Race 1 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN 2 520m
1 Smart Lilly – bumped and momentarily hampered shortly after the start.
2 Heart Of Mine – tightened for room, checked, and lost ground shortly after the start. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the back straight.
3 Wynnum Star – tightened for room, severely checked, and almost fell shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
4 Arnie Rich – tightened for room, checked, and lost ground shortly after the start. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the back straight.
7 Next Thursday – bumped and momentarily hampered shortly after the start.
Race 2 - ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND NOVICE 2 520m
2 More Matthew – slow to begin. Steadied off heels shortly after the start and lost ground.
4 Idle High – tightened for room and checked when leaving the front straight. Clipped on the heels when leaving the back straight.
5 Bonomel – bumped then raced wide when leaving the front straight and lost ground. Improved onto heels when leaving the back straight.
6 Hammer Drill – bumped shortly after the start and lost ground. Checked out off heels when leaving the front straight.
7 Laser Girl – bumped then raced wide when leaving the front straight and lost ground.
Race 3 - KEDRON WAVELL SERVICES CLUB MA5 2 395m
2 Mako Mac – tightened for room and checked through the first turn. Tightened for room and checked when leaving the back straight.
3 It's A Trick – tightened for room and checked through the first turn. Tightened for room and checked when leaving the back straight.
5 Yuken Pay Me – marginally slow to begin. Raced wide for a majority of the event.
Race 4 - RHINO FINANCE 0-3 WINS (1) 3 600m
2 My Bro Beach – improved onto heels, checked and lost ground when leaving the front straight. Clipped on the heels when entering the back straight.
4 Hopeful Lash – galloped on the heels, checked and lost ground when leaving the front straight.
6 Double Sprite – tightened and checked through the first turn.
7 Riley's Reason – checked off heels through the first turn. Clipped heels of another runner when entering the back straight. Tightened for room and hampered when leaving the back straight.
8 Screaming Betty – tightened for room and hampered when leaving the back straight.
Race 5 - ORSON ALLEN @ STUD 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 2 520m
4 Alpha Hades – tightened for room, checked and lost considerable ground when leaving the front straight.
5 Ha Ha Lucky – tightened for room, checked and lost ground when leaving the front straight. Checked off heels and lost ground when entering the font straight.
6 Tad Nosey – bumped and hampered when leaving the front straight.
7 Sea Riding – tightened for room and hampered shortly after the start. Bumped when leaving the front straight, then checked out across heels shortly after and lost ground.
8 Kamarooka – bumped and hampered when leaving the front straight. Shifted inwards and bumped another runner when entering the front straight.
Race 6 - FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 2 520m
1 Hara's Olaf – tightened for room and hampered when leaving the front straight.
3 More Than Magic – very awkward to begin and was subsequently very slow.
5 Pre Cruise – tightened for room and hampered when leaving the front straight. Collided with another runner, checked and lost ground when rounding the first turn. Checked off heels in the back straight.
7 Hey Macarena - bumped and lost ground when leaving the front straight. Collided with another runner, checked and lost ground when rounding the first turn.
9 Lil Bit Foxy – tightened for room, then checked out off heels and lost ground when leaving the front straight.
Race 7 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 2 520m
3 Hard Marker – slow to begin.
5 Princess Rarity – galloped on the heels when leaving the front straight and lost ground. Bumped when rounding the turn into the back straight. Collided with another runner, which shifted inwards, in the back straight, checked and lost ground.
6 Key West – improved onto heels when leaving the front straight, then shifted inwards and bumped another runner. Bumped when rounding the turn into the back straight.
8 Cool Hand Luke – shifted inwards in the back straight, collided with another runner and was checked. A post-race veterinary examination veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities. Stewards inquired into the actions of the greyhound in the back straight, however after considering all available evidence could not be comfortably satisfied the greyhound had offended under any rule.
10 Canya Kick – bumped shortly after the start and lost ground.
Race 8 - TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY MIXED 3/4 2 520m
2 Ringbark Reign – tightened for room and then checked off heels when rounding the first turn.
3 Lucky Jock – tightened for room, checked and lost ground when rounding the turn into the home straight.
6 Turanza Tiger – slow to begin.
7 Valentino Fox – collided with another runner when leaving the front straight and lost ground.
8 Stormy Shari – collided with another runner when leaving the front straight and was checked. Bumped with another runner, checked and lost ground when rounding the turn into the home straight.
Race 9 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY 0-3 WINS (2) 3 600m
2 Zulu Queen – slow to begin.
4 Cheeky Nando – slow to begin.
5 Pearlie Queen – slow to begin. Lost ground through the first turn and then trailed the field by a considerable distance for most of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a strain to the offside pin muscle and the greyhound was stood down for 10 days.
Race 10 - SKY RACING MIXED 4/5 2 331m
1 Cool Change – tightened for room and severely checked when leaving the back straight. Tightened for room, checked and lost ground when rounding the turn into the home straight.
2 Call Me Wisdom – tightened for room and checked when leaving the back straight.
4 Ginger Ginger – tightened for room and checked shortly after the start.
5 Crazy Cool – bumped and checked when leaving the back straight.
6 Nala's Boy – tightened for room and severely checked when leaving the back straight. Bumped and checked with another runner when rounding the turn into the home straight.
