General:

Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance with GAR 51(10), the Stewards directed the Starter to box the greyhounds into the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races.

Race 1 - SKY RACING NOVICE 520m

1 Major Blip – checked out across heels at the first turn.

2 Mayoress – had its heels contacted at the first turn.

3 Engage – checked in across heels shortly after the start. Tightened for room and hampered through the first turn.  

4 Hopeful Lash – quick to begin.

5 Aristocratic Gal – collided with another runner at the start.

7 Ginger Ginger – collided with another runner at the start.

Race 2 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MA5 (1) 520m

2 Mako Mac – quick to begin.

5 Bekim Express – slow away. Collided with another runner through the first turn.

6 Riley Allen – tightened for room and hampered at the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the near hind toe and was subsequently stood down for a period of 14 days.

7 Regal Emerald – collided with another runner through the first turn. Sustained an injury and took no further competitive part for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the off pin and was subsequently stood down for a period of 21 days.

8 Annie Said – quick to begin. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.

Race 3 - TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY MA5 (2) 520m

1 Galway Ludwig – tightened for room and hampered at the first turn.

2 Yuken Pay Me – checked out across heels at the first turn.

3 Proper Gent – raced wide through the first turn.

5 Smashniak Double – tightened for room and checked at the first turn.

7 Kealoah – began awkwardly. Bumped another runner at the first turn.

Race 4 - ORSON ALLEN @ METICULOUS LODGE GRADE 5 600m

2 Logan Belle – quick to begin.

5 Blue Diva – collided with another runner through the first turn.

6 Bago Bluff – tightened for room and checked through the first turn.

7 Rough Nut – tightened for room and checked through the first turn. Improved onto heels leaving the back straight and was hampered.

Race 5 - MICK BYRNE MEMORIAL FINAL GRADE 5 520m

2 Len's Legacy – tightened for room, checked and fell at the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.

3 Eulogia – quick to begin.

4 Rio Valiente – slow away. Collided with another runner at the first turn. Collided with another runner in the back straight.

5 Micks Recall – collided with another runner in the back straight.

6 Frog's Hollow – collided with another runner in the back straight.

8 Wildash Trapper – collided with another runner at the first turn. Collided with another runner in the back straight.

Race 6 - TAB QUEENSLAND CUP (G1) FINAL OPEN 710m

1 Velocity Bettina – tightened for room and severely checked at the first turn.

2 Blazing Cartier – tightened for room and severely checked at the first turn.

3 Mahogany Row – tightened for room and hampered through the first turn.

4 Big Boy Bruce – tightened for room and severely checked at the first turn. Tightened for room and checked leaving the back straight (2^nd occasion).

5 Rasheda – collided with another runner and was checked at the first turn. Collided with another runner through the turn into the front straight (2^nd occasion).

Race 7 - SENNACHIE @ STUD BEST 8 520m

1 Limited Edition – tightened for room and checked at the first turn. Tightened for room and hampered through the first turn.

2 Stinger Noir – quick to begin.

4 Silver Stunner – slow away.

5 Ash Star – tightened for room and checked at the start.

8 Dervando – slow away. Tightened for room and checked leaving the back straight.

Race 8 - SKY RACING BRISBANE CUP (G1) FINAL OPEN 520m

1 Special Cyndie – bumped another runner through the first turn and was hampered.

2 Who Told Stevie – tightened for room and hampered through the first turn.

3 Shakey Diesel – tightened for room and checked at the first turn. Tightened for room and checked leaving the back straight.

4 Hooked On Scotch – had its heels contacted approaching the first turn. Collided with another runner and was checked through the first turn.

6 Federal Morgan – tightened for room and hampered through the first turn.

7 Oh Mickey – collided with another runner and was checked shortly after the start. Tightened for room and checked at the first turn. Improved onto heels and was checked leaving the back straight.

8 Simon Told Helen – collided with another runner and was checked shortly after the start. Collided with another runner and was checked through the first turn.

Race 9 - ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND MIXED 4/5 520m

1 Naturally Gifted – quick to begin.

2 Rockford – tightened for room and checked in the back straight. Tightened for room and hampered through the turn into the front straight.

3 Tipsy Four – tightened for room and hampered at the start. Bumped another runner in the back straight.

4 Farmor Beach – tightened for room and hampered at the start.

5 Kiss And Spin – tightened for room and checked at the start. Bumped another runner in the back straight. Tightened for room and hampered through the turn into the front straight.

6 Techno Hornet – tightened for room and hampered at the start. Tightened for room and checked leaving the back straight.

Race 10 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY GRADE 5 (1) 520m

1 Isnt She Special – quick to begin.

3 Flying Jet – tightened for room and checked at the first turn.

4 Hope's King – tightened for room and checked at the first turn. Collided with another runner and was hampered through the turn into the front straight.

5 Audible Warning – tightened for room and checked at the start. Improved onto heels and was hampered at the first turn. Improved onto heels and was hampered through the turn into the front straight.  

Race 11 - FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE GRADE 5 (2) 520m

1 Hope's Dynamic – quick to begin.

2 Open My Mail – collided with another runner at the start and was checked.

3 Split Sound – collided with another runner at the start and was checked.

4 Sir Pantsalot – collided with another runner at the start and was checked. Tightened for room and checked leaving through the turn into the back straight.

5 Good Vibrations – bumped another runner at the start.

6 Farmor Watch Me – collided with another runner at the start and was checked.

8 Take Your Shot – slow away. Tightened for room and checked leaving the back straight.
