3 Codrington Spark – checked entering the front straight. 6 Bella Babe – Trainer S Scott was questioned regarding the Greyhounds actions over the concluding stages, after considering all available evidence it was given the benefit of the doubt if it offended under any rule. 7 Lombardy -– checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. Checked leaving the back straight. Underwent a post- race Veterinary examination which revealed it to have injured its off pin and was stood down from racing for 7 days. 8 Profit Plan -– checked rounding the turn out of the front straight.
