Race 1 - TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY NOVICE 520m
2 Zipping Flick – tightened for room and momentarily hampered shortly after the start.
3 Night Cry – clipped on the heels by Withcott Wonder when leaving the front straight and lost ground.
4 Buzzer Beater - bumped with Withcott Wonder shortly after the start and was checked. Raced greenly throughout the event.
5 Withcott Wonder – slow to begin. Tightened shortly after the start and bumped with Buzzer Beater, which shifted outwards, and Hostile Heart, which shifted inwards, resulting in Withcott Wonder to be checked and lose ground. Improved onto the heels of Night Cry when leaving the front straight, fell and took no further part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a strain to the offside wrist and the greyhound was stood down for 7 days.
7 Hostile Heart – bumped with Little Byrnes at the start and lost ground. Bumped with Withcott Wonder shortly after the start and was checked. Improved onto Withcott Wonder, which had fallen, when leaving the front straight, resulting in Hostile Heart to be severely checked, almost fall, and lose considerable ground taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed did not reveal significant abnormalities.
8 Little Byrnes – bumped with Hostile Heart at the start and lost ground. Steadied off the heels of Pitch Black Gaga when rounding the turn out of the front straight. Bumped by Night Cry when rounding the turn into the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal significant abnormalities.
Race 2 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MA5 (1) 520m
1 Oblivinator – appeared lame when leaving the catching pen after the race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a strain to an offside fore toe and the greyhound was stood down for 7 days.
2 Brooklyn Miss – tightened for room, checked, and lost ground when leaving the front straight.
4 Mepunga Zeus – tightened for room and momentarily hampered when leaving the back straight.
5 Kulu Jasper – tightened for room, checked, and then shifted inwards shortly after the start and then lost considerable ground to the remainder of the field. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a strain to the offside hip and the greyhound was stood down for 14 days.
6 Are Jay Lochie – bumped shortly after the start. Raced wide for most of the event.
7 Second Solution – tightened for room and momentarily hampered when leaving the front straight. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the back straight.
8 Bad Benny – marginally slow to begin.
Race 3 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND GRADE 5 (1) 520m
2 Techno Hornet – tightened for room, hampered, and lost ground in the front straight. Tightened for room, checked, and lost ground when leaving the back straight.
4 Bonus Only – marginally slow to begin.
6 Lucky Hero – marginally slow to begin. Tightened for room, checked, and lost ground when leaving the front straight.
7 Javens – marginally slow to begin. Tightened for room, hamepred, and lost ground when leaving the front straight.
8 Magical Revival – slow to begin.
Race 4 - WYVERN DASH GRADE 5 (2) 520m
1 Bill's Out – tightened for room, checked, and lost ground and then bumped with Cyclone Arrow through the turn into the back straight.
5 Magic Miss – bumped Sumatran Star shortly after the start. Tightened for room, checked, and lost ground when leaving the front straight. Tightened for room when leaving the back straight, shifted outwards, bumped with Cyclone Arrow, and lost ground.
6 Mitchell Street – slow to begin. Checked off heels when approaching the turn out of the front straight. Tightened for room, checked, and lost ground when leaving the front straight. Steadied off heels of Cyclone Arrow, which was bumped outwards, when leaving the back straight.
7 Sumatran Star – bumped by Magic Miss shortly after the start and lost ground.
8 Cyclone Arrow – stewards acceded to a request from trainer Tony Apap to apply temporary strapping to the off hind leg. Marginally slow to begin. Bumped with Magic Miss, checked, and lost ground when leaving the front straight. Bumped with Bill’s Out, checked, and lost ground through the turn into the back straight. Bumped with Magic Miss, which shifted outwards when leaving the back straight, was momentarily hampered and lost ground.
Race 5 - RQ SUPPORTS SAFETY IN RACING MIXED 4/5 520m
3 Dynamite Lucy – bumped with Shorino when leaving the front straight.
4 Shorino – stewards acceded to a request from trainer Tony Apap to apply temporary strapping to the off hind leg. Marginally slow to begin. Bumped with Dynamite Lucy when leaving the front straight, fell and took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a strain to the back and the greyhound was stood down for 7 days.
5 Amby's Dream – slow to begin. Tightened for room and hampered shortly after the start. Checked off the heels of Dynamite Lucy and lost ground over the concluding stages.
6 Cyndie's Out – slow to begin. Tightened for room, checked, and lost ground shortly after the start.
7 Blue Day – slow to begin. Improved onto Shorino, which had fallen when leaving the front straight, resulting in Blue Day to be checked and lose ground when shifting out wide into the turn.
8 Ringbark Reign – slow to begin. Improved onto Shorino, which had fallen when leaving the front straight, resulting in Ringbark Reign to be checked and lose considerable ground when shifting out wide into the turn.
Race 6 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY FFA 600m
2 Junior Jet – bumped the hindquarter of Infrared Lad when entering the turn shortly after the start, was severely checked, and lost considerable ground. Improved onto heels the heels of Swift Dancer and was tightened for room near the rail in the home straight, was checked and lost ground.
4 Fabian Feast – slow to begin. Shifted inwards over the concluding stages, bumped and tightened other runners near the rail, and was momentarily hampered.
5 Hey Macarena – bumped Big Boy Bruce when rounding the turn out of the back straight. Tightened between runners, checked and lost ground over the concluding stages of the event.
6 Infrared Lad – bumped heavily on the hindquarter by Junior Jet when entering the turn shortly after the start and was momentarily hampered.
7 Swift Dancer – bumped by Big Boy Bruce, which was losing ground when rounding the turn out of the back straight, resulting in Swift Dancer to be checked and lose ground. Clipped on the heels by Junior Jet in the home straight and was momentarily hampered.
8 Big Boy Bruce – bumped by Hey Macarena when rounding the turn out of the back straight, lost ground and hampered Swift Dancer.
Race 7 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE GRADE 5 710m
1 Babs Kramer - marginally slow to begin. Took the turn awkwardly into the front straight on the first occasion and lost considerable ground.
2 Cairnlea Blue – checked off heels of Any Credit Yetta, which was losing ground when leaving the back straight on the first occasion, and lost ground.
3 Any Credit Yetta – tightened for room, hampered, and lost ground when leaving the back straight on the first occasion. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the back straight and lost ground.
4 Always Forever - marginally slow to begin.
5 Floral Lace – bumped Aristocratic Gal when rounding the home turn, then shifted out and bumped again with Aristocratic Gal in the home straight, resulting in Floral Lace to lose ground.
6 Aristocratic Gal – bumped by Floral Lace when rounding the home turn, then bumped again with Floral Lace in the home straight when it shifted outwards, resulting in Aristocratic Gal to lose ground.
8 Rose Ali – raced wide for most of the event.
Race 8 - MOTORHUB RISING STARS (L) FINAL OPEN 520m
1 Crazy Cool – bumped with Farmor Beach on several occasions when rounding the turn out of the back straight and through into the home straight resulting in Crazy Cool to be severely checked and lose considerable ground.
3 Magical Bill – bumped on the hindquarter by Libby's Girl shortly after the start and lost ground. Tightened for room, then checked out across heels when rounding the turn out of the front straight and lost ground. Bumped with Frieda Las Vegas when rounding the turn into the back straight, checked, and lost ground.
4 Libby's Girl - bumped the hindquarter of Magical Bill shortly after the start and lost ground, then shifted outwards and hampered Frieda Las Vegas and Limited Edition. Checked off the heels of Magical Bill when rounding the turn out of the front straight and lost ground.
5 Farmor Beach - bumped with Crazy Cool on several occasions when rounding the turn out of the back straight and through into the home straight resulting in Farmor Beach to be severely checked and lose considerable ground.
6 Frieda Las Vegas – slow to begin then bumped with Limited Edition shortly after the start. Tightened for room by Libby's Girl, which shifted outwards in the front straight, resulting in Frieda Las Vegas to shift outwards and bump Limited Edition, and was then subsequently checked and lost ground. Bumped with Magical Bill and was momentarily hampered when rounding the turn into the back straight. Bumped with Farmor Beach when rounding the turn into the home straight and was momentarily hampered.
7 Limited Edition – slow to begin then bumped with Frieda Las Vegas and Hara's Clyde shortly after the start. Bumped by Frieda Las Vegas in the front straight, which shifted outwards off the heels of Libby's Girl, resulting in Limited Edition to be checked and lose ground.
8 Hara's Clyde – slow to begin then bumped with Limited Edition shortly after the start.
Race 9 - ST LEO'S SIMP CUP GRADE 5 (3) 520m
1 Exciting News – tightened for room by Terror Turtle when leaving the front straight, then shifted outwards across the heels of Terror Turtle and collided with Viva Belle, resulting in Exciting News to be severely checked and lose considerable ground.
2 Terror Turtle – bumped heavily on the hindquarter by Exciting News, which shifted outwards when leaving the front straight, resulting in Terror Turtle to be severely checked and lose considerable ground. Bumped the hindquarter of Machine Green over the concluding stages.
3 Daniel's Loss – bumped with Machine Green when rounding the turn out of the back straight and lost ground.
4 Machine Green – bumped with Daniel's Loss when rounding the turn out of the back straight and lost ground. Bumped on the hindquarter by Terror Turtle over the concluding stages and lost ground.
5 Viva Belle – bumped by Love Game at the start and lost ground. Collided heavily with Exciting News, which shifted outwards abruptly when leaving the front straight, resulting in Viva Belle to shift outwards and collide with Bella Babe, which then resulted in Viva Belle to be severely checked and lose considerable ground.
6 Love Game – bumped by Our Missy Grace at the start, then shifted inwards and bumped with Viva Belle, resulting in Love Game to lose ground.
7 Our Missy Grace – shifted inwards at the start, bumped with Love Game, was checked, and lost ground. Tightened for room when leaving the front straight, checked, and lost ground, then shortly after checked off heels when rounding the turn out of the front straight and lost ground. Tightened for room over the concluding stages, checked, and lost ground.
8 Bella Babe – slow to begin. Collided with Viva Belle, which shifted outwards abruptly when leaving the front straight, resulting in Bella Babe to be checked and lose ground.
Race 10 - FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE MA5 (2) 520m
1 Open My Mail – shifted outwards, bumped with Emmaville Bella when leaving the front straight, and was momentarily hampered.
2 Emmaville Bella – bumped by Open My Mail, which shifted outwards when leaving the front straight, and was momentarily hampered.
4 Break Through - slow to begin. Bumped with Izy Gold in the front straight.
5 Izy Gold - slow to begin. Bumped with Break Through and lost ground in the front straight. Checked out across heels and lost ground when leaving the front straight.
6 Black Opaque - slow to begin. Checked off heels and lost ground when rounding the turn out of the front straight.
7 Bullaroo Flash - slow to begin. Clipped the heels of Sheer Passion when entering the home straight resulting in Bullaroo Flash be checked and lose ground.
8 Sheer Passion – very slow to begin. Checked off heels when rounding the turn into the home straight, was then clipped on the heels by Bullaroo Flash when entering the home straight, resulting in Sheer Passion to be checked and lose ground.
