3 Rochill Lady – slipped on the mat and was slow to begin. |

5 Rusty Coyne – raced wide rounding the turn out of the front straight. Collided with another runner in the back straight. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed it to have injured its off wrist and was stood down from racing for 10 days. |

1 Kiss And Cut – severely checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed no obvious injuries. |

4 Dundee Jazz – collided with another runner entering the front straight. |

7 Elegant Ruby - severely checked and fell rounding the turn out of the front straight. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed no obvious injuries. |

8 Ha Ha Lucky - checked rounding the turn out of the front straight. Collided with another runner entering the front straight. |

5 Mitchell Street – failed to run on over the concluding stages. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed no obvious injuries. Trainer T Tzouvelis stated that the Greyhound was having its first race start since travelling to race in Tasmania on the 8th of February. He said he trialled the Greyhound at Ipswich leading up to tonight’s event where it trialled well. He further stated that he will have a thorough Veterinary examination and undertook to inform the Stewards of any finding. |

9 Javens (2) – checked approaching the turn into the back straight. |

|

Race 8 - Peter Ruetschi Best 8 520m |
|
|
|
2 Valentino Fox – commenced to give ground and retired from the race in the back straight when appeared to be injured. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed it to have injured its off hind back muscle and was stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete 1 satisfactory trial after receiving a Veterinary clearance. |
