Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance with GAR 51(10), the Stewards directed the Starter to box the greyhounds into the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races. |

Race 1 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (1) 520m |
|
1 Rough Nut – contacted on the hindquarters when leaving the front straight, became unbalanced for several strides and lost considerable ground. Tightened for room and bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the front straight, was checked and lost ground. |
|
|
|
3 Wicked Collision – tightened for room and severely checked in the front straight losing considerable ground. Bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the front straight was hampered and lost ground. |
|
|
|
4 Flying Jet – tightened for room and checked in the front straight and lost ground. Bumped with another runner when entering the first turn and was momentarily hampered. |
|
|
|
5 Lot Sixty Six – slow to begin. Checked off heels in the front straight and lost ground. Bumped with another runner when entering the first turn. Contacted on the hindquarters when entering the back straight and was momentarily hampered. |
|
|
|
6 Bella Babe – tightened for room in the front straight and lost ground. Checked off heels when entering the first turn, shifted wider and lost ground. Checked off heels and lost ground when rounding the turn into the back straight. |

|
|
7 Wildash Macie – tightened for room and hampered shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner when entering the first turn. Collided with the hindquarters of another runner when entering the back straight, was severely checked and lost considerable ground. |
|
|
|
8 Church Mouse – bumped with another runner in the front straight and lost ground. Bumped by another runner when entering the first turn, was checked and lost ground. |

Race 2 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD NOVICE (2) 520m |
|
1 Hara's Bacon – checked off heels when entering the first turn and lost ground. |
|
|
|
2 Federal Desire – bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the front straight. |
|
|
|
3 Prince Cosmic – bumped at the start and lost ground. Collided with other runners when approaching the first turn, was severely checked and lost considerable ground. |
|
|
|
4 Mini's Girl – bumped at the start and lost ground. Collided with other runners when approaching the first turn, was severely checked and lost considerable ground. |
|
|
|
6 Lynney Sure Can – galloped on the heels by another runner when approaching the first turn, was severely checked, almost fell, and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination and no abnormalities were found. |
|

7 Magical Rose – bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the front straight. |
|
|
|
8 Hopeful Lash – slow to begin. Improved onto the heels of another runner when approaching the first turn, was severely checked and lost considerable ground. |
|

Race 3 – TAB EASTER TROPHY HEAT 1 GRADE 5 520m |
|
1 Bill's Out – shifted outwards approaching the first turn tightening other runners, was checked and lost ground. Tightened for room when rounding the turn out of the front straight, was hampered and lost ground. Shortly afterwards, Bill’s Out momentarily eased turned its head outwards and lost further ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside shoulder. Kennel representative W. Elson was advised the greyhound would be penalised pursuant to GAR 69B for Failing to Pursue by reason of injury. The greyhound was stood down for 10 days and must complete a satisfactory trial prior to racing. |

2 Blanco Caliente – turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact on several occasions when rounding the turn out of the back straight and into the front straight losing considerable ground. Trainer J. Judd was advised the greyhound would be stood down pursuant to GAR69 for Marring for a second offence. It will incur a three month stand down from all tracks and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing. |

3 Bear Zar – tightened for room when approaching the first turn, was checked and lost ground. Marred by another runner when rounding the turn out of the back straight and into the front straight losing considerable ground. |
|
|
|
4 Ultra Dior – bumped shortly after the start. Collided heavily with other runners and fell when rounding the turn out of the front straight and took no further part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a severe compound fracture of the radius and ulna of the left front leg and was subsequently humanely euthanised. |
|
|
|
5 Just Gary – slow to begin. Collided with other runners when rounding the turn out of the front straight, was severely checked and lost considerable ground. |
|
|
|
7 Magic Miss - tightened for room when rounding the first turn, was checked and lost ground |

|
3 Logo – tightened for room and checked shortly after the start. Checked off heels and lost ground when rounding the turn out of the front straight. |
|

4 High Order – bumped on jumping and lost ground. Bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the front straight. Eased off heels when leaving the back straight. |
|
|
|
6 Lazareth – bumped on jumping and lost ground. Bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the front straight, shifted wider and lost ground. |

7 Isnt She Special – tightened for room when entering the first turn and lost ground. |

1 Magical Cyndie – Kennel representative W. Elson advised stewards he was satisfied with the greyhounds run considering this was it’s first attempt over the distance and will expect a forward showing in its future runs. |

3 Limited Edition – bumped by another runner when rounding the turn out of the front straight, was checked and lost ground. |
|
|
|
4 Frieda Las Vegas – slow to begin. |
|
|
|
5 Welge – slow to begin. Bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the front straight, was hampered and lost ground. |
|
|
|
6 Big Nose Johnny – eased momentarily when shifting inwards across heels when leaving the front straight and lost ground. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the back straight. Steadied off heels when leaving the back straight. |
|

7 Love The Look – slow to begin. Bumped by another runner when rounding the turn out of the front straight, was checked and lost ground. |

8 Lil Bit Foxy – very slow to begin. |

1 Shakey Diesel – tightened for room and checked when leaving the back straight and was then galloped on the heels by another runner which was trailing. |

2 Wazz's Out – bumped shortly after the start and lost ground. |
|
|
|
3 Common Ground – improved onto the heels of another runner when leaving the back straight, was severely checked and lost considerable ground. |
|
|
|
4 Blue Diva – tightened and hampered shortly after the start. Checked off heels when rounding the turn out of the back straight. |
|
|
|
5 Dusty Delight – tightened and hampered shortly after the start. Tightened and hampered when rounding the turn out of the front straight. Checked off heels when rounding the turn out of the back straight. |

6 Dynamic Bill – slow to begin. |
|

7 Stinger Noir – bumped by another runner when rounding the turn into the home straight and became momentarily unbalanced. |

8 Hirstglen – slow to begin. Bumped with another runner and lost ground when rounding the turn into the home straight. Turned its head inwards and made muzzle contact with another runner over the concluding stages of the event. Owner J. Bowe was advised the greyhound would be stood down pursuant to GAR 69 for Marring for a second offence. It will incur a stand down of three months from all tracks and must complete a satisfactory trial prior to racing. |

Race 8 – BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY GRADE 5 710m |
|
1 Zipping Blondie – when questioned on the performance trainer B. Kitchener stated he did not have high expectations for tonight’s event. He added the greyhound did not suit leading and typically performed best when middle of the pack to come from behind. He added the greyhound would be sent for a short spell. Stewards noted his comments. |

|
2 Waikarie Bell – marginally slow to begin. |
|
|
|
3 Emmaville Star – checked off heels when rounding the turn into the front straight on the first occasion. Shifted outwards over the concluding stages towards another runner, turn its head but did not make muzzle contact. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside pin muscle. Stewards advised trainer T. Zammit the greyhound would be stood down pursuant to GAR69B for Failing to Pursue by reason of injury. It will incur a stand down of 10 days and must complete a satisfactory trial prior to racing. |
