General: Trainer K. MacIntosh was reminded during kennelling of his obligations to adhere to proper Racing Queensland dress code. Nonadherence to this will be monitored closely moving forward.

On 21/12/2020 stewards requested a follow-up regarding Hara’s Bonnie which was injured during Race 6 at Albion Park. Trainer J. Daley reported to stewards that subsequent to an Xray, the greyhound has sustained a suspected fractured hock and will be reassessed in 6 weeks.

Race 1 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN 2 395m

1 Love Unscripted Checked with another runner shortly after the start. Contacted the hindquarters of another runner in the back straight. Hampered by another runner rounding the turn into the front straight, turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact with another runner. The greyhound was subsequently charged under GAR 69 ‘Marring’ which was its second (2^nd) offence and will be stood down from racing for a period 3 months upon completion of a satisfactory trial.

2 Inhale Best to begin.

3 Umagico Was contacted on the hindquarters by another runner in the back straight.

4 Alpha Cash (Late Scratching) Trainer C. Georgiou was fined $200.00 under GAR 31(1) for presenting the incorrect greyhound to race.

6 Aria Marrie Severely checked by another runner in the back straight.

7 Spare Bullet Checked with another runner shortly after the start. Tightened for room was checked and fell rounding the turn into the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury sustained to the Off-Hip and was subsequently stood down from racing for a period of 10 days.

8 Alpha Zelus Hampered by another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

9 (5) Was A Coyne Slow to begin.

Race 2 - MOTORHUB MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 2 395m

6 Parallel Bumped with another runner shortly after the start.

2 Ruby's Angel Bumped with another runner shortly after the start.

3 Ruby's Son Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

4 Faster Than Hoot Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Tightened for room and checked by another runner and lost ground entering the back straight.

Race 4 - SENNACHIE @ STUD - STEVE WHITE NOVICE (2) 2 395m

1 Alpha Ruler Checked by another runner in the back straight. Shifted out and checked another runner exiting the back straight. Bumped by another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

3 Elegant Ruby Checked by another runner exiting the back straight.

4 In Tune Tightened for room and checked rounding the turn into the back straight and lost ground.

5 Farmor Guinness Bumped with another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

6 King Harold Bumped with another runner shortly after the start.

7 Dr. Ted Bumped with another runner shortly after the start.

Race 5 - KEDRON WAVELL SERVICES CLUB 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 2 395m

The ‘All Clear’ was delayed while stewards reviewed the photo finish to determine correct placings.

1 Libby's Girl Best to begin.

6 Supreme Falcon Bumped with another runner entering the back straight. Was contacted on the hindquarters by another runner in the back straight.

7 Maywyn's Dahnay Shifted out and clipped the heels of another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

8 Alpha Mania Hampered by another runner rounding the turn into the back straight. Improved onto the hindquarters of another runner in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

Race 6 - ORSON ALLEN @ STUD MIXED 3/4 2 395m

1 Annie Said Bumped with another runner rounding the turn into the back straight and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury sustained to the greyhound’s stomach muscle and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days. Trainer P. Carlton stated to stewards that the owner intends to retire the greyhound in the near future due to the reoccurrence of injury.

2 Farmor Crownies Best to begin.

3 Little Engine Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Clipped the heels of another runner rounding the turn into the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury sustained to the Off-Fore webbing and was stood down from racing for a period of 14 days.

6 Shane Keith Tightened for room and checked by another runner in the home straight.

7 Double Return Bumped with another runner shortly after the start.

8 High Order Clipped the heels of another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.

Race 7 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE GRADE 5 3 520m

4 Bailey Hampered by multiple runners shortly after the start. Hampered and checked by another runner rounding the turn into the home straight causing the greyhound to turn its head outwards to another runner. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. The greyhound was subsequently charged under GAR69A ‘Failure to Pursue’ and was stood down from racing for a period of 28 days upon completion of a satisfactory trial.

6 Kanga Blue Hampered by multiple runners in the back straight was checked and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

Race 12 - SKY RACING 5PW 2 395m

1 Mungo Barry Tightened for room shortly after the start and lost considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury sustained to the Off-Wrist and was stood down from racing for a period of 10 days. Stewards spoke to trainer P. McBlane around the greyhound’s performance, to which he stated he was disappointed and will be spelling the greyhound for 1 month before recommencing conditioning.  A post-race sample was also taken from the greyhound.

2 Run Like Rhys Bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Collided with another runner exiting the back straight and lost considerable ground. Clipped the heels of another runner rounding the turn into the back straight.

3 Farmor Forex Best to begin. Severely checked by another runner in the back straight

7 Team Austria Bumped with another runner shortly after the start and lost ground.

8 Zabdon Adesanya Collided with another runner exiting the back straight and lost considerable ground. Contacted the heels of another runner rounding the turn into the home straight.
