Other Comments / Explanations: Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance with GAR 51(10), the Stewards directed the Starter to box the greyhounds into the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races
Race 1 - SKY RACING MAIDEN 331m 1 Krispy Oreo- Quick to begin. Collided with another runner in the back straight and was checked. Raced wide in the home straight. 5 Maze Bruiser- Inconvenienced approaching the turn out of the back straight. 7 Rachel's Star- Quick to begin.
Race 2 – SELL YOUR CAR @ MOTORHUB NOVICE (1) 331m 4 Extra Coins- Checked off heels entering the turn out of the back straight. Raced wide in back straight. 5 Pads And Paws- Collided with another runner in the back straight and was checked. 8 Indie Lou- Collided with another runner in the back straight and was checked.
Race 3 – GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE (2) 331m 1 Bonnie's Black- Tightened for room shortly after the start and was checked. 2 Farmor Malibu- Quick to begin. 4 Skye Diva- Had its heels contacted shortly after the start. Shifted wider on the track in the back straight and remained wide thereafter. 7 Bullaroo Flash- Collided with another runner in the back straight and was checked. Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked. 8 Kooringa Zoe- Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked.
Race 4 – ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND MIXED 3/4 395m 1 All Aces- Quick to begin. 4 Sweet Ella- Checked off heels entering the turn out for the back straight. 6 Copy Workshop- Tightened for room entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked. Tightened for room racing through the turn out of the back straight and was checked. 8 Farmor Millers- Collided with another runner through the turn out of the back straight and was checked.
Race 5 – EXPAT LODGE GRADE 5 (1) 331m 1 How Not Too- Quick to begin. 2 Sylvan- Tightened for room approaching the turn out of the back straight, checked and lost ground causing the greyhound trailing to contact Sylvan’s hindquarters and lose further ground. 3 Cater Street- Contacted the hindquarter of another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight. 4 Somerset Jewel- Quick to begin.
Race 6 – BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY GRADE 5 (2) 331m 1 Blackened- Collided with another runner through the turn out of the back straight and was checked. 2 Agent Of Victory- Tightened for room shortly after the start and was checked. Collided with another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight. Collided with another runner on a number of occasions through the turn out of the back straight. 4 Mista Kick- Tightened for room approaching the turn out of the back straight. 7 Clarefield Queen- Collided with another runner on a number of occasions through the turn out of the back straight. 8 Farmor Tooheys- Raced wide into the home straight, shifted in towards the lure approaching the finish line. 10 (Box 5) Somerset Jade- Quick to begin.
Race 7 – FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 331m 1 Wee Jackie- Tightened for room approaching the turn out of the back straight and was checked. 4 Abby Jazzy- Quick to begin. 6 Maywyn's Zephyr- Slow to begin. 9 (Box 7) Magic Ash- Collided with another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight and was checked.
Race 8 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD BEST 8 331m 4 Gitcha Hummin'- Marginally slow to begin. Tightened for room approaching the turn out of the back straight, collided with another runner and was severely checked. 3 Swift Story- Inconvenienced through the turn into the home straight. 7 Ramblin' Rose- Collided with another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight and was severely checked causing the greyhound to lose ground and trail the field. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off hind Gracilis muscle and was stood down for a period of 21 days. Mr Gladman, trainer of Ramblin’ Rose said to the stewards that he would monitor Ramblin’ Rose’s recovery but it’s likely that he will retire the greyhound. 8 Hazy Whisper- Quick to begin.
Race 9 – TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY GRADE 5 395m 1 Shaggy Rose- Collided with another runner through the turn out of the back straight. 3 Such A Villain- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Collided with another runner through the turn out of the back straight. 4 Fabrique- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Collided with another runner through the turn out of the back straight. 5 Magical Bill- Quick to begin. 7 Kiki's Mom- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Collided with another runner through the turn out of the back straight.
Race 10 – FAST TIMES @ SIRES ON ICE MIXED 4/5 331m 2 Oh So Ella- Tightened for room in the back straight and was checked. 8 Cool Change- Quick to begin.
Race 11 – BRISGREYS.COM MA5 331m 1 Senor Dylan- Quick to begin. 3 Hi Que- Marginally slow to begin. 4 Let's Go Fabio- Inconvenienced entering the turn out of the back straight. Tightened for room rounding the turn into the home straight and was checked. 7 Skylight Belle- Collided with another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight and was checked. Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the back straight and was severely checked. Checked off heels entering the home straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary exanimation which revealed an injury to the nearside back muscle and was stood down for a period of 14 days.
