Race 1 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY NOVICE 520m
2 It's A Shadow – bumped with another runner when entering the first turn and was momentarily hampered.
3 Transgenic – tightened between runners when entering the first turn, was severely checked and almost fell losing considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
4 Speranza - collided with other runners when entering the first turn, checked and lost ground.
5 Preston Lee – slow to begin. Bumped shortly after the start and was momentarily hampered. Collided with other runners when entering the first turn, was severely checked and lost considerable ground.
6 Odd Job – slow to begin. Tightened for room shortly after the start, checked and lost ground. Collided with other runners when entering the first turn, was severely checked and lost considerable ground.
7 Night Cry – slow to begin. Collided with other runners when entering the first turn, was severely checked and lost considerable ground.
Race 2 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MA5 (1) 520m
1 Run With Girl – tightened for room when approaching the first turn, checked and lost ground.
2 Riley Allen – raced wide in the back straight.
3 Daze Like These – commenced give ground shortly after the start eventually took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the near-hind back muscle and the greyhound was stood down for 28 days. Trainer Cynthia Suttle was advised a veterinary certificate would be required prior to racing again. Trainer Suttle advised it was intended for the greyhound to now be retired from racing.
4 Are Jay Lochie – bumped shortly after the start. Checked out off heels in the front straight. Raced wide for most of the event.
5 Mako Mac – bumped shortly after the start.
7 Scanlon – began awkwardly.
8 Yuken Pay Me – slow to begin. Raced wide in the early stage of the back straight.
Race 3 - ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND GRADE 5 (1) 520m
1 Engage – tightened for room when approaching the first turn, was severely checked and lost ground. Tightened for room when leaving the back straight, checked and lost ground.
3 Cyndie's Out – bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the back straight, checked and lost ground.
4 Sir Pantsalot – tightened for room shortly after the start and was momentarily hampered. Tightened for room when entering the first turn, checked outwards across heels losing ground and racing wide.
5 Madam Waltz – bumped on the hindquarters when approaching the first turn and was momentarily hampered. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the home straight.
7 On The Buses – contacted on the hindquarters when entering the first turn, checked and lost ground.
8 Magical Revival – slow to begin. Bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the back straight, checked and lost ground.
9 Good Vibrations – slow to begin.
Race 4 - ORSON ALLEN @ STUD MIXED 4/5 600m
2 Techno Hornet – tightened for room through the first turn, checked and lost ground.
4 Cheeky Nando – tightened for room through the first turn, checked and lost ground. Improved onto the back of another runner when rounding the turn into the back straight, was severely checked and lost considerable ground.
5 Tommy Lava – Galloped on the back by another runner when rounding the turn into the back straight, was severely checked and lost considerable ground.
8 Pete's Dream – Raced wide in the front straight on the first occasion.
Race 5 - QLD DISTANCE CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL OPEN 710m
3 Sandave Gypsy – tightened for room when rounding the turn out of the back straight on the second occasion and was momentarily hampered.
4 Classy Ethics – checked off heels when approaching the turn out of the back straight on the first occasion and lost ground.
6 Rasheda – checked off heels when rounding the turn into the home straight, almost fell and lost ground.
8 Run With Faith – checked off heels when approaching the turn out of the back straight on the first occasion and lost ground.
Race 6 - QLD SPRINT CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL OPEN 520m
3 Cooper Dooper - bumped with another runner when entering the first turn, checked and lost ground.
4 Federal Morgan – bumped by another runner when rounding the turn into the back straight, became momentarily unbalanced and lost ground, and was then galloped on the heels by another runner, becoming severely checked and losing ground.
5 Special Cyndie – checked off heels when rounding the turn out of the front straight. Improved onto the heels of another runner when rounding the turn into the back straight, checked and lost ground.
6 Stinger Noir – shifted inwards when rounding the turn into the back straight and bumped another runner becoming momentarily unbalanced.
7 Infrared Star – bumped with another runner when entering the first turn and was momentarily hampered.
8 Oh Mickey – marginally slow to begin. Bumped with another runner when entering the first turn, checked and lost ground.
Race 7 - FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE MIXED 3/4 520m
7 Mac Roamin' – tightened for room shortly after the start and was momentarily hampered.
Race 8 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE GRADE 5 (2) 520m
2 Minnie Jojo – bumped shortly after the start and lost ground. Collided with another runner when rounding the turn into the back straight, was severely checked and lost ground.
3 Chanticleer – bumped shortly after the start and lost ground. Tightened between runners when approaching the first turn, was severely checked and lost ground.
5 Split Sound – tightened between runners when approaching the first turn, was severely checked and lost ground.
6 All Aces – began awkwardly and shifted outwards at the start bumping with another runner.
7 Amby's Dream – bumped by another runner at the start. Bumped with a runner when entering the first turn, checked off heels of another runner shortly after and race wide. Improved onto the heels of another runner when racing through the turn towards the home straight and was momentarily hampered and lost ground.
8 Magical Hope – marginally slow to begin. Collided with another runner when rounding the turn into the back straight, was severely checked and lost ground. Galloped on the hindquarters by another runner when racing through the turn towards the home straight, was severely checked and lost ground.
Race 9 - TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY GRADE 5 (3) 520m
1 It's A Glance – shifted outwards when entering the home straight, bumped with another runner and was momentarily hampered. Stewards advised trainer Justin Bowe of their concerns with the greyhounds’ actions in the home straight, however considering all available evidence, could not be comfortably satisfied it had offended under any rule and gave it the benefit of doubt.
2 Brett's Bentley - collided with other runners when rounding the turn into the back straight, was severely checked and lost considerable ground.
3 Key West – slow to begin. Checked off heels when leaving the front straight and lost ground. Collided with other runners when rounding the turn into the back straight, checked and lost ground.
4 She's Whistling – bump by another runner in the home straight and was momentarily hampered.
5 Cosmic Colin – slow to begin. Bumped with another runner in the front straight and was momentarily hampered.
6 Jayville Tuxedo – slow to begin. Bumped with another runner in the front straight and was momentarily hampered. Collided with other runners when rounding the turn into the back straight, checked and lost ground.
7 Barcia Bullet – slow to begin. Bumped with other runners when leaving the front straight, checked and shifted wider when entering the first turn, subsequently losing considerable ground.
8 Girl Like Her – slow to begin. Bumped with another runner when leaving the front straight, checked and shifted wider when entering the first turn, subsequently losing considerable ground.
Race 10 - SKY RACING MA5 (2) 520m
3 Flyaway Barb - tightened for room when approaching the first turn, checked and lost ground. Bumped with another runner when entering the first turn, checked and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to the near hind leg and the greyhound was stood down for 7 days.
4 Hay Hopey – raced tight and bumped with another runner in the front. Tightened for room when approaching the first turn, checked and lost ground.
5 Oblivinator – raced tight and bumped with another runner in the front. Tightened for room when approaching the first turn, checked and lost ground.
6 Izy Gold - checked off heels shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner when entering the first turn, checked and lost ground.
7 Molly Madness – shifted inwards when approaching the first turn, tightened and bumped with other runners
