Other Comments / Explanations: Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance with GAR 51(10), the Stewards directed the Starter to box the greyhounds into the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races
Race 1 - SKY RACING MAIDEN 520m 1 Fearless Fergie- Quick to begin. 4 Zabdon Opium- Slow to begin. Checked off heels and hampered shortly after the start. Inconvenienced entering the first turn. 5 Jaydo's Jet- Tightened for room approaching the first turn, collided with another runner and was severely checked. 6 Cyclone Rocket- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked. 8 Mr. Eddie- Quick to begin. Raced wide throughout. 9 (Box 2) Night Chaser- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was severely checked.
Race 2 – WWW.BRISGREYS.COM GRADE 5 395m 1 Little Rippa- Quick to begin. 2 Easy Al- Inconvenienced entering the home straight. 8 Chad Sure Can- Slow to begin. Raced wide throughout.
Race 3 – TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY MIXED 4/5 395m 3 Wildash Jakey- Quick to begin. 4 All Aces- Collided with another runner in the back straight and was checked. 5 Fine Silhouette- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. 7 Summer's Queen- Marginally slow to begin. Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Held up for clear running through the turn out of the back straight. 8 Farmor Watch You- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.
Race 4 – FAST TIMES @ SIRES ON
ICE R4/5 600m 2 Junior Jet- Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the front straight and was severely checked causing the greyhound to fall and retire from the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a strained back and was stood down for 7 days. 8 Pete's Dream- Marginally slow to begin.
Race 5 – ZILLMERE SPORTS CLUB R5 600m The All Clear was delayed in order for the judges to determine photo finish placings. 1 Whiter Shade- Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the front straight and was checked. 2 Smart Cha Cha- Quick to begin 4 Yuken Pay Me- Collided with another runner approaching the turn out of the front straight and was checked. 5 Bella Babe- Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the front straight and was checked. 6 Good Vibrations- Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the front straight and was checked. 7 Riley Allen- Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the front straight and was checked.
Race 6 – GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 520m 1 New Wave- Very slow to begin. 5 Lil Bit Foxy- Had its heels contacted approaching the turn out of the back straight and was checked. 7 Magical Revival- Contacted the heels of another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight and was checked.
Race 7 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 520m 4 Magical Cyndie- Quick to begin. 5 Run With Girl- Contacted the heels of another runner approaching the first turn and was checked. 7 Rasheda- Tightened for room through the turn into the home straight and was checked. 8 Javens- Collided with another runner approaching the first turn and was checked.
Race 8 – EXPAT LODGE 5TH GRADE 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 520m 1 Barcol Boy- Tightened for room entering the first turn. Bumped another runner when racing through the first turn. 2 Jasper The Jet- Quick to begin. 3 Ricolina Girl- Bumped with another runner entering the home straight. 4 Hope's King- Contacted the running rail when racing through the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings. Stewards requested Mr Elson inform the stewards pursuant to GAR75(2) should anything that might have a bearing on past or future running of Hope’s King come to notice of the trainer after the greyhound has left the course, it shall be reported to the stewards as soon as practicable. 6 Farmor Watch Me- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked. 7 Girl Like Her- Slow to begin. Contacted the running rail approaching the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings. Stewards requested Mr Cassidy inform the stewards pursuant to GAR75(2) should anything that might have a bearing on past or future running of Girl Like Her come to notice of the trainer after the greyhound has left the course, it shall be reported to the stewards as soon as practicable. 8 Misty Haze- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked wider on the track.
Race 9 – BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY 5TH GRADE HEAT 4 GRADE 5 520m 1 Shifting Colour- Quick to begin. Had its heels contacted entering the turn out of the back straight. 3 Queen Supreme- Had its heels contacted in the back straight and was checked. Bumped with another runner in the home straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings. Stewards requested Mr Elson inform the stewards pursuant to GAR75(2) should anything that might have a bearing on past or future running of Queen Supreme come to notice of the trainer after the greyhound has left the course, it shall be reported to the stewards as soon as practicable. 4 Lucky Hero- Raised up with the boxes and was slow to begin. Advanced onto heels entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked. 7 Truthiness- Contacted the heels of another runner in the back straight and was checked. 8 Cyndie's Out- Inconvenienced entering the turn out of the back straight.
Race 10 – ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND BEST 8 395m 1 Blue Diva- Checked off heels rounding the turn into the home straight. 3 Smashniak Double- Tightened for room through the first turn and was checked. 8 Cool Change- Slow to begin.
Race 11 – TWITTER @ BRISGREYS MIXED 4/5 331m 3 Farmor Watch It- Quick to begin. 7 Tad Nosey- Collided another runner entering the home straight. 8 Chewing Shoes- Raced wide throughout.
