Race 1 - BEST BETS BY TIPPING AND MORE NOVICE 520m
1 Stellar Stone - tightened for room and severely checked when entering the first turn. Checked off heels when entering the back straight. Checked out off heels, collided with another runner, and lost ground when rounding the turn out of the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed split webbing on the off hind foot and the greyhound was stood down from racing for 7 days.
2 Wildash Trapper – shifted outwards in the front straight and collided with other runners. Tightened for room and checked when entering the first turn.
3 Thursday Shiraz – tightened for room and checked in the front straight. Shifted wider on the turn when leaving the front straight.
4 Iron Pony – stewards acceded to a request from trainer Bob Giltinan to apply temporary strapping to the nearside track leg. Marginally slow to begin. Improved onto the heels of another runner and was checked through the first turn. Collided with another runner, which shifted outwards, and was severely checked when rounding the turn out of the back straight.
5 Speranza – tightened for room and hampered when entering the first turn. Checked off heels and lost ground through the first turn. Bumped with another runner and lost ground shortly after. Bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
6 In Tune - marginally slow to begin. Checked off heels shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner when rounding the turn into the back straight. Bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the back straight.
7 Transgenic – collided with another runner through the first turn.
9 Fearless Fergie - marginally slow to begin. Collided with another runner and was severely checked through the first turn. Checked off heels when leaving the back straight.
Race 2 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND GRADE 5 710m
1 Special Karmar – checked off heels when entering the front straight.
2 Always Forever – tightened for room and hampered shortly after the start.
3 Pearlie Queen – marginally slow to begin. Tightened for room and hampered when leaving the front straight.
7 Lil Bit Foxy - slow to begin. Checked off heels when entering the first turn. Tightened for room, checked out across heels, collided with another runner and lost ground when leaving the front straight.
8 Screaming Betty – collided with another runner, which shifted outwards, and was severely checked when leaving the front straight.
Race 3 - ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND GRADE 5 520m
1 It's A Rush – improved onto the heels of another runner, checked and shifted outwards, and collided with another runner when entering the first turn. Bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the back straight.
2 Jaydo's Jet – checked off heels when rounding the turn into the back straight.
3 Tevita Shadow - bumped with another runner when rounding the first turn. Raced wide in the back straight.
4 Dynamo Waz – checked off heels in the front straight. Collided heavily with another runner, which shifted outwards, was severely checked, and lost considerable ground when leaving the front straight. Collided with another runner, which shifted outwards, on the first turn and was severely checked. Tightened for room and momentarily hampered when leaving the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities. Stewards question kennel representative William Elson with regards to the actions of the greyhound when leaving the back straight, however after considering all the evidence could not be comfortably satisfied the greyhound had offended under any rule.
5 Wazz's Out – tightened for room and checked shortly after the start. Checked off heels in the front straight. Turned its head and shifted outwards towards another runner when leaving the front straight, made shoulder contact and was checked. Checked out off heels and became unbalanced when entering the front straight and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities. Kennel representative William Elson was advised the greyhound would be stood down for 28 days at Albion Park under R69A for Failing to Pursue for a first offence and must complete a satisfactory trial prior to racing. The greyhound had been stood down for the same offence in November 2019, however since then has completed more than 10 clear starts and satisfied the conditions of R70.
6 Maywyn Ulysses – marginally slow to begin. Tightened for room and checked shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner when rounding the first turn.
7 Isnt She Special – tightened for room and checked shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner when rounding the first turn. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the home straight.
8 She's Whistling – clipped on the heels when leaving the front straight. Bumped with another runner when rounding the turn out of the back straight and lost ground.
Race 4 - ORSON ALLEN @ STUD 1-5 WINS HEAT 1 GRADE 5 520m
4 Hara's Olaf – marginally slow to begin. Bumped shortly after the start. Checked off heels, collided with another runner and lost ground when leaving the front straight. Raced wide in the back straight.
5 Senorita Maywyn – marginally slow to begin. Bumped shortly after the start. Bumped and checked when leaving the back straight. Raced wide in the back straight.
7 How Not Too – bumped with another runner at the start and lost ground. Collided with another runner, which shifted outwards, when leaving the front straight and was checked.
8 Wynburn Rambo – bumped with another runner at the start and lost ground.
Race 5 - FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE 1-5 WINS HEAT 2 GRADE 5 520m
2 Sky's The Limit – improved onto the heels of another runner when leaving the front straight and checked. Raced wide in the back straight.
3 Paw It On – bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner in the front straight. Contacted on the heels and checked when leaving the front straight.
4 Hoof It Hank – buffeted between runners shortly after the start and checked. Took an awkward stride and became momentarily unbalanced when leaving the front straight.
5 Farmor Watch Me – bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Bumped and then checked in the front straight. Bumped when leaving the front straight.
6 Werina Express – bumped and checked when leaving the front straight.
7 Engage – slow to begin. Collided with another runner through the first turn and lost ground. Tightened for room and momentarily hampered when leaving the back straight.
8 Golden Joy – slow to begin. Bumped and checked when leaving the front straight. Collided with another runner through the first turn and lost ground.

8 Frieda Las Vegas – marginally slow to begin. Checked and lost ground when rounding the first turn. Bumped and checked when leaving the front straight.

1 Maywyn Cash – tightened for room and momentarily hampered when leaving the front straight. Tightened for room and severely checked when leaving the back straight.

8 Dervando – bumped and severely checked when rounding the turn out of the back straight.
Race 10 - PACERS & CHASERS BAR + BISTRO NMW 600m
1 Hard Marker – marginally slow to begin.
3 Fabulous Style – bumped on the hindquarters and lost ground through the first turn.
6 Presley Power – raced wide for most of the event.
7 Floral Lace – bumped another runner through the first turn.
8 Zipping Blondie – stewards acceded to a request from trainer Barry Kitchener to apply temporary strapping to the nearside track leg and wrist.
