General: An inquiry was commenced regarding the circumstances surrounding the scratching of ‘Oodles of Noodle’ for Race 4. Evidence was subsequently collected from trainer D. McGrath in relation to the matter. The inquiry was then adjourned to be recommenced on a time and date to be fixed.

Race 1 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MAIDEN 520m

2 Cheryl's Crystal Clipped the heels of another runner in the back straight.

3 Big Bash Army Collided with another runner shortly after the start and lost ground.

4 Extra Malt Collided with another runner shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury sustained to the Near-Hind Toenail and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days.

5 Farmor Heineken Was contacted on the hindquarters by another runner exiting the front straight.

Checked heavily by another runner rounding the turn into the home straight and lost considerable ground.

6 Fire Bandit Shifted out and contacted another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

7 Atomic Wave Contacted the hindquarters of another runner exiting the front straight.

2 Zulu Attack Collided with another runner shortly after the start.

3 Blazin' Ben Collided with another runner shortly after the start.

4 Werina By Chance Tightened for room and checked by multiple runners in the front straight. Hampered by another runner exiting the front straight.

7 Bullaroo Flash Hampered by another runner exiting the front straight.

8 Onwards Hampered by another runner exiting the front straight.

Race 3 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MA5 (1) 395m

2 Emmaville Bella Checked by another runner rounding the turn into the back straight.

3 Crazy Bella Checked by another runner shortly after the start.

5 Faringdon Checked by another runner entering the back straight and lost ground.

7 Lady Surprise Hampered by another runner entering the back straight.

8 Elusive Star Hampered by multiple runners rounding the turn into the back straight.

9(6) Tarks Tammy Rose Hampered by another runner entering the back straight and lost considerable ground.

Race 4 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND FFA 520m

2 Robell Ronny Contacted the running rail in the front straight and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

3 It Ain't Billy Hampered by another runner entering the back straight.

4 More Than Magic Bumped by another runner exiting the front straight. Clipped the heels of another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

6 Jake's Girl Bumped with another runner in the front straight. Was contacted on the heels by another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

Race 5 - TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 520m

2 Hara's Bonnie Hampered and checked by multiple runners rounding the turn out of the front straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury sustained to the Off-Hock and was stood down from racing for a period of 21 days.

3 One Size Up Bumped with another runner shortly after the start.

5 Rubys For Jayda Bumped by another runner shortly after the start. Checked by another runner rounding the turn exiting the front straight.

6 Morris The Great Bumped with another runner rounding the turn into the back straight.

7 Lil Bit Foxy Hampered and checked by multiple runners rounding the turn out of the front straight.

8 Mr. Blaster Hampered and checked by multiple runners rounding the turn out of the front straight.

Race 6 - ORSON ALLEN @ STUD 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 520m

1 Get It Together Bumped with another runner shortly after the start and lost considerable ground.

A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards subsequently inquired with the trainer of the greyhound T. Priest regarding the greyhound’s performance during the race. T. Priest informed stewards he was very disappointed with the greyhound’s run and will be racing the greyhound at Ipswich moving forward to monitor its performance. A post-race sample was also taken from the greyhound.

2 Gemma Black Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Was contacted on the heels by another runner entering the home straight.

3 Betty Jo Checked by another runner in the front straight and lost ground.

4 Zulu Express Slow to begin. Bumped by another runner exiting the back straight.

5 Somerset Jewel Checked by another runner rounding the turn into the back straight. Checked by another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

6 Paint Face Checked by another runner rounding the turn into the back straight.

Race 7 - FABREGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE MIXED 4/5 395m

1 Baby Guinness Severely checked by another runner and fell rounding the turn into the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

2 I'm Zac Man Clipped the heels of another runner shortly after the start. Collided with another runner rounding the turn into the back straight and lost considerable ground.

4 Smart Werina Hampered by multiple runners entering the back straight.

5 Leeroy Renegade Checked by another runner in the back straight.

6 Kingsbrae Terry Checked by another runner in the back straight.

7 Nothing But Beak Clipped the heels of another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

7 Logan Belle A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury sustained to Near-Hind Leg and Off-Hind Toenail and was stood down from racing for a period of 14 days.

4 Titan It Up Hampered by another runner rounding the turn into the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury sustained to the Near-Hind Leg and was stood down from racing for a period of 7 days.

5 Chardonnay Mum Checked by another runner exiting the back straight and lost ground.

6 Soda Maxi Hampered by another runner rounding the turn into the back straight and lost ground.

Race 10 - ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND MIXED 4/5 331m

1 Wendy Sure Can Severely checked by another runner in the back straight and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination found an injury sustained to the chest muscle and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days.
