Tightened for room and checked through the first turn. 3 Zipping Blondie – slow to begin. Checked out across heels twice at the first turn. 4 Hope's Dynamic – collided with another runner at the first turn. 5 Annika – collided with another runner at the first turn. 9 (6) Metre Eater – slow to begin. 7 Maybe A Gunn – checked in across heels at the start. 8 Bubbles And Brie – collided with another runner at the first turn. Collided with another runner through the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
Race 2 – GARRARDS HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (2) 520m 1 Messy Man – quick to begin. 2 Zuleika – slow to begin. Improved onto heels and was hampered at the first turn. 3 Brett's Bentley – quick to begin. 6 Freda's Pride – slow to begin. 7 Awesome Dancer – tightened for room and checked at the first turn. 8 Velocity Summit – began awkwardly. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the near wrist and was subsequently stood down for a period of 10 days.
Race 3 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD GRADE 5 (1) 520m 1 Isnt She Special – quick to begin. Had its heels contacted by Swift Dancer through the turn into the front straight. 2 Swift Dancer – tightened for room and made contact with Isnt She Special’s heels through the turn into the front straight. 5 Bill's Out – shifted out at the first turn and collided with another runner. 10 (7) Mel Buzz – tightened for room and hampered shortly after the start. Collided with another runner at the first turn and was checked.
Race 4 – EXPAT LODGE BEST 8 520m 1 Brandi Alexander – quick to begin. 2 Spookie Vision – checked out across heels and bumped Gunnell at the firs turn. 4 Regal Recall – quick to begin. Ran wide in the front straight. 5 Gunnell – bumped by Spookie Vision at the first turn. 7 Cash Point – slow to begin. Ran wide through the first turn. Ran wide in the front straight.
Race 5 – SKY RACING CLEM JONES CUP FINAL OPEN 600m 1 Red Rock – quick to begin. Tightened for room and checked out across heels through the first turn. 2 Bland Purr – tightened for room, hit the running rail and lost ground at the first turn. Checked out across heels through the turn into the front straight and raced wide (2nd occasion). A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities. 3 Little Digger – tightened for room and hampered at the first turn. 4 Ash Star – quick to begin. Tightened for room and checked out across heels through the first turn. Race 6 – GARRARDS GOLD CUP (L) FINAL OPEN 710m 1 True Detective – quick to begin. 3 Emmaville Star – bumped Just Terms through the first turn. 4 Boom Down – slow to begin. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the near hip support and was stood down for a period for 10 days. 5 Kendall – tightened for room and checked at the first turn. 7 Just Terms – bumped Emmaville Star through the first turn.
Race 7 – FAST TIMES @ SIRES ON ICE GRADE 5 (2) 520m 1 Lucky Jock – quick to begin. 3 Opal Beach – bumped Boom Down through the turn into the front straight. 4 Sequana – checked in across heels at the first turn. Bumped Opal Beach through the turn into the front straight. 5 Emmaville Flyer – bumped another runner at the first turn and raced wide. Collided with another runner shortly after and was checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the off shoulder and was stood down for 10 days. 6 It Ain't Billy – improved onto heels through the turn into the front straight and was hampered. 7 Smooth Act – tightened for room and hampered at the start. 8 Oblivinator – checked in across heels at the first turn. Improved onto heels and was hampered leaving the back straight.
