Race 1 - TAB GOLDEN GREYS SUMMER CARNIVAL NOVICE (1) 520m 1 Awesome Dancer – quick to begin. 2 Good Vibrations – tightened for room and hampered at the first turn. Checked out across heels through the turn into the front straight. 4 Aerobic Zone – quick to begin. Checked out across heels and raced wide through the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities. 7 Hope's Dynamic – quick to begin.
Race 2 – GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (2) 520m 1 Hara's Clyde – quick to begin. 2 Zuleika – slow to begin. Checked out across heels through the first turn. Checked out across heels through the turn into the front straight. 7 Dynamic Cyndie – collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
Race 3 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD MA5 (1) 520m 1 Zipping Clark – bumped another runner at the first turn. 3 Logan's Run – collided with another at the start. Bumped another runner at the first turn. 4 Logan City – tightened for room and checked at the start. 6 Super Cesc – tightened for room and checked at the start. Bumped another runner at the first turn. Bumped another runner leaving the back straight. 7 Hot Ember – collided with another at the start. Bumped another runner leaving the back straight.
Race 4 – EXPAT LODGE MA5 (2) 520m 1 Nash Bonus – quick to begin. Checked off heels through the final turn. Bumped another runner shortly after. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities. Kennel representative L. Harris advised Stewards that he was disappointed with the performance over the concluding stages and put it largely to the distance. Mr Harris added that Nash Bonus is nominated to compete at Grafton over 400m on Monday, 20th January and is expecting an improved performance over the shorter distance. 2 Izy Gold – quick to begin. Shifted out and collided with another runner through the final turn. 3 Billy Boy – tightened for room at the first turn. 4 Faringdon – bumped another runner at the start. Tightened for room and checked shortly after the start. Improved onto heels leaving the back straight. 5 Diego Fernando – tightened for room and checked at the start. Tightened for room and hampered entering the back straight. 6 Angel Gear – collided with another runner and was checked through the first turn.
Race 5 – FAST TIMES @ SIRES ON ICE MIXED 4/5 520m The all clear was delayed to afford Stewards the opportunity to view the patrol film. Of concern to Stewards was the distance of the lure to the lead greyhound in the back straight. After viewing the patrol film, Stewards were satisfied that the distance from the lure to the lead greyhound was compliant to GAR55 and subsequently declared the all-clear.

Ran wide on entering the back straight. 3 Red Vee – quick to begin. 5 Valentino Fox – bumped another runner and lost ground in the back straight. 6 Wazz's Out – shifted out and collided with another runner at the first turn. 7 Certification – collided with another runner and was checked at the first turn. 8 Lenray Bonus – collided with another runner and was checked at the first turn.
Race 6 – ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND MIXED 3/4 520m 1 Copy Workshop – quick to begin. 3 Wildash Jakey – tightened for room over the concluding stages. 5 Zenyatta Miss – tightened for room over the concluding stages. 7 Bad Neighbour – bumped another runner at the start. Improved onto heels and was hampered at the first turn. Tightened for room and hampered through the final turn.
Race 7 – BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY GOLDEN SANDS (G3) HEAT 1 OPEN 600m The start to race 7 was delayed when Defy’s muzzle broke at the starting boxes. A replacement muzzle was fixed and the starting signal was given.
1 Defy – checked out across heels entering the turn into the back straight. Checked out across heels through the turn into the front straight (2nd occasion). 2 It's A Trick – collided with other runners at the first turn and was checked. 3 Scanlon – quick to begin. 4 Infrared Lad – collided with other runners at the first turn and fell. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the off hip and was stood down for a period of 7 days. 5 Regal Recall – commenced to give ground through the turn into the back straight and tailed off. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the off back muscle and was stood down for a period of 28 days. 6 Red Rock – collided with other runners at the first turn and was checked. 7 Big Boy Bruce – collided with other runners at the first turn and fell. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities. 8 Big Nose Johnny – collided with other runners at the first turn and was checked. Checked off heels shortly after.
Race 8 – BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY GOLDEN SANDS (G3) HEAT 2 OPEN 600m 1 Richmer Assault – tightened for room and checked at the first turn. Checked out across heels shortly after. 2 Velocity Bettina – tightened for room and checked at the first turn. 4 Lucky Hero – quick to begin. 5 Ash Star – tightened for room and checked at the start. Improved onto heels through the turn into the back straight and was hampered. 6 Junior Jet – tightened for room and checked at the start.
Race 9 – FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE GRADE 5 (1) 520m 1 Townson Beach – tightened for room and checked at the first turn. Collided with another runner through the first turn. 2 Sneaky Option – quick to begin. Tightened for room and checked at the first turn. 4 It Ain't Wazza – slow to begin. Improved onto heels and was hampered through the first turn. 5 Dusty's Charlie – sustained an injury through the first turn and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the off back muscle and was stood down for a period of 28 days. 7 Sutton's Lass – checked out across heels at the first turn. 8 Coopes – raced wide in the front straight.
Race 10 – ZILLMERE SPORTS CLUB GRADE 5 (2) 520m 2 It Ain't Billy – quick to begin. 6 Mel Buzz – collided with another runner at the first turn and shifted out. 7 Devil Ted – A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the off wrist and was stood down for a period of 6 weeks. 8 Oblivinator – collided with another runner at the first turn and shifted out.
