Raced wide in the back straight. 6 Lottie's Beach – Checked in the 1st turn. 7 Wildash Trapper – Clipped heels in the 1st turn. Hit the running rail rounding the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the nearside hock and stood down for 10 days. 8 Hara's Fern – Bumped approaching the 1st turn. Clipped heels approaching the turn out of the back straight.

Stewards had concerns with the action of the greyhound in the front straight but could not be comfortable satisfied that the greyhound had offended under any rules of racing and was given the benefit of the doubt.
